Very rude. John will tell you he will call you back with price after following up multiple times and Randy's VERY AWARE of the customer service issue. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I bought my vehicle brand new and they use this company for many things. I am not the only one from all the rumors from Parkside DETAIL. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.

Completely satisfied! I had the unfortunate event of being hit and run while my car was parked at a local grocery store. I came out with my groceries, and BAM! What happened to my car? I had an immediate sense of dread because the thought of dealing with and insurance company and being without my car while a repair was going to be done was pretty stressful for me! So, I want to Parkside detail and accessories for an estimate. I thought about paying for the repair myself, but the damage was worse then anticipated. So, I went to my insurance company and dreaded having to deal with the whole process! Roberto Alvarez took care of it all! He dealt with the adjuster for me and was on very responsive to me every step of the way! He thought of concerns I needed to address before I did. When things got sticky with my insurance I went to Randy Loveday the manager and he replied, “Don’t stress about it!” When he says that I knew Parkside Detail abs Auto had my back. When I went to pick my car up I took a double take. It looked better then when I dropped it off! It looked and smelled better. I would definitely use them again and and works recommended them to a friend . Thank you Roberto and Randy!

Stopped by to get a quote on getting some aftermarket HID headlights installed on my new Tacoma from Toyota of Knoxville. Man I talked with in the front office was very opinionated about HID's verses LED's, I have done my research and knew what I wanted. He called his manager since he was unsure what to tell me and his manager told him they were to busy and didn't want my business concerning my choice in HID's. Very disappointed in how they handled this situation, wouldn't recommend ever going there. One star rating is to high in my opinion.

honestly you’d be better off cleaning your vehicle at home. there was still dirt present on the console and mats, and when it was brought up they dusted it off and ran the vehicle through the wash again.. most definitely not worth $300. wish I would’ve just listened to the reviews

I had scratches on the roof of my truck and Parkside Detail and Accessories did a fantastic job with the repairs. Andrew and Curtis were great to work with and made sure that everything was taken care of. I highly recommend this company and Andrew and Curtis! They are the best!

Notice how most the bad reviews have no comments or total b.s! Just competitors being intimidated, pathetic. Anyways great people, seemed like a family owned business that's how nice everyone was. Brittany and Mickey both came out to my vehicle to see all the dents I wanted fixed and came out when the work was done to guarantee I was satisfied and I was. Courteous, kind, and professional, will definitely be back. Got my vehicle quoted right down the road at dent plus pro shop, about 9 dents for $800+!! Took it to Parkside and they beat it by more than half and even found 4 more dents the other place missed!! Awesome job.

My fiance took his BMW here to have some dents fixed and they did a great job. Very professional and caring staff, they kept him in the loop through out the whole process and we picked up the car looking way better then before. We will be coming back for sure!

A full detail at this establishment is just shy of $305 after tax. My initial detail was terrible and looked as if it had just had a swipe here and there. After waiting 45 minutes to speak to a member of management, Curtis arrived and offered to completely redo the full detail, however the only thing attempted when taking it back for the second time was running it the through the car wash and cleaning out the console. A second, or what should have been the first full detail was never finished. I have pictures of before and after both "cleanings", should anyone be interested.

Very disappointed in the service at parkside. Bought my vehicle from Toyota and wanted to have a hitch added. After going over with the technician what I was needing it for (travel trailer) and even discussed options. they installed the wrong electrical hook up. It was not a cheap install either and now to correct it they want to charge nearly just as much. They tried to soften the blow with cutting the labor cost on the fix which still isn’t a fix. Very disappointed wish I would have gone somewhere else

I bought an old /new car a 2005 lexus sc 430 and was struggling without a back up camera. I called lexus and they referred me to parkside detail and accessories and I had the pleasure of talking to Jay Stewart. it took a bit of time for me to find the time to leave the car for most of a day. but he was so great in keeping in communicaton and I finally, yesterday brought my car to get a backup camera installed. Jay met me and got all set up for the new camera install. After some gliches with the mirror The installer, Johnny Brewton worked diligently to resolve the issue and get my back up camera installed. It took longer than expected ,but the communication throughout the day was perfect. I am so happy to be able to see behind me and I would definitely recommend this business for any auto needs. Be sure and Ask for Jay Stewart and Johhnny Brewton for a great experience. thank you for the great team of professionals.

I was most impressed with my recent experience with Toyota Parkside and Accessories. Jacob was my service tech, his communication and follow through were great. I called in a panic, I need a trailer hitch installed on my Highlander, the other place that was supposed to do the work could not get the part in on time. I called, and Jacob was able to squeeze me in and even offered to have my car serviced by Toyota across the street for an oil change. I’ll be back and recommend them to others in the future. I have used them for both headlight restoration and paint less dent removal. Great job, cant even see where the dents were, and headlights look brand new. The dent removal guy is great, very good at his job, he basically did my whole car. They price by the panel and are very competitive with their prices, highly recommend using them. They are busy so be patient with scheduling.

Made an appointment last Thursday, scheduled for 8 a.m. Monday morning for rims and tint. While making the appointment I communicated that any day this week at any time would work, except for Tuesday due to prior commitment. Monday morning at 8 was perfect. Confirmed the appointment twice via text. Monday comes, dropped the car off, was given a rental. I figured it was going to be a while for them to get the rims and tint done but not hearing anything after over 6 hours, my husband called to get an update on the status of the vehicle. He was told it would be ready at 5 pm. Around 3:30 we leave to pick up my vehicle (we live about an hour away) and just as we were about to pull into Parkside detail and accessories, I get a phone call from Morgan. She said that my car isn't ready yet and that it should be ready tomorrow morning. I understand that it isn't her fault. But why not tell us this when we called earlier, before we drove an hour up to Knoxville for no reason? Poor time management and poorer communication. Update- Parkside still has my vehicle, it's been over 24 hours. it is now 12 p.m. Tuesday afternoon and I still have not received an update on my vehicle. 2nd update- My vehicle was ready for pickup at 5pm and I was able to get my car back Tuesday evening. Car looks great and I'm extremely happy with it so I'm adding a star.
