Scheduled a 10 AM appt. the other day, showed up... WAITED 30 mins and then called the number, asked if they were open today, he said yes??? then after figuring out I was there on location, he hung up on me, I called back a couple minutes later, JUST MAYBE WE GOT DISCONNECTED, rang once and then went to VM. So I texted, letting him know I drove 40 minutes ONE WAY, for nothing, and he replied, "sorry staff issues". COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Recently purchased a 2012 Nissan Rogue and I also drive for uber which we all know can leave AWFUL messes of all kinds I've tried every car wash place in town and the majority do a very poor job and or scratch up your ride. NOT HERE AT PARTNERS I'll never take my vehicle to another place again they came highly reccomened by the Honda dealership in which they bring their new and used vehicles here to be cleaned to be sold. They kept my vehicle for 8 days and told me they were working on it. Said it was looking good and they would finish the next day. On 8th day Elijah sent one of his employees with it to drop it off and it had never been touched! Lied the whole time. I will never use or recommend Partners Detail to anyone!

I have taken my 2013 Scion Tc to them a few times now and they do an excellent job. They are friendly, efficient, inexpensive and their attention to detail is out of this world. The last time I took my car to them, I had scuff marks all along my bumper from being rear ended a few weeks prior. The entire bumper was black (my car is white) from paint from the car who hit me, and every bit of it was removed! Impressive! I will be back, thanks guys!

These guys are INCREDIBLE!!!!! Wow I’m so impressed. My car was absolutely horrific when I brought in. Like I’m not kidding, I have a golden retriever so there was fur built up all over + dirt + just absolutely gross. To be honest, I don’t know if I’ve clean the inside at all since I bought it 5 years ago. They guys went far above my expectations of it being cleaned. It looks like I just bought it from a dealership. They put in such hard work. Not only did they do any amazing job, every one of them was smiling the whole time and super friendly. Honestly, they were just a pleasure to do business with. Please tip them well!! They truly deserve it because of the time they put in. You’ll be glad to give them your money after you see your car. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an outstanding auto cleaning!
