I have used the PDQ on Northland and liked it. Today I tried this one with full service. Exterior looked good but not inside. Dust still on dash, trash still in door. Didn’t look like they vacuum at all. Never going back

I'm very dissatisfied with this car wash. I get managers special which has increased $10 in last year. Well I always have to tell them, "make sure you dry tailgate off," " can you make sure to get whole wheel when you tire shine." We ll yesterday I was in a hurry, so I hoped in and left and NO TIRE SHINE at all, I got home and had to completely go over my whole vehicle to dry it. This is unacceptable at $40 when you not doing the basic services offered. See pics of my unshined tires..

I just left there. Terrible experience. I can see where they wiped the dash and where they didn’t. They didn’t even wipe down the control screen. Didn’t touch the cup holders. Didn’t vacuum by the center console. There was barely any effort put in. Not worth my money. Will not come again.

I drive 65 miles when I want a good car wash. I don't do it often because its pricy. The quality and service however are outstanding.

The car was pretty dirty but for $30 I figured they would vacuum under the seats. They didn't even wipe the ridge in the center of the dash above radio. Never saw any one open rear of equinox to clean glass, wipe door, etc

Every time I come here I pay to finish the car wash. I would expect for them to at least clean everything easily visible to the human eye but I’m always let down.

“Carter” assisted me with the Express Wash; just cleaning the outside of my vehicle. Paid $22 and it was worth the fee. Clean exterior car. Carter was super helpful and polite.

For what it is, it is a great deal. They do a decent job with a machine wash on the exterior, and then the interior detail is wonderful for just a vacuum, dust and wipe down. They won't get out crazy stains with a basic clean, but they'll do a great job at cleaning the dust and dirt (and Cheerios or Goldfish crackers from little ones) from daily life out of your car. For $30, this is an incredible value.

40 dollars for a crappy job. Interior not fully vacuumed. Dash half wiped down. Garbage bag left on the seat. Managers special was pretty lackluster. Ill take my coupon to another location. 1.5/5

What great attention to detail even on a busy Monday! Shout out to Francisco who took the time to catch and clean off tar on a lower chrome piece. We noticed and watched how detailed he was - so impressed, we even gave him a tip. Our car was so dirty - just came back from 1000 mile road trip. Feels great to have it clean again. We love being a Klean Freq member - vacuum and sales attendants even recognize us as members. We don’t have to think twice about heading over to keep our new white car clean!

I just took my rental car to PDQ and chose the Manager's Special for an inside and outside clean. The outside of the car seems to be well done but not the inside. It looks like the cup holders weren't touched at all. Areas on the floor that were obviously not vacuumed, parts of the dash are still dusty, and some light mud on the sides of the trunk. I would have been better off cleaning the vehicle myself since I had to redo their work anyways.

Just bought car two weeks prior to coming to this wash. My car is black and only has 27,000 miles. My car was all scratched up by their microfiber cloths. Contacted the manager as soon as we got home and seen them under our led garage lighting. Of course they were closed by this time we got home, so I left a message. No one called me back in the morning, so I called again and at that point spoke to the manager who said he'd review the surveillance camera. I got a call back a few hours later. The manager was very disrespectful and blamed our dealership by stating these dealerships cover up these kinds of things and when you bring it here our wash removes that covering. This manager ended up hanging up on me. We use to come to this wash all the time when we'd make a trip to Appleton. NEVER ever will we come back to this wash, very disappointing. The disrespect we received made it even worse. Comment on PDQ Comment: I filled that form out and if you'd have actually read my review you would had read I spoke with your super rude manager who's disrespectful. Thank you for not taking the time to actually read my review.

I came to this location a couple years ago and was very pleased. I recently bought a two-pack manager special for my husbands truck and my car. While I do not have pictures of the truck, I was very unimpressed. We do have dogs, and while I don’t expect it to be excellent, I would think it would look at least better. The outside was great, the dash was wiped down, windows were much better. However the interior I went home and vacuumed myself and washed seats. Today I took my car in. Significantly less dog hair. You can literally see where they vacuumed and where they stopped (see pictures). I got my front mats washed. They look good, but any area near the floor was not vacuumed. Car dash and windows are wiped down great. Honestly, I will not be back. The cost doesn’t justify the lack of vacuuming they do. *Edit - Per the owners request, I filled out the service comment form.

Not thorough at all - I paid for a service which was not complete. The managers Special clearly includes wheel cleaning. This is what I get for $42... My windshield was also streaked/smeared. Disappointing for sure.

First, let me say I take great pride in a clean vehicle. I pay attention to detail, spend a lot of my own time vacuuming, cleaning and wiping things down. I understand that a vehicle is an investment and if you take good care of it, it'll take good care of you. So while some people will look at these pictures and think it's fine, those of us who understand and appreciate a job well done, will understand my feelings and frustrations. My receipt total was over $78. I asked for the express wash with the extreme shine. I also added: mat cleaning (2 rows + trunk, 4 mats in total) and Armor All on 2 rows. When I was flagged that the vehicle was done, I walked around and noticed several things. First, the entire back hatch had not been dried off. There was soap and water everywhere. Luckily, I always bring a rag when I get my vehicle washed to ensure it's dried properly if need be. I wiped down the entire back end of the vehicle, inside and outside, as the PDQ staff watched. Not a single person offered to finish their job. Since it took a while, there were water marks down the back window. The trunk mat was not washed, so I asked for that to be completed since it was paid for. There is dirt and debris on the floor, indicating the vehicle was not vacuumed with proper care. The windows were washed poorly--I can still see the handprint from my youngest on the window. (He was not with me at the time so it wasn't done after.) I called to discuss this with the manager, spoke to Garrett. Wow does he have some learning to do. Interrupted me as I was telling him what I paid for versus what I received with a very rude "anyways" Dude- there were 2 other vehicles in there when I was there-- what else could you possibly have to do besides listen and talk with your customers? Supposedly, I will be receiving a coupon in the mail for the exact same services. Garrett said they'd watch the video to see what happened. I hope he enjoys watching a customer finish the job that the employees didn't do. Maybe he can use my example as a training video? Can't wait for those royalties. I will update my review if I ever get the coupon... save yourself the hassle and hit up the new place by Menards.

I dont normally write reviews but I wouldn't recommend to anyone who wants full service done. I paid $48 for "full service" and got a barely cleaned car. They only focused on the front seats, didn't do the back seats (which is where it needed the cleaning the most because of kids). They were supposed to wipe down the consule, paid extra for it and its still dirty. I went when they first opened and it was just me there so there is no reason why the car was barely cleaned especially for that price and paying extra for things.

Pretty disappointing going in with a fairly clean car and it’s still not fully cleaned after paying almost $50. A good vacuuming and simple wipe down was all it needed. Nothing major. My entire center console section doesn’t look vacuumed or wiped. My passenger door and window clearly weren’t cleaned either.
