We use synthetic oil in my wife's vehicle. I just found out they put 3,000 miles on the 'service due' stickers no matter the type of oil change you get. A little trick from cooperate to get people back sooner than 5-6,000 miles for synthetic. I am only posting this so others who use synthetic are aware.

I was probably the best experience one could have getting an oil change. The people working there were polite and did a great job. Being someone who has Ulcer Colitis it was wonderful to see a clean restroom just off the waiting room if I needed it.

Great service, they cleaned the inside and outside of my car for “free” and got the oil change done very fast. However it was 40$ for the standard oil change. If you are looking for JUST a standard oil change and not a car cleaning save yourself 20$ and go somewhere cheaper! However if you want your car cleaned and all that for free (I consider it 20$) then definitely go there!

I love getting my oil changed here! You get a free car wash (inside and out) with your oil change! The service is amazing! Every time I have a question or concern the staff are so kind and check out the issue. If there is a problem they will recommend where to go or the part needed to fix it. They are so awesome!

Oil change was fast and reasonably priced. I didn't have time for the full wash that came with but the gave me a code to delay that service for 90 days. They didn't have my air filter on hand but did let me know that if I purchased one on my own the would install it for me. Techs were extremely polite. Will continue to visit for oul changes.

Went in for an oil change and car wash. 1/2 mile down the road after my heat shield fell off. I went back to have them put it on and the guy that worked on it said "screws must have vibrated off"-sure all 6 of them. I asked for the manager and he said the same thing. Just admit you screwed up and apologize. I went over to the car wash side and asked for a manager there. After explaining what happened to the manager there-she just looked at me. Car wash guys always do a nice job, but I will not go back to the oil change side. Don't trust them any more. $88 bucks later!

I always like to use pdq because they will refill your fluids if needed. I also like that you get the car wash and vacuum. More recently I had an issue and they quickly found the problem and resolved it. They didn't try to turn the issue back on me.

I usually go here because they typically do a good job on the oil change and you get a free car wash. However, as of recently, they have been closed both of the times I went to get my oil changed. The hours on google are wrong which is an inconvenience. Also, last time I went for the free car wash they did a really bad job.

I have been going to PDQ Oil Express.for over 2/years and was always impressed and completely satisfied. Tech's were pleasant and went eight to work retuning my vehicle back to me in approximately 15 minutes start to finish. Yesterday I arrived and the team has definitely changed and the Aplus service has slipped. There were 2/cars in the bay when I arrived and by the time I was in and service complete it took nealy 50 minutes.The tech working under my car took at leat 10-15 minutes to drain and place.filter back in place. Techs all seem to walk throughout the garage with no sense of urgency. I will give PDQ another chance, but if this does not change--I am gone!!

The car wash wound up damaging my rims on my new car. They swear up and down no damage occurred from their wash, yet I have 2 employees stating damage in the same area occurred in their cars on low profile tires. Yet they refuse to repair the issue without me putting in a claim on insurance. I even offered to switch rims and run it through to prove it was, if they would pay for the repair on that one. PDQ used to be good I used to tell everyone to go there. Not anymore, a brand new car doesn't just have marks on the inside of the rims with no other damage and fully stock suspension. If you have low profile tires beware.

Lube shop! 10/10. I pulled up on a Saturday morning, and was greeted by a friendly gal by the name of Lindsey(based on the name on her uniform)... She greeted me with kindness, realistic expectations and a pleasant walk to the waiting room. I'd admit, I was shocked & had to re-evaluate my ENTIRE life when she- Lindsey a woman, got down in the pit and did my entire oil change start to finish!!!! Start to finish is leading me into the shop, communicating with me about my oil change, graciously and kindly bringing me to the waiting lounge, getting in the pit, changing oil, filters, checking my fluids, tires, etc., taking my payment and guiding me out of the shop. I WAS SEXIST UNTIL THAT MOMENT. I have seen women in a lube shop but never to the extent of Lindsey and her capabilities. Therefore, leading to extreme consideration of my entire thoughts and beliefs! For that Ms. Lindsey, I apologize and thank you at the same time! She is the absolute best and PDQ should be honored to have her in the utmost!

The only reason why I even gave two stars was because the guys who did my oil change were great. I paid to get my car full service. I paid extra to have the mats done as well as the whole car armorall'd and leather protected. I was so disappointed after I drove off and looked at my car. I even gave them each a large tip. I had to take it back around to re-vacuum it myself. The armor All had to been applied so sloppily that you could see streaking on my dash and doors . And armor All was all over my mirrors. I will never go to this location again. It was the poorest car cleaning I have ever had. I went to the Oneida avenue location and it was great. Oh and I forgot to mention that they still left my garbage in my car and it was only two wrappers.

They clean the outside okay but for the interior they just wiped like the very least they had to wipe down. My 10 year old could've cleaned the dash and stuff better.

PDQ Express Lube on Shawano Ave is truly the best express oil change place I've gone- not that the others were bad but this place is exceptional. They are so fast compared to anywhere else I have gone. Great service too, each time I've gone I have had different staff assist in my oil change and every employee I've interacted with has been friendly and helpful. 10/10

Never knew how good I had it at Take 5 . Very disappointed in entire experience. Broke my glove box door. And replace cabin filter with nuts and leafs on top back in vehicle. I did choose not to change the filter. but you can at least dump the leaves and nuts off of the filter before putting it back into the vehicle so I spent a half hour digging nuts out of my heater fan. This would never would’ve happened to take five and I have no association other than I’m a customer of theirs. This was the first and last time I will be taken by you..
