My wife and I have brought our cars here since 2013 and get a wash 2 to 3 times a week. It was good the first few years but the washes had a bad odor. They fixed that a couple of years ago and recently updated the bays with a nice look and better vacuum hoses. I love coming here. It is always fast.

Always decent; glad the renovations are done. There needs to be a dedicated lane for monthly members. It’s pretty frustrating getting stuck behind cash payers trying to figure out the machine!

This location is by far the best location that is out there at least on the South Shore. I’m always impressed by the staff and how everyone regardless of how hot and or cold it gets during the times going through. The staff has been very welcoming and willing to talk to you and treat you as a human being. If there’s a problem, I’ve seen where the manager Ethan can de-escalate a situation quickly, as well as make a happy common ground for everyone. Not only that he truly loves his job. Remi is one of the gals That is always welcoming to those who greet her with smiles and she gives that in return and willing to help! She’ll even get into the bag of a truck bed and help Clean up the Customer’s truck bed with the Customer to ensure everybody is safe within the vehicle or outside. Robert is one of the hardest working people, and washes a car like a champ. David, Albert, and the whole crew all, all make the experience at the transcontinental location. Worth while and wanting to go back. No other location comes close to this with the wash and more so the crew. Very grateful that this location has stayed the same. Five stars across the board every day all day. If you want service that matters to the people and wanting to come back for more. Go here! Tell them JD sent ya!
