Very disappointed! I went there this morning out of desperation. Mats stayed wet. They don’t vacuum the vehicle they blow the dirt around and debris goes everywhere like into the seat crevices and under the seats all over the dash board and into the front vents. They don’t wipe anything clean they just wipe. Dirt spots were still on the sides and console. The side doors on the inside weren’t wiped, vacuumed or even blown to remove dust or debris that they blew around. Also have a huge scratch on my door after wiping. I know it wasn’t there before I got there. I’m not asking for a detailed cleaning but I do expect rugs and car crevices to be vacuumed and wiped down. It’s not expensive but I’m still paying for a clean car. Yes the car was cleaner than when I brought it in but it is a car wash I don’t expect to have to go over what they just did. And no I’m not a clean freak I’m just someone who wanted a clean car wash. Not even a bare minimum cleaning

I'm extremely pleased with the A package car wash I received on my Jeep Grand Cherokee today! The staff is super friendly, and did not rush. The attention to detail they gave to cleaning the glass, the interior (the dashboard, vacuuming, mats etc.), as well as the deep cleaning of the rims and sunroof, was excellent. I highly recommend Paulison Car Wash and will be returning.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “I brought in a car so dirty I was considering registering it as a mobile landfill. After this wash, it looks so clean I’m afraid to park it outside in case a cloud even thinks about raining. The staff didn’t just wash my car, they gave it a spa day. I swear I saw it smiling at me on the drive home. If they start offering therapy sessions for cars, mine will be first in line. Highly recommend!”

This is my third time using this car wash. I am satisfied with the exterior wash — they always do a great job outside, and I have no complaints about the tires either. However, I am very disappointed with the interior cleaning. I gave them multiple chances, but each time the inside of the car is not properly cleaned or wiped down. I feel like I always have to explain and point things out, which shouldn’t be necessary after paying for the service. Unfortunately, the interior service does not match the quality of the exterior, and that’s why I’m disappointed overall.

Paulison Car Wash is great. They do inside and outside of car...unlike Spark that only does the car outside and you have to vacuum your own car there. And Spark is about the same price as Paulison Car Wash.

I brought my car in for detailing and was very happy with the results. There was a tough salt stain on the side of the car that they completely got rid of, plus they did a full clay bar and wax that made the paint look amazing. The staff were friendly and took the time to listen to everything I wanted and made sure to go over all my requests and walked me through what they did once the job was done. When picking up my car, I even mentioned a stain on the interior headliner that I had forgotten to bring up earlier, and without hesitation, they took care of it on the spot. Overall great service.

Highly recommend this car wash and detail shop. My dog is older and had an accident in the car, we tried cleaning as much as we could but it needed professional cleaning. Paulison car wash was able to help us last minute with a detail on a Sunday! They had fair pricing and were very friendly and kind. The car was spotless! I will be coming here to do all my car washing from now on.

We’ve been getting my car washed here for over five years. I choose this place over all the others because after the machines auto wash, the guys and lady do an amazing job by hand. They really pay attention to the details and take pride in their work. This is on going no matter the weather. I love that.. as my hubby is a car guy himself. He has three vehicles, and he brings all of them here because we trust the quality of their work. Even the owner is great.. always pleasant and still jumps in to help. It’s a nice, family-run business they are all very down-to-earth and truly connect with customers.

I must the only customer they disappoint consistently based on the rating. I live close by and this place is always my LAST OPTION to wash my car. Simply because time after time they disappoint me and I always get the top tier package and end up with regrets. Very poor Job cleaning and finishing touches. They always leave my wheels dirty the tire shine is so diluted it lasts an hour and overall it’s just not worth $40 (that’s tax and tip included and a pack of air freshener) I’ve added some pics and I understand sometimes it’s busy so you slack off but this last time it was not they just don’t take any pride. Wheel don’t even look like they were cleaned Glass still had dirt and mirrors filthy. How??? I’ve given them over 6x before I reviewed them and decided not to ever go back… I hope you have a better experience

This use to be the best hand wash car wash in the area. They switched over to machine wash in but have a special soft micro fiber brushes. I use to go here often and loved them for their consistency. I moved out of town and haven’t been in a while and was close by today and decided to stop by, I was disappointed at their service. The inside of my car doesn’t look like it was vacuum and they didn’t even clean my tires correctly. I hate a tire shine over dirty rims, the dirty looks even more obvious. Sad part was they weren’t busy they were drying three cars, why rush the work? I had to ask for a rag to clean off my cup holders the best I could. I’m not asking for a mini detail but this is what I got from getting their top tier wash.

Consistency is key. Cars come out spotless and staff is professional. But the reason I’m actually writing this review is the headlight restoration service they offer. My headlights were bad to the point almost unsafe at night. I scheduled an appointment and I wasn’t disappointed. See the attached before and after pictures. Here it’s done correctly. They meticulously wet sand them to perfection. I highly recommend them!
