It was the greatest experience. The wait wasn't long at all. The workers were pleasant during the whole time. The cost was reasonable. What's funny is that I rode past them and didn't even notice them until the car wash I was heading to couldn't provide the service. So I am very happy customer that will continue to go to Personal Touch Detailing with my vehicle.

I like how professional this place was with appointments and completing tasks within the time promised ( well they took 40 minutes longer than promised but oh well). I did notice that the guy cleaning my car was also cleaning another car at the same time so that could be a reason. As for the job done, the cleaning was good with the price that you pay. They could've done better in some areas and they missed a couple of spots. Initially I was impressed with the job done but then as it dried up, I starting noticing some areas that I wish they could've spent more time on. Overall I'm happy with the job but still wish they could've focused a bit more on the more stubborn areas but then again, doing two cars at the same time could've effected the quality of the overall results.

Service was subpar. My leather seats, consoles nor cup holders werent cleaned....an exterior wash and vacuum was done and my car smelled awesome however... after being charged $25 and I tipped $15 because for as long as it took I thought my car would be cleaned. Editing my review.....I would suggest just the outside service because I will admit...I got a TON of compliments on the wash and wax job 🙂
