I’ve been to this place a few times before. They usually do a good job, but this last time I went I had a different experience…. I just got a new car not too long ago. This thing was clean! No scratches no scrapes no nothing! I took my car here this past Saturday (Jun) 10, 2023 and when I got it back there were little scratches all over the car! That was the first thing I saw! I asked the guy who gave me my keys back about it and he had the nerve to say that I just needed to get it buffed out… like seriously? I continued to ask him “was that there before though” and after asking 3 times in a row he told me yes and that it was “very old” My car is a 2021 dodge charger that I JUST BOUGHT a few months ago. I would’ve noticed scratches especially like the ones they left! I left here very disappointed. While I was looking at my car all the other workers were looking at me too like they knew something was up…. Never going back here again. Zero stars

DO NOT RISK YOUR CAR HERE. Thought I was happy until I got home and saw a huge dent on my car door. Someone hit it with the a brush handle or something, still has black plastic scuffed on top of the freshly cleaned paint. This happened after/during the wash, not before at the vacuum. Much bigger than a quarter. Absolutely ruined my car door, I can’t believe this.

I’ve pass by this location quite often and it seems to have a booming business so I decided to stop by on a Saturday. I paid for one of the top services which was around $45-$55 dollars with 1 add on service, not including the tip.It was about 30 minute wait. Not so bad. Once my vehicle was done, some dirt spot still on the front bumper. I asked if they can clean that area which they did. Once I entered the vehicle I was hit with this unpleasant smell which smelled like dirty rags which they may have used to wipe the interior of my car down with. Cup holders and areas around seemed untouched. I probably wouldn’t visit here again.

Long line even on a weekday but that shows it’s good and popular. I went for the supreme shine. Drove up and waited line for about 10 mins. And then at the prep and they took down what I wanted and gave me a receipt to take in to pay. Watched as my car got a thorough prep and pre-wash and then went into the full wash. Paid my bill and waited another 10 mins or so for the car to come back out the other way. Then to the wipe down bay where 1 guy was assigned to it so all the wiping and interior stuff. After it was done and he called me over, I checked closely and there were some small spots and areas here and there that needed further attention so I told them and someone attended to it. Other that that, pretty satisfied overall and prices were reasonable. Would repeat.

I’ve brought my car here a few times and they always do an okay job but this most recent time I went about 2 days ago I paid about $40 to have my car washed and vacuumed. Keep in mind specifically only go here because they offer vacuum services and I have a dog that sheds a lot. When I picked up my car it looked as like they hadn’t even vacuumed the back seat. It looked so bad after it was supposed to be done and this is how the car looked when they told me they were done …. I was highly disappointed

To still not have my seats an doors wiped down and the middle console a cups were wiped down like what kinda of business are you guys running ripping people off like that smh. It’s just ridiculous!

Please never go here. The most rude people . Their board dropped on my car twice, got scratch on my bumper, when I confronted them. they asked me to leave. Horrible people. Atrocious service. Adding the employees photos. People who love their cars think twice before going to this place.

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to warn others about palace Shine Car Wash in Dublin, CA. This is the second bad experience I’ve had here, and unfortunately, it’s also the last. The first time, they lost my car mats, which cost me $250 to replace. Even after that, I decided to give them a second chance. Big mistake. This time, I paid extra for an extensive car wash, was told it would be “perfect,” and waited two hours with my young son. When I finally got my car back, it was still extremely dirty—as if it hadn’t been washed at all. To make matters worse: The employee who handed me my car was rude. The manager, a young lady, was completely unprofessional. She admitted the car was still dirty but refused to refund me. Instead, she only offered a redo—which I declined because I no longer trust them with my car. On top of that, I later noticed that coins were missing from my middle console. This car wash has proven itself to be dishonest, careless, and untrustworthy. If a business acknowledges their mistake but refuses to make it right, that says everything you need to know. Please, if you value your car and your money, use this place at your own risk. I won’t be returning a third time.

Like me, if you are planning to go to this place after seeing the glowing reviews, then I'd like to warn you. I just went here today to get my Honda civic hand washed and the interiors cleaned. It was Friday around noon and I expected to be in a line but surprisingly the car wash was mostly empty so I got taken in right away. There were a few options/pricing tiers based on the level of wash and detailing. I wanted to pick the basic but when I saw that the next tier (Deluxe- $35) included interior vacuuming and cleaning I decided to go with it. The service guy who took my order persuaded me to get the next level (Supreme $45) but didn't really offer an explanation for why he was recommending it. I just politely refused and stuck with my choice. I was asked to wait and was expecting to wait about 30 minutes or longer. To my surprise it was done in about 15! Since it was all car washed, vacuumed and cleaned in record time I went in to inspect and sure enough found that the quality of service was sub-par. 1. The trunk was not vacuumed. I had the guy open it up and vacuum it and yet he didn't do a good job- making the excuse that it's best he can do. 2. All 4 side doors were barely touched, let alone vacuumed or wiped. 3. The console, steering wheel, dashboard, and cup-holders were untouched as well and as is- dirty. 4. The mats on the floor were untouched, un-vacuumed, unwashed. When I asked one of the service guys to clean these- they told me that I need to get the supreme wash and that deluxe wouldn't cover it, so I walked into the store to talk to the manager. She told me the same thing and covered up for him by saying that he might have asked me earlier if I wanted to upgrade to the supreme because he might have seen the dirty doors and console areas!!?? That absolutely didn't make any sense to me because he never offered any explanation or reasoning around this when spoke to me. So the manager confirmed that although they clearly state "interior vacuuming and cleaning" they "don't touch the inside doors, floor mats, or anything else". She said they do wipe and clean the console, dashboard, and steering wheel and cup-holders. She says that if I do not leave open the cup holder flaps or the trunk, the service guys will not clean it because they are afraid to damage it. Now that's a first for me and have NEVER heard that excuse from any car wash before. I walked her to the car and showed her the state of my car and she immediately had one of the guys clean wipe the console, dash, steering wheel, and the cup holders. She also asked them to open the trunk and re-vacuum it. Long story short- I do not trust this place and am never returning again because they call this a 'hand wash" but I doubt they even used their hands to touch the car and do a decent job for the price. All they did was hose it down with water and use a soapy scrub for a minute before washing it clean and letting it dry- no wiping or anything. They haven't even bothered to move the wipers to wipe the water off of the windshield. So much for deluxe!

Great hand wash car wash! I usually go through the drive though ones for convenience but the difference is very noticeable. They did an amazing job car feels brand new There's a large selection of drinks and snacks inside where you go in to pay and they have tables and benches to hang out while you wait. Only wish I had a before and after picture of the car but the windows were so clean I thought they were rolled down 😁. When you pull up they'll review the menu options and I let them know the inside windows were just do dirty I wasn't getting them clean and so they could tell me which package was right for me. Then you go inside to pay and they'll give you a receipt to give back when your car is done so they know you've paid and are good to go. Already have friends wanting to go. I had meant to go for months but kept hitting them too late so check hours but absolutely worth the trip!

My husband and I stopped by Palace Shine Car Wash on a busy Sunday, a sign of a great business. And even with the number of cars, the team was all smiles and very fast. Our cars came out sparkling, as usual! Awesome service, happy staff, and a shine that lasts—definitely worth it!

This place pretty much should just close. This place is a joke. I took my Mercedes sprinter to this place to get washed and detailed when I took it in my window. Shield was perfect. When I picked it up my window shield was cracked. I spoke to The Supervisor at the time and I told him, I believe his name is Mike that I didn’t bring my vehicle into this place with a crack windshield. He said oh well we have cameras I said well let’s look at the cameras so then he was being sarcastic and said well maybe you brought it in like this I said dude , if I had brought it in like this, why am I having this conversation with you telling you that my windshield was perfect and now it’s cracked the same person assured me that someone from the corporate office would contact me back that evening never did contact back. I called the next day And they refused to take accountability for their actions now this certain windshield is going to cost $3500 to replace and these people at this company does not want to give up their insurance. If you do not want to have any problems I suggest you find another detail to detail your car your vehicle is going in one way and it’s coming out another way. Unlawful wrongdoings on this company and the crazy thing is I guess a lot of people forget that there is a God and he’s not gonna let you get away with it. God said Vengeance is mine, said the Lord.

I brought in a three-week-old pickup for a hand wash. Beforehand, I specifically asked if they use soft water to avoid hard-water spotting, which is a common issue in the Tri-Valley area, and I was told yes. The truck was already fairly clean, yet it came back smeared, streaked, and covered in water spots. I wasn’t expecting perfection—just the job I paid for to be done properly. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. $65 wasted, and I won’t be returning.

I used this car wash earlier today and noticed a crack/tear in my front bumper that absolutely was not there before. I went back as soon as I realized it and showed them photos. Instead of actually looking into it or reviewing footage, management immediately said it “wasn’t like that when I left” and denied any responsibility. It felt very dismissive, especially considering this is not minor damage. I understand accidents can happen, but the lack of accountability and how this was handled was really frustrating. I would be cautious bringing your car here, especially if you have a newer vehicle or low front bumper. My car is a 2025 Model 3 and it was in immaculate condition before going to this wash.

Waste of $60. I paid for the supreme package for interior and exterior cleaning with the mats add-on. Looks like they just did a quick surface cleaning. See photos for all of the remaining dirt on the seats, mats, windows, etc. Don't go here unless you're desperate and okay with a basic surface level cleaning job.

I do not recommend taking your car to this establishment. During a routine car wash, our vehicle came back with a large dent and deep scratch on the left rear door. When my husband noticed the damage and asked about it, the staff denied responsibility. The manager said she would need to review security footage but refused to show it at the time, claiming she was too busy. When we requested corporate contact information or their insurance details, she stated she did not have either available. We have since filed a claim with our insurance and will also be reporting this incident to the Better Business Bureau. This was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

This was the worst customer service and worst car wash we ever received. HUGE scratches on the hood of our car. Spots on the car that looked like it wasn't washed. Reached out multiple times about getting a resolution on the scratches, was completely ignored. If you look through the one star reviews, you will see this is a common issue. They ruin peoples cars and don't take any responsibility. Highly recommend going to any other car wash service that's not Palace shine. Absolute joke of a business.

I don't normally go get my car washed, I usually do it myself, but I didn't have time and had people I was picking up from the airport this weekend. So I'm not sure if this is what 50 dollars + 10 dollar tip(which I feel stupid for giving now) looks like. I chose their third tier option (supreme shine) which they said included cleaning the seats, cup holders, interior doors, dash, etc. This option also obviously included a pretty thorough exterior cleaning as well. To me this looks pretty terrible, the roof basically barely got cleaned. Visible bird poop is still left on the top. Dirt and grime along the sides of the rails as well. Interior is barely cleaner than I gave it to them. It really only looks like they vacuumed pretty well, but then just lazilyand lightly wiped down everything else. There like grime, dirt, and particles (not hard to remove particles in a lot of instances) still just left in cup holders and door handles. This looks like a worse job than I would of done myself at a do it yourself wash and it took them longer than it would have taken me to do a worse job. I genuinely don't understand that.
