I go here often and usually it's a 10/10, but the tire shine didn't work this time. I paid extra for it too! One side of the rollers must have been out of tire shine liquid. So half got the shine and half didn't.

This place is awful. Advice to you don't take your vehicle to this place. My vehicle was damaged from the spin brushes, it took apart the trim on my passenger door. I have not washed my vehicle since the incident and it still has a piece of the material the circular brush is made of for evidence. Made a report with them and they ask you for your insurance info which we provided. We called 2 weeks after the incident because we didn't hear back from the manager Derik he said he was going to look into it. He called and said I looked at the cameras and it appears the trim came off at the end of the was by the dryers and with the force of the dryer it blew off. I told him then why does my trip half way off does it still have a piece lodged tight in there from your circular brush but before I told him this he said it won't be covered by liability since it was the dryer. Then after I told him about the piece still there he said bring over the vehicle to take pictures , but when the report was made they had taken pictures at the beginning of the report now he wants more pictures. After 3 weeks of calling him back and forth and calling him after the 4th week he calls and tells me he can't do anything because the cameras apparently only hold 1 month of video . Yeah okay BS this place won't take accountability for their consequences. He tried telling me well the video showed your trim was loose. I told him no it wasn't loose everything on my vehicle trim is very on at this point and before I can ask him to show me the video of so called trim loose before the wash he tells me the video is no longer backed up. This place is a joke.

Been coming here since they opened the quality used to be awesome they have progressively gone down hill. The tire shine only gets half the tire. And on the car itself unless it is just surface dirt it doesn't come off. Very disappointing lately. I will give it one more try.

I took my vehicle for first time here. The rotating brush inside the brush ripped apart the chrome part of my cars door half way. Made an incident report with the car wash. They took pictures and I did as well. We keep calling the manager and just get the run around that he will call back and nothing. It's been 3 weeks and haven't resolved the issue. Don't recommend this car wash at all.

Great place and great customer service. As far as car washes go it is average price wise but you get WAY more than what you pay for. The wases are quick and if you need a vacuum there are tons of them for you to use. (Plus they tend to be open during sub zero temps when others aren't)

Had a very bad experience with this car wash. I went there for my very first time on 10/27/19 and I will never go there again! The driver side quarter panel was damaged during the wash. I went to numerous car wash places before and never had any thing like this happen to me. The owner claims that this happened because of a bad application of clear coat which after speaking to three body shops, they all disagree. The damage on my vehicle is not worth disputing legally so hopefully this message is read to warn others of a bad service I received going to this car wash. Don't waste your time and money and if you can wash your own car to prevent damages like these.

For the premium price ($11) it’s not worth it I’ve been here twice and both times my car comes out dirty today it even left soap behind and the vacuums have barely pressure doesn’t vacuum very well..

Never going back. This place charged me for the membership 55$ 2 times a month for months until I noticed. When I called I played phone tag for months and NEVER got my money back. Then I left numerous voicemails canceling my membership after stopping by and canceling my membership. I still got another charge and spoke to a Derrick who said I would get my money back and ofcourse the charge went through. I think this place is broke. Will have to take legal action if my card gets charged agained!

I went to Papo's today for a wash, 1/3/2026. Did not realize how bad of a job it did until I got home. The staff are nice, but the rinse was bad, like it used dirty water.

my boyfriend and i got a car wash from this location and due to an issue with the belt the cars ride on, the car behind us was jolted into us and rear-ended us. luckily the damage was very minor for both cars but we will never come here again. both cars were in neutral so there should’ve been no reason for collision, other than the belt. BEWARE!!!!

Disappointed in the wash and management response. Bought the $5 wash and went through. Came out looking like the pictures attached. Many parts of the car were good but the entire front, high and low and hood looked like it had never been washed. The pictures are right out of the wash, still on the property. The dirt was a dusting as a light drag of the finger across it and it came right off. I asked for a rewash and they said no. They said the $5 wash is barely any soap, mainly water so they wouldn't give a rewash. I emailed corporate asking for a rewash and after an initial response and me sending the video they never replied. The car wash is clean and new equipment so I'm guessing something got messed up with the computer system that my car didn't get washed but can't believe they wouldn't let me go back through as they could see it was wet and I had my receipt.

Over the past couple years it’s been a good experience until today. 2 employees were debating with me about the 5 cent voucher saying that I can’t use them. From my last visit I put in a $5 bill into the machine for the $4.95 wash and my change is 5 cents and the machine doesn’t dispense coins for change, rather it gives you a receipt paper to scan the next time you come. For some reason it wasn’t working today and they couldn’t help me. These employees must be educated on the receipt vouchers.
