As usual these guys are phenomenal, every time I have brought my car just reinforces why it’s the only place I bring my car. Also the service center has tons of amenities.

My wife and I agree that Paretti is best dealership experience ever. The service department did a great job on the repair. The service writer, Ryan was informative and extremely helpful. I cannot recommend them high enough!

I’ve been taking my car here for service since I bought it from Mazda in late 2014 and I wouldn’t take it anywhere else! All of the staff are wonderful, very professional and kind. Service is fast and efficient. I trust that they won’t steer me wrong when it comes to what my car needs. And that is invaluable!

Very professional people over at Paretti Mazda. Brought my car in for a simple gasket replace and oil change. They gave me a loaner for within 10 minutes of being there and I was out the door. Came back, paid, got my car and left. Ann rocks

This dealership has a warm and inviting characteristics about itself. The employees high standards, mannerisms, and professionalism made me feel as though we had know one another for years. And, the skills, technology, and the overall service is outstanding !! In short; you the customer(s) receives the royalty treatment and your vehicle gets Rose Royce service at reasonably affordable prices.

Me and my husband would like to commend Henry Reyna for taking good care of us on our first ever car purchase in america. It was a very smooth transaction and we were given the right treatment considering we are new in the country. Mazda Paretti gives out a superb service. Lobby looks like a 5 star hotel with free food and drinks in the concessionaire. Moreover, they aren't pushy unlike the other car dealers. No embarrassment, no harassment and they respect your preference. Customer service is 10/10. Most important thing -- the price is right! They walk you through different options and let you decide what fits your budget plus the explains the practicality side. Colby, Mike and Eric were also so accommodating that every questions were fully answered appropriately. Those guys treated us like we have met them before and it was an easy breezy conversation. We are so happy and satisfied with our CX5 2019! TWO THUMBS UP! We have the best decision to come to Mazda Paretti! Keep it up guys!

Mazda has been great for us. I posted on their Collision site as well. Our CX5 was totalled and Amy, Tim, and staff made sure we got a new one and on our way. High fives all around. Thanks Mazda!

I’ve had my car serviced three times in the last few years at Paretti Mazda. I didn’t purchase my Mazda from Paretti as I didn't live in New Orleans at the time of purchase. I’ve got to say that the service department at Paretti Mazda has treated me unbelievably nice and been totally professional in helping me with my cars service repairs. On my resent trip to the service department, manager Ryan explained in detail what my car needed, he was polite and professional. I love when I pick my car up after service that it’s been cleaned. What a great way to treat a customer. Pleasure to do business at Paretti Mazda!

Scheduled an appointment eight calendar days in advance for a manufacturer recall. Made the effort to drop the car off the night before, because I knew I wouldn't be there when they opened at 7:30 AM. I got a call at 9:30 that the part to be replaced was not in stock and my vehicle would not be ready for at least another day. Why did I make an appointment? Thank goodness I didn't plan to show up and wait for service! They also denied my request for a loaner. Picked up my car with no work done, and noticed a few days later that my hood wasn't fully latched. If they can't have a common part on hand for a scheduled recall service, I'm scared to let them turn a wrench on my car. Good luck finding the key drop. They told me I "didn't go far enough;" I walked around the place for 20 minutes and ended up hiding my key under a traffic cone. No kidding gonna drive to Houma or Baton Rouge to get my fuel pump replaced. Would not trust Paretti Mazda Service to replace my wiper blades. The sad thing is that their mechanics are probably talented and underpaid, but the front end experience is so bad that I just can't take the chance.

Yesterday I went to Mazda for my car service. Ronnie, who used to take care of it has moved and John Gantt took care of it. I was very impressed with the overall care and concern he showed to me, and was very patient and polite. He also assured me that he would be available in case I had any questions after the servicing which was very assuring. Thank you very much John and it was a pleasure meeting you.

I feel scammed by Paretti and will gladly drive an hour to Houma for all my future service needs. I brought my car in for service last year because the brakes we’re rattling, and they diagnosed that I needed thousands of dollars of repairs on other parts of the car too, which I naively approved. When I got the car back, it was making crazy squeaking noises from the front and sounded like the car aged 50k miles. I took it back to Paretti twice and they were completely unhelpful. It felt like they didn’t want to deal with me. Ultimately I took the car to the Mazda service center in Houma and they treated me much better. They had to order a new part and now my car sounds brand new. Luckily it was under warranty from whatever Paretti did. They diagnosed the problem the same afternoon I dropped it off, and they immediately gave me a loaner. Something Paretti never offered even though I was spending thousands with them.

Brought my 2022 CX5 in over a month ago for a grinding noise in my headlight which was covered under warranty so of course they are in no rush to actually fix it. Many excuses later, the service manager & general manager just don’t care about customers experience which is so disappointing because I love my car but it really makes me want to never own a Mazda again due to poor leadership and lack of caring about their customers at this dealership!

DO NOT BUY A CAR OR BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE. This dealership makes zero effort at customer service. They insist on sticker price when selling their cars, and never honor service appointment times. They will take your car in the morning and call you hours after your appointment has passed to tell you to come pick it up because they have no intention of honoring your appointment. I was told "we can make another appointment for you a couple days from now, but we can't guarantee that we can get to it then either". Once I told them that my new car was making a noise it shouldn't be making and they told me to turn the radio up. If you live in the greater New Orleans area you should rethink Mazda since this dealership is the only option. I ultimately drove 3 hours away to have my car serviced...that should tell you everything you need to know about Paretti Mazda.

The quality of Mazda vehicles has gone down significantly. I own two mazdas. I have a defective Infotainment screen on my Mazda6 that apparently should be recalled but Mazda has not done so for the later year models. The Screen does the ghost changing of radio channels and map without you touching or changing anything. This has occurred twice since I've owned the car. First time Paretti said the Infotainment needed to be "updated" for $40 to fix the problem. I Just brought the car in again and Paretti wanted me to pay $600 to replace a "defective" Mazda Infotainment system. Paretti also said the Infotainment system needed to be "updated" again and i needed to pay another $60. I Did not pay to replace the Mazda defective Infotainment screen equipment. The Paretti service department seems to have gone down for customer care and support. Will not be buying a Mazda in the future and can't personally recommend Paretti.

Came in about an hour before closing with no appointment for a minor issue: my TPMS light wouldn’t turn off. I felt bad dropping by last minute, especially knowing how busy the team had been (the phones were backed up that day), but my service advisor, Ms. Kim, was so kind and helpful. She brought me to the service bay, and had someone immediately put air in my tires, and got the light turned off right away. As a first-time car owner, I was so grateful she took the time to show me the ropes and reassured me that I was always welcome to walk in if I truly needed to. She made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. My TPMS light hasn’t come back on since. Thank you, Ms. Kim! I appreciate you!

In the 8 months since I purchased my car from Paretti Mazda, they have had 3 different managers of their service department. That says a lot. My experience with the service department has been very poor, as they try to make money off of you but ignore problems with the car that are still under warranty. With this lack of service, I will buy my next Mazda from Carvana or some other internet seller as the reason to buy from a dealership is to have the service department on your side. This service department at Paretti has failed me repeatedly.

Dropped my car off for regular service, plus one other minor light issue that could be addressed at another time. They proceeded to keep my car for 3 days with complete lack of communication after many attempts to text/call CJ our service advisor. Ended up having to wait around the dealership, again being ignored, after begging for them to give me my car back. Wouldn’t have been an issue if they adequately communicated with their clients, especially when I never gave them the OK to keep my car for several days.
