Thank you for the professional and thorough wash/wax/seal detail you did on my car. I rarely hire someone else to wax my car because I've seen too many detailers "miss" areas. Park Cities was very thorough and it looks great! Will definitely call you again! Oh, and I as I was pulling my car to the front of the house, I saw one of the gentlemen power washing my driveway where I had grass clippings from cutting the yard :-) You guys rock!

Roderick did a wonderful job! The whole process of booking an appointment and figuring out what I needed was incredibly easy. I wasn’t able to do the cleaning on my day off from work so he came to my workplace and cleaned my car there instead! I got an interior detail done. My cat has had a few accidents in my car and my car was in dire need of a cleaning (first time in 10 years). Now my car smells like lemon cakes and I love it. Everything is spotless and cleaner than it has been in years. Highly recommend if you need a detail!

So my husband had an unusual case. I was referred to Park Cities Mobile and soo thankful because they helped save my husbands exterior paint. He drove through some cement (BMW X5 2022) and thought it was white mud. So we just left it and figured we would wash it later. Well a month went by and we finally washed it and realized it was not coming off! I called Park Cities Mobile and they immediately came out. I was relieved that they could help us considering the cement covered his entire left side , both doors and rims. They worked on it for over 6 hours and got every last spec of cement off! Would highly recommend them! We learned so much about exterior paint and how to protect it if you have the protective clear coat. We will definitely be using them from here on out.

Roderick and his crew are consummate professionals who really do define the old scholl work ethic of doing the very best of which you are capable. They did a flawless job of detailing my Panamera S this morning. When they were finished, my car looked brand-spanking new and the interior was cleaned perfectly. In addition to Roderick being a true gentleman, I would trust ANY car or future car I get for them to work on unconditionally. And would VERY highly recommend them to new prospective clients without any hesitation whatsoever. They deserve my highest praise( and I'm not easily impressed).

Got an interior car detail. Upon arrival, I was told there was “so much dog hair” in my car - I don’t have a dog and I’ve had a dog in my car maybe twice. There was minimal dog hair. Got upcharged $75, despite this not being on the website in the details of an interior car detail. Listed separately where you wouldn’t see it unless specifically looking for it under “a special service”. I tried to talk to the boss who hung up on me mid conversation and did not answer my repeated attempts to call back. Tavoris, the man who cleaned my car, was polite and reasonable. Only complaint is he did not do a complete job of my car - left a film on my windows and did not clean my seats at all, as part of the basic package. My seats were untouched with many prior stains visible. Overall, my car is clean and the parts that he did clean he did a good job. Just didn’t do a complete job and the customer service was pretty terrible from his boss. frustrating that things weren’t done to completeness, especially after a bs $75 upcharge.
