I paid $45 for a comprehensive car wash that would include having my rims shined. When the wash was done, I was shocked to see the rims had not been shined, there was an oily substance dripping down from the top edges all around my vehicle, and my antenna had been broken in half. When I went back in and addressed the issues, I was not offered a refund or a discount, but was told the manager would call me to make it right. The manager never called so I followed back up and was told the manager still needed to review the camera footage to see what happened. I called back a number of times but was still never contacted so I just decided to cut my losses and post this warning to anyone else who does not want to have their wallet washed instead of their vehicle. I've been through countless other car washes and never had a problem. Unfortunately, I tried Grand Slam simply because it was on my way while running other errands. Big mistake. NEVER AGAIN.

Had an extremely disappointing experience with the Grand Slam Car Wash – Victory Lakes location. I recently was assigned a F150 work truck that has stains on the fold down center rest and right side of the drivers seat. The interior is factory cloth and I was looking to have those areas cleaned. We called the Grand Slam Car Wash – Victory Lakes location and asked how much it would cost. We were told that we had to drive the truck to them so they could give us a price. I drove the distance, not short, to speak with the Manager who did not even look at the stains and then advised me he had a package for $100.00 that covered the whole interior and a wash. They could have told me that on the phone instead of having me drive over. Then I look at the website and see the package is only $60.00. I have been getting all four of my personal cars cleaned at this location for years. But now I am rethinking that decision. Buyer beware, seems shifty to me and then there was no customer service when I told the manager about this.

The vacuums are trash and had to go thru the car wash twice to get all the soap off of my car and still had to have an employee rinse it off with the hose. I will definitely not come back.

I’ve been coming to get multiple cars cleaned here since they opened. Well today ruined all of that. I’ve had some rush jobs before but never one so terrible like this. When I questioned the spots that were still dirty I received the rudest response on top of it and nothing to make it better. I basically was shooed off. Will NOT be returning.

Had oil changed in my company car they said they could do brakes…looked at their website it says nothing about brake change told them to put my car back together. I left & kept hearing awful noise, stopped at NTB they said all of my lug nuts could be removed by hand. Grand Slam never tightened them. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

These guys were awesome! Never had any of my cars professionally detailed. I am a traveling healthcare worker and just got back from up north with all the snow and salt. A family member recommended this place and location. This was a great experience! They took care of every nook and cranny. I definitely recommend them and I most certainly will be back. THEY DAMAGED MY CAR! Put a huge dent in my roof! Don’t even think of using this place. Damage is several thousand dollars. THEY NEVER REPAIRED THE DAMAGE. UPDATE: SIX MONTHS have passed and they have never paid for the damage they caused. UPDATE 2: They’ve still never paid to fix my car. UPDATE 3: Three years now and they never paid a dime for the damage they did. This review gets lots of views so maybe it saved a few people from a company that ruins cars and walks away.

Will never go back. Looks like they did a rush job on my small vehicle. Went early in the morning to beat the crowd and it still looks like they didn’t take their time. I got the Home Run wash, $36.99. I found dirt on all my floor mats, water spots on the windows, crumbs/ dirt within the leather seams, and still fur from my dog (sitting right on the passenger seat). I also found a small scratch on the inside of my driver side window. The lady swore to me they didn’t do it, but I have never seen it before (it’s a new car). Didn’t get an apology or refund or even my tip back. They weren’t willing to do anything for me as their customer.

Paid way too much money to get my truck cleaned, carpets shampoo, and deep cleaning crevices. Crevices are not clean and they didn't even touch the inside of my center console. Will not recommend and will never come back. Took 5 hours for this garbage. Grand Scam.

Terrible wash. I paid for the 160 car wash and 99 oil change, and my car is still dirty. There was still bugs on the front and dirt from the wheel wells. The inside wasn’t cleaned just wiped with shine. The rims are filthy. Water lines everywhere and grease hand prints on the outside. Never again.

So the vehicle is already completely dry before they start wiping down. Car wash did not remove all the dirt so the person drying pulls out a bottle of Windex and start spraying on the paint. No thanks.

After $80 and being told they would clean the interior b4 they armorall, there may be a spot or two that got it but less than 10% was touched. To top that, it wasn't even cleaned first. The entire dash, steering wheel, doors, instrument panel all dirty. Let's get to outside. Front deflector never touched not even a wash. Neither were the mirrors or the wheel wells. Just smeared dirt in the running boards. I'm very unhappy and will steer ev1 I know away from this place.

I used to come to this car wash all the time, but it’s been a while and I took my new car there to get washed. It was very slow. I didn’t see any other cars being taken care of. The workers were standing around outside talking. When I pulled up to the full service lane to get a wash, the lady who had been standing there just walked away as my car pulled up. I sat there and no one came out. I backed up to make sure that they were open and the lady that had walked away from me at the full service Drive up, kept walking away and staring at me…? all of the detail workers outside we’re standing around talking. I guess they didn’t wanna make any money on a slow day.

Dangerous, Creepy, and Unprofessional After my car was finished, I went outside to pay since no one was inside. I asked a staff member working in the oil bay to check me out, and he told me the manager was driving someone home. Shortly afterward, that individual came inside. While we were alone, he began asking me personal questions, including my age, where I lived, whether I was married, and whether I lived alone. This line of questioning was completely inappropriate and made me feel unsafe. Another employee eventually returned and completed the checkout. I am deeply concerned by this interaction. Even without any further issues, asking customers invasive personal questions—especially when alone with them—is unacceptable and reflects poor management and training. I contacted another location to speak with the owner and was informed it is the same owner. The associate I spoke with was professional and said they would relay my concerns. Unfortunately, I have not received a return call. In a situation like this, I would expect communication about employee training and how such incidents will be addressed. Adding to this, the oil change and car wash are overpriced, and my car was not particularly clean. There are many better options available—do yourself a favor and choose somewhere else.

Would not recommend. For $120 Managers special” (not on any menu), was supposed to have thorough deep clean. Yet the trunk, consoles were not even opened. Poorly cleaned with some chemical that leaves a thick sticky layer everywhere.

I’ve had my car hand washed here a few times and they usually do an okay job. Today the price was higher and the quality was worse. My windows and windshield are still dirty and there are lots of streaks on the car. I’m very disappointed. It wasn’t worth the $40+ tip.
