Would rate negatively if applicable. Highly unprofessional meeting with shuttle driver. Raised voice/ threatening tone while chaperoning my 1-year-old daughter & I. Had to drive back & end service with company. Had no issues paying for services came ready to spend $$$. Spent more going elsewhere. Willing/wanted to pay more not to have to deal with company. When dealing with desk manager he assured me this was “out of character” for him. I just met this man. I called them back & had them stay on the phone with me as the driver kept giving me aggressive looks. Extremely uncomfortable, unprofessional and uncalled for. Nobody yells at me or my daughter or around me or my daughter. I recommend a professionalism class for your employee or some sort of anger management/domestic violence course. I believe it would positively impact your shuttle driver. Thank you for wasting my time & making me and my daughter highly uncomfortable.

Had a great experience with the staff at PDR Auto. I knew going in the repair would not be simple, but they kept me informed every step of the way and gave me some different options. Thanks to the experienced techs who were able to get my 2009 Subaru Legacy back on the road. I have put over 3000 miles on my rebuilt engine since they completed the repair with zero issues.
