Terrible car wash. Equipment does not work properly. Better off having the rain wash your vehicle.

Went through the auto wash and it didn’t clean my car hardly at all. I called the owner and he had me come back, refunded my money, then scrubbed my car himself and sent me back through the wash. I will probably use the self-wash next time because I didn’t realize the auto wash didn’t have scrubbers, but the customer service was impeccable.

They oddly forget to add soap on a daily basis. Then the vacuum a are always broke. This use to be a gr8 place and now besides the junk equipment you have section 8 people harassing you for money constantly. I just keep handing them ink pens. When they ask why. I tell them to go fill out a job app.

Quite impressed with this car wash. Automatic wash works well, and self serve is easy to use. Clean, food value for money, and new/modern equipment. Been there several times and keep going back.

Self service option is great. However, if you’re on a tight schedule and want a quick wash, DO NOT GO here. I purchased the platinum wash and my car was completely filthy afterwards. Terrible wash and I do not recommend the auto wash to anybody. Save your money, hand wash or self service only.

The best self service car wash in town. It's certainly the cleanest, and it uses bit better quality soap than others. Also, $5 bill gives you 12 min in bay time. Nothing else in town compares really. It's just too bad it's located clear across the town from me.

The premium wash is out of triple foam product. I paid for the gold automatic wash, but it's not working. How do I get a refund?

Pretty decent wash. No auto wash in our area can get under the spoiler at the top.of the hatch on the Jeep. The spray time.is always too quick and soap gets stuck up in there and doesn't get rinsed off. But overall it's a decent wash.

I've been here a few times since it's close to my work and it's just not great. The equipment is worn and sometimes, not working correctly. In summer, the trash cans are filled and swarming with yellow jackets. The touchless car wash is average, but won't really clean any dried on debris. For $20+ just to get a halfway cleaned car, it's disappointing. The last time I was there someone was soliciting money and since I was alone, I just left. That was the last time I went. Someone else pointed out how everything feels cheap and I feel the same way.

After Clay Baier sold the place, it's not the same; What was once "the best" car wash in a 30-mile radius of C-U, the new owner is not maintaining the equipment in the same fashion as they used to - Many of the detergents have been changed/reduced to a lower quality to save money. Most of the time, one or more of the detergents are out, leaving you with just water on some cycles. I have been there certain times, and the LED light fixtures are not turned on after dark, guess it's another way to save $$. When it was cold out, the doors were not shut allowing cold air to freeze the water once it hits your vehicle. Total night and day difference in quality compared to the old owners who did an absolute fantastic, outstanding job with keeping it up kept properly. It seems that after spending upwards of a million dollars, you'd think the new owner would continue to want to be the best car wash in town - now it's just another mediocre car wash like the rest of them. After spending hundreds, if not thousands of dollars here, our business will no longer be returning to this wash unless things are rectified and once the new owner stops cutting corners to save a dollar.

This carwash has went drastically down hill. Use to be the best place to wash your car, Now, I wouldn't even use them for a bucket of water. No soap or Presoak in most the Bays and Never anyone there... Don't waste your time or money because most of the equipment doesn't work.

Do not use your credit card to pay for the self wash, sometimes it charges the full 14 dollars and doesn't even start.

I first tried this wash around the time it was sold. It was an absolutely horrible experience. First, I was harassed by a guy wanting me to allow him to clean my car (so he could make some money). After multiple attempts to get him to leave me alone, I finally gave up and left with my car half washed. The second time and the third time (today) I went through the automatic. Both times it has done little to no help in cleaning my car. This time it didn’t even spray anything out on the whole left side. I will not be back. I’d rather drive clear over to Champaign or even down to Savoy to get a car wash, which is what I’ll be doing from now on.

After paying for my car wash, an older gentleman stops you from going into the car wash, brushes your car with what I can only guess is a pre soak? When he finished he knocked on my window insisting I tip. I told him I didn’t have cash. He told he I could tip his “old lady” via cash app after the wash. I felt very uncomfortable as he was very pushy. When I finished up the car wash, him and his lady were waiting for me on the other side. I was very nervous and drove off. I don’t know if he works there or not but it was not a pleasant experience. My car did come out clean, so the wash part was great, just the before and after that were not okay.

Why do your card readers never work?? :( I love this spot when I’m able to actually pay and use the wash. It’s closest to my house so I always try here first but the card readers don’t work 90% of the time. Not trying to be a jerk, just figured maybe no one had said anything yet.

The touchless wash is decent for what it is, but the business practices here are unacceptable. I was charged $14 for a $12 car wash, even though I specifically selected the Gold wash. I have the receipt to prove it. This kind of dishonesty is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere.

SCAM! DO NOT GO! Not only did I put the cones out for the owner last week and not get the free car wash he promised me, I just had the following experience: I paid $14 for a car wash, drove in, the carwash did nothing then proceeded to shut off. I called the guy who works there who rudely said "Is the door open" to which I replied yes and he said "well then drive out..." This is a total scam of a carwash. It should be shut down. I've reported to BBB and Urbana Police (non emergency). DO NOT GO! AVOID!

Well kept, good value car wash. Just drive slow on the entry(under carriage wash) and exit(air dry) if you pick those options to get the most out of them. I will be coming back.

I haven’t used automatic one, but the hand washing is the best I’ve ever seen! Everything is working properly, a lot of different good looking soaps. Tire cleaner as well(for some reason the tires weren’t shining, but I rinsed off the tire cleaner) Otherwise, really good car wash. I appreciate it and will wash my Tesla there from this day on.
