I will never bring my cars to be detailed anywhere else. I’ve brought my WRX before and now my M2 and they have come back in showroom quality. The detailing jobs they have done are immaculate and the attention to minor detail is unparalleled. Detailing, like most things automotive, are very much a “you get what you pay for” kind of deal and Paul’s is worth every penny and then some. They have a customer for life.

A friend recommended Pauls to me. This one is for you ladies, Paul makes you feel very comfortable in an auto shop which really says a lot. He is so easy to work with on your time and knows how valuable it is. He had my vehicle completed a few hours early. I had my air conditioner, thermostat, air filter and oil change done.Everything is working great. I will be seeing him for any future problems.... Thank you

I will start from the very beginning. I purchased a 2009 Honda Accord Coupe on May 29, 2015 from John Paul who is the owner's son. Looking back now and NOW having the knowledge I do there were so many red flags from the get-go. It is safe to say I regret buying this car. Number one there was absolutely zero information given on this car except the mileage and year, LITERALLY, which I will add I did not ask for a car fax and I will take responsibility for that part, Number two when we bought the car the paint was immaculate and in great shape, (which i will explain why this was misleading.) Number Three, The paperwork that is needed to register the vehicle and to receive an insurance binder was done incorrectly and carelessly put together. Last but not least John Paul was about as impersonal as one could get. Now within the first month of owning the car the hood started to chip and some spots appeared to have bubbled, almost as if the paint was melting off. In the second month there was a coolant leak which caused the radiator to overheat which almost killed the engine. I called back the dealership and was told there was nothing that could be done on their end. AWESOME customer service. Fast forward to this past March 2016. I was looking to get a more reliable car at Peter's Honda Nashua (which I would highly recommend) Of course I planned to use the equity of the 09 Honda towards this new car I would be purchasing. I had both dealership managers and the general manager inspect my car to see what the value of the car would be. They informed me that the whole front end of the vehicle was gutted and replaced poorly, the hood was skim coated, and slapped together to make it look good for a couple of months hence why the hood started to chip immediately. John Paul from Paul's Executive Care care failed to tell me at time of purchase that the vehicle had been in a head on collision. He was so eager and forceful to sell this car and disregarded the danger he could of put myself and my husband in while in this vehicle. Thankfully I am now in a safe and reliable vehicle thanks to Peters Honda Nashua. Hope this review helps future buyers. Ericka Boenis

Inexpensive? NO Worth every penny? YES Moved from AZ and first winter on Suburban was rough, inside and out. Car had not been detailed in 6 months and took a lot of abuse from two young kiddos, a cross country drive, and a lot of moving items between houses. When Paul’s was done, it looks BRAND new, inside and out. Not just clean, or better, or nice. It looked like no child had ever been in it, no one had ever eaten in it, and no one had been driving it through a salty road winter. I’ve gotten my cars detailed quite a few times, and this is up there with the best results I’ve seen. Thank you!

I was in the market for a particular car for quite some time. Being that I am in Miami, I was concerned about buying a car sight unseen that was over 1000 miles away. I could tell early on that I was dealing with a professional, and well organized group there at Paul’s. They promptly responded to all of my requests for more information about the vehicle over email, and were always available to take my calls. When the time came to make the purchase, I did not have any reservations about buying a car sight unseen over such a long distance. The transaction went as smoothly as possible, and the car arrived in perfect condition.

A sixteen year old car in very good condition, but one that had been parked outside most of its life… Paul’s staff promised their best efforts, and the results were fantastic! A fading, weary exterior was transformed into a smooth, shiny, almost-new-again finish. Interior Looks showroom new, as well. Paul’s delivers superb results!

Today I had my 2010 Ford F150 with 160k in for a full detail. To say I'm impressed is by far not enough! Their work is hands down phenomenal! To say I am satisfied with the quality of work and customer service here would be an understatement. I could not be happier with how I was treated by the employees or with the service they provided. I just went to Paul’s yesterday. I was so hesitant to find a place to get my car detailed because I had never done this kind of servicing before. I look and looked for places to get it done and most places were booked for the holiday season. I had heard about Paul’s from a friend of mine so finally I decided to call them. They were really good about fitting me into their busy schedule. I dropped my car off at about 9:30 in the morning and they said they wouldn’t get it done by 5pm originally. But after all was said and done, they got it done comfortably by 3pm. As far as the cleaning of my car, they did an outstanding job. All the stained were pretty much vanished and my car looks just about new now. I’m so thankful I decided to go with them and I will definitely be back again!

If you want a luxury car at a great price, Paul’s Executive Car Care is the place to go. I recently purchased the car of my dreams from this dealership, and John-Paul was the best; assisting me every step of the way in the process from placing the deposit to having it shipped to my home several states away. (They even provided me with a free Carfax report!) Thanks to him, the process was lightning fast, and I now have a beautiful sports car with hardly any miles on it. 😊 I would recommend this five star company to anyone who is looking for a quality vehicle from a quality dealership! John Paul runs a great program. Cars are in good shape or not there. We bought one model this week there! We looked for that car in 6 states. Paul's had the best miles, condition, and tons of options. And then a VERY fair price. And..... Paul's did a service above and beyond. Most dealers would have tried to skip it. John Paul volunteered to do it and did it! If you want good, pre-owned cars, see if they have the one you want. It will be your best decision! They search for the best ones. Then you get a fair price after they worked hard to find the best ones.

I purchased a car from John-Paul from out of state. It was a rare car, and he had the best one on the market (clean carfax, recent service records, best condition). After providing me with insight regarding the car, I asked him to take it to a manufacturer dealer to inspect the vehicle. The inspection was great, and confirmed everything that John-Paul told me about the car. There was one minor issue, and Paul took full accountability for overlooking it and remedied it on the spot. He worked with me and the inspection dealer to make sure the car was good to go for me. This was my first time purchasing a car from a distance (400 miles away). This was also one of the best and most sincere car buying experiences I have had. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for well-kept rare vehicles, and a sincere car buying experience.

Brought my vehicle into Paul's for a full detail with a couple of identified scratches. They worked magic on my scratches, removing or making all areas nearly invisible, and also found some areas with overspray from recent body work that were able to be corrected. I am so satisfied with the end result! The finish on my vehicle looks fresh and new again and the interior is spotless. I am already looking forward to my next appointment! ❤️

Had my vehicle all day from 8 am, but rushed to finish it at 5. Looks like a rush job on the interior. Just a dry wipe of dash, doors, panels and leather. Not cleaned. Still has spots and rub marks. Windshield still dirty on the inside. They offered to redo, but I'd need to leave it for another full day so I'll have to live with it. Have used Paul's several times before and it was great, but this time it looks more like what I get when I have it done for cheep at a car wash. Definitely not worth the $389 I paid.
