I own a brand new Honda Accord with less than 4,000 miles on it. The PDQ crew at this location scratched the passenger side door pillar, windows again not wiped down properly, and my instrument cluster and steering wheel were not wiped down or cleaned. I paid extra for the Extreme Shine Wash Package, which is a rip-off. The staff also did a horrible job applying tire shine which is included in that wash package. I will not be back, I could have cleaned my car myself and would have gotten better results. This seems to be a common theme at all PDQ locations in the Green Bay area. I had a poor experience at the Oneida St location right before Thanksgiving as well

Just paid 29.50 for basically a wash. I was the ONLY person there and they still did a horrible job vacuuming. The windows were done so poorly I had to re wash all my windows to get all the towel marks and streaks they left. I definitely won't be back to this location! Poor service!

PDQ still has the best washes around and without the "paint scratcher" brush found at other places. My Clean Freak pass lets me hop in and out of all the PDQ locations at a great price. The East side location is a bit dated and hard to access but the wash quality is the same. It would be perfect if they would move out towards I-43 on Webster or near Menards East.

I spent $13 on a car wash and it looks like my car wasn't touched... in fact it looks worse than it did before I went. The windows now have a film on them. The back wasn't even touched. The bugs and DIRT are still on my car. Terrible. I should get my money back.

This business closes at 5:30pm. I arrived for a full service wash at 5:07pm. Waited a couple minutes for someone to come and meet me outside. An employee finally approached and asked me if I've ever been there before. He then tells me that my tires won't fit on their track. I have a basic GMC Sierra 1500 with STOCK tires. I ended up at the west side location and two employees there told me that my tires will fit fine at the east side! Sorry PDQ but with service like this, you just lost a family faithful customers.

Most of the car was clean except for inside doors. Still splattered with coffee. Not sure how they missed it. Floor mats were nice an clean. Not sure what manager special covered at 30 dollars. I had to pay extra for mats to be cleaned. Tires to be cleaned. Armoural if I wanted dash cleaned.

Got the manger special for around $35 So worth it. They cleaned the inside and outside of my car. I paid an extra $1 per rubber mat to get cleaned and so happy I did, like brand new. Definitely going back to get this done.

My experience was pretty good, I am tough to please, as I wish the work crew would realize that I'm spending over 50 bucks and I want them to clean my vehicle every time like they are paying the money and expect a complete quality service done...

Yes convenient. But expensive, and a job not will done. Added extra things to be done to manager special. Even bought an extra wash package. Pulled away looked in back seat and found wrappers on the floor. Yes they were supposed to vacuum. Got out at my next stop for the day and walked to the back of car and soap streaks running down the back. Paid for mats to be washed. They never did them or if they did they looked no better then before wash. Not happy with job done here. Even went on line to find the best car wash and they were listed top one. They should not be as far as I am concerned.

We had a gift certificate that was over 20 years old. Called ahead of time to make sure it was good. To my surprise, the gift certificates never expire. The vehicle was cleaned wonderfully and the staff was so gracious. Highly recommend

Prefer the Club car wash,, any day, they aren't very thorough when they actually "clean" your car,, I mean, if you're ok with it being cleanISH, then go there, otherwise, go to the CLUB CAR WASH,,, WAY BETTER!!! 😁

Better car wash at Fleet Farm for nearly half the price. I stopped here quick on my lunch to get a quick exterior wash on my car after all the rain we've been having. I paid for the ultimate wash, pulled up and they were quite busy for 11am. After waiting in line for a few minutes and being told it's back up I finally get in the car wash.. I was in and out in what felt like two minutes. After rolling out of the car wash my car was still dripping wet so I asked one of the employees if they dry the car at all and she told me exterior washes don't get touched at all. That's fine, some water is something I can quickly dry off with a microfiber towel when I get back to work. Only to get back and see my car isn't even clean!! So I grabbed some pictures and sent them an email. No response for a week, I emailed them again on Monday and still no response either. $16 for the worst car wash I've gotten. The one on Oneida St has never been this bad. I'll be avoiding PDQ in the future, very disappointed and zero customer service to try and fix the issue.

Only 2 people have removed my cargo mat to clean it; me and PDQ, and I sure as hell didn’t put a piece of gum between the mat and carpet. 😔

I went to PDQ today, April 5, 2025 and I feel that I had the best car cleaning I have ever had a PDQ they were so detailed and every employee was so nice. They took their time and my car is detailed better now than it was when I bought it.

$43 Extreme Shine and floor mats wash package. No under flush (paid for it). No mats cleaning( paid for it). No tire shine (paid for it). Interior shine, negative. Worst service ever. I will never go back to PDQ.

One star is even too much!!! Pay for the extreme shine and hand them a $15 tip!!! I get dog hair can't be removed but dust, sand and whipping down the interior is what I paid for! Highly disappointed!!! Now I have to go home and clean the car before I leave for girls trip because I'm embarrassed for them!

I’ve never brought a car to PDQ before, but wanted a quick spruce up on my aunts handivan. I got the basic package, which listed services as the exterior wash, windows, vacuum, and wiping down dash and console for the price of $29.99. My stupid self tipped the guys before seeing the car, and never have I ever thought about going back and making people redo things, or demanding a refund but if I wasn’t on a time crunch that day I would have. The van wasn’t super dirty to begin with. Some dog hair/dirt on the carpet and some dust on the dash and console. It looked like they didn’t even touch it. There were still all kinds of crumbs and dirt on the carpets everywhere, and the dash and console was VERY CLEARLY still dusty. Looks like they maybe ran a rag over half of it one time and called it good, absolutely ridiculous. The folks were quite friendly, and the young man who greeted me at the kiosk was great, but cmon guys. I ended up doing it myself, a complete waste of the extra $20 the vacuum and wipe down costed.
