I purchased the Best Wash. My Truck came out clean for the most part, but some kind of dull film remained on my Windshield, back Window, front & rear chrome Bumpers.

Simple & Easy. "Beware the price for pressure washing yourself has doubled!!! It's now $2 (06JAN18) instead of $1. I don't believe there is signage either. I'd guess the drive through has also increased but I did not check. I always washed at home except in the winter it was quick easy and a great price. Guess I'll get out winter gear and start washing at home again. Disappointing.

I was severely disappointed with how my car looked after I went through the automatic drive through. My car is parked under a tree a lot so it had bird droppings on it. I went to the drive thru car wash and picked the most expensive wash I could get. My car still looked dirty when it came back out. This used to be the best car wash around. I dont know what happened to this place but it's just not as good as they used to be.

The auto wash is a complete waste of money. Doesn't even do the one thing is was designed to do well. The only reason it got a second star is because the have a pay and spray station right next to it and the changer gives out dollar coins as change. The pay and spray works pretty well but the vacuums are pretty weak. Used to be such a great carwash too when it was still had a crew there too.

Petit's Touch-Free is without a doubt the best route for a quick quality drive-thru wash.

Did the $14 automatic car wash. Was supposed to spray under and rims. It did not. Was supposed to include hot wax as well. It did not. Paid for two cars, did mine first and sent my husbands in behind me for the same wash, he did not get those either. Cars were not very clean after as well. Pretty upset and probably will just do my own cars with a bucket and soap.

Nice new car wash with both manual and automatic options. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because the one in Wadsworth has free vacuums. But the Barberton ones don't, so what are we chop liver?

The Jeep came out all right, couple missed spots of dirt and mud still left on it but it is a Jeep with some different body lines than a normal car. I think a lot of people just thankful that it is two lanes now. It makes the wait a little bit more tolerable than it used to be in the past years.

This car wash offers 2 options. An automatic wash (during business hours) and 4 bays for DIY (anytime). The vaccum areas are nice and clean with huge wide mouth garbage bins. The vaccums themselves are high powered BUT what I DON'T like, is that it has the small crevice tool on the end that cannot be taken off, so the tool can ONLY do a small area at a time. This is NOT EFFICIENT for the 4 minute time limit for $3 bucks a pop! To get my smaller SUV really clean, I would've had to buy $18 worth of time. The good thing is they not only take coins but also credit cards. The wash bays are also clean. The dial settings have a lot to choose from. They have a high power wash and rinse, a low power wash and rinse, and wax etc. On the other side there's a large scrubber tool. There's a reasonable amount of wash/rinse time for $4

There was a small line of cars, but it moved pretty quickly. I paid for the $6 wash and when I got into the car wash, I got the underbody wash and wax which was supposed to be $10. Not sure if this was an error or what, but I was very pleased. For as much snow as there has been, the floor and walls of the wash were pretty clean. I like the colored lights over the car, and this is definitely the car wash I will continue to go to. I enjoyed that it was automated and I didn't have to get our of my car at all.

I went to do a manual carwash and was happy because they have a credit card payment to pay. With that being said, when I was done, I hit the STOP button so many times and even held it in a few times and it just wouldn't stop. Needless to say, it overcharged me a little over a dollar before finally shutting off. I even reached out to inform the owner or manager and they couldn't even bother to reply. I understand that a dollar is not much, but it was my money. I am a full time student in college and money is an integral part of everyone's life who's bank account doesn't end in tons of zero's. So for these reasons, I will not be a patron at this location again. I hope this doesn't do this to anyone else, because how much is too much? Now that they are aware of the problem, let's see if it even gets fixed. Good luck everyone. My suggestion...pay with cash, not plastic.

They did an awesome job with the remodel on this facility since I was here last, a couple years ago. The only reason I said it was okay, with three stars, instead of great, with five, is because they could have done a better job for people who like to manually wash their cars with the spray gun. I can barely get the hose around my car without smacking it constantly in the first bay, closest to the vacuums. It's really a small issue overall, but annoying considering new guns and hoses might be the cheapest part of that extensive renovation, as an educated guess. The water pressure was fairly good. Every other part of my experience here was great. I would recommend it to anyone who commutes in the area and needs a very convenient place to stop to wash the car.

I'm going to keep this short and sweet. If you drive a black vehicle, one in which shows dirt quite a bit, I would advise not going here. If you are unhappy with the wash, they will likely send you one refund, and then tell you to get lost because they seem to think that their car wash is good enough. They do not offer a monthly package so you cannot rewash it if it doesn't come out clean. I took another vehicle of mine to their other location on Greenwich Road, and it did a very poor job of getting even bird poop off of it. Needless to say, they were at least professional in their response, but offered no help in the poor car wash I just received. So I guess if I want a decent car wash, I need to drive over 20 minutes away to get a better car wash, or just wash it myself, which absolutely defeats the purpose of going through a car wash anyways. Especially a touch free one.

Only one here on a Wednesday. In and out on about 10 minutes. Automatic wash did a good job removing the salt from my vehicle. I chose the $10 wash. There are 4 levels of wash, each a bit better as you go up in price. If you pay by cash and expect change, it will be delivered in dollar coins.

Lines move efficiently and quickly. No tracks, you drive straight in and the person in front of you can continue getting dried as your wash starts. Visa, MC, and cash accepted. Still needing to research if they do gift cards or monthly packages at the Wooster Rd Barberton location. Super happy with today's wash!
