I contacted the owner to detail my truck. It’s newer but has stains on the seat that I needed shampooed. He said he would come Tuesday at 730/8am. At 815 I texted to find out if he was still on his way. He said he was still coming but did not give a time. At 10am he texted to ask if it was raining by me. It had just started, so we rescheduled for Thursday morning (today). He never showed and never called. I’ve heard from someone who knows him that he was out fishing instead. My truck was never detailed by this company so my review is purely on making a promise TWICE to come clean my vehicle and then not showing up for the agreed upon time. My time is just as valuable as his and I do not appreciate being made to wait around for someone to not even show up.

Okay. I have been hearing about Ryan for a long time and finally asked him to detail a 2012 Toyota Camry for me. Ryan puts his heart and soul into his work.
