Horrible car buying experience. My son saved his money to buy a truck and on the outside it looked wonderful. The engine looked clean and it had low miles. The ugly truth is that even though they put new shiny tires on the truck .....underneath the carriage of the truck the frame has holes and Is structurally unsafe because of major rust erosion. The salesman Steve was not helpful when I asked about the poor condition of the carriage. Too late for my son because he can’t drive his first car because it is unsafe. The truck sits at my house until I can pay off my loan so we can get a safe car for my son.

Most fair and hassle free car dealer I've ever dealt with and I've worked for and dealt with cars for over 20 years. Looked at several lots and cars before going here Saturday afternoon. I looked at a 2013 Nissan altima that was priced under book value. Steve handed me the keys and said go for a drive. Zero pressure. I could tell the car had been inspected and properly serviced and cleaned. The only flaw I found was the tires were worn. Steve replaced them at no cost with agreement to purchase the car. My bank had closed for the day so I offered some cash for them to hold the car untilMonday.steve said no, your word and a handshake is good enough. If your looking for a decent vehicle at a fair price with honest no pressure sales look no further. Highly recommend. .

Stopped in to buy a car. Truck is $1500 less than a nearby dealer is asking for one a model year older. One guy in the shop, and he was busy, but Steve was friendly and helpful. Prices and quality on the lot were pretty good.

Hello and good day Monday morning spoke with Steve on the phone and he answered many of my questions about the van i called to see and buy. Steve was so nice with me and my wife i was very impressed. Gave me a great fair market price on our trade in and i was happy overall. Steve really made my day. And with in less than an hour with keys in hand and headed of home with our new car. For the price, they're decent. My van definitely looks better, but they missed a TON! Interior doors, vents, steering wheel, and most plastic interior surfaces weren't actually cleaned. The carpet and exterior looks great, and it's definitely better than it was. But I had to do a lot of work on my own after I got it back home and got a closer look.

Bought a couple of cars two days ago for our teenage daughters. Steve was great to deal with over the phone and in person. It was great to find a dealer that has some reasonably priced cars for that "first car" need. The entire process was quick. We did find that one vehicle had some issues and they were happy to look at it and get things fixed for us. Great place, definitely recommend!

Stay away from these incompetent folks (STEVE).Drove 150 miles only to find out that the car has a dead battery, never had an oil change, super low oil level, and the engine started smoking after a test drive. What a disappointment and waste of time

I just texted about a 2014 Buick Encore listed last night for 6999.00 and this morning when I texted him to see it the PRICE HAD INCREASED UP TO 9,499.00!!!!!! He said there were 2 on the lot and this one was not correctly priced!!! I asked to have him show me the other 2014 Buick that is 6999.00 AND DEAD SILENCE!!!!!!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!!

The dealer, perfection auto detailing in bloomington illinois, is bogus ...the truck I drove 3hrs one way to purchase today had significant water damage...terrible. It was specifically the Ram 1500 Sport 4x4 white with 107k miles.. completely rusted thru on bottom , definitely say in flood water for a very long time and dealer never mentioned it at all.. shady and unprofessional

I took my 2018 4Runner in because I had a broken front spring. They sold me new front end lift kit for $1500 installed. The day after I picked it up I noticed the front tire was rubbing when backing out of a parking spot. I brought it back and was told the suspension guy was out sick. I made an appointment to bring it back a in a couple weeks. I didn't drive it until I brought it back. They did not adjust the shocks when installed and did not do the alignment they charged me for. When you walk into this place it's nothing but attitude. I was as nice as I could be and was treated like crap and nothing was explained. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR REPAIRS. The picture was from the 2nd time when I picked it up. Again no explanation. Clearly the alignment wasn't done the first time. These people are incompetent and unsafe.

When I saw the ad for the car I bought it, there was a part where the description said, "You can hit the road with confidence knowing that this Fiat 500 has been well maintained and is ready for your next adventure." So based on that, I contacted James and Steve a lot and asked for more pictures, videos, and some scans. Since I bought this car online, I asked them a lot of questions and they always said the car was perfect, even though they knew I was hundreds of miles away from them. The whole time they said the car was perfect and in addition, James said his mechanic would be happy to get it. So I paid for the car using my credit card and bank wire transfer and I arranged for transportation to my house. When I got this car here, I noticed that the transmission was not shifting properly and that is easy to notice. So, I contacted James and asked him about the transmission and told him that the transmission was not shifting properly. After that, I tried many times to contact them, by phone, text, and email, and have not heard back from them yet. IN SHORT, THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY!

STAY AWAY / DO NOT BUY A USED CAR HERE!!!! If you want to deal with a sales team that not only doesn’t know anything about the vehicles they sell, but get upset when you ask questions to learn more about the vehicle you want and make you feel like you are bothering them for making them actually do something then this is the place for you! If you want a shady, unprofessional experience, you’ve come to the right place! I tried to buy a vehicle out of state over the phone and was directed to James who was the worst “salesman” I have ever worked with. Not only did he not know anything in the most unhelpful way, he was unresponsive and at one point hung up on me as I was literally try to buy a truck from him. It gets better! After a week or so of slowly getting answers to my questions, We worked out a price. I still wanted the truck as I thought it was a good deal even though it was a terrible experience and I was ready to pay, but wanted to talk to Glen the owner first. I wanted to work with him directly to not only ask a few more questions on how the out of state process works since again James knew nothing, and to also tell him about my terrible experience, only to be hung up on again when I called to ask for him by Steve, the other “salesman”. When I called back was again directed to work with James and that they would call me back. Steve calls back and says they are no longer selling the listed truck I had already had an agreed upon price for! As you can read similar experiences, please avoid this place at all costs or it will cost you in the long run. Never seen anything like it. You would have thought I was trying to sell them something the way I was treated, it was like I was bothering them to buy from them, unbelievable. I hope they comment on this too as I am excited to hear why they just magically decided to not sell this vehicle and not only waste my time, but be as unprofessional as possible in doing so.
