This place is ok if you want a simple car wash they have so much going on that they don't really pay attention in cleaning your car. I had got my car cleaned here and they were so quick that they didn't get everything off the mats so when I got home I had to touch up. If I paid so much money why should I have to go home and clean. I Honestly feel that after this experience it rather just clean my own car and save money because if I had to come home and clean more then what's the point of them. I would recommend this place if your getting exterior washed but not the interior.

Great car wash with friendly staff. I removed one star for how early they close. If I could ask for one improvement, it would be to find a better window cleaning method. Windshield always looks streaky when the sun or headlights reflect on it.

I took my car for a wash and paid for the ultimate wash. They left the tire shine run down my wheels and splash on the side of my car when I drove away. They did a very poor job on cleaning my dash. It was still covered with dust, and cluster gauge had streak marks from the rag they used. And the cup holders were sprayed with solution to be cleaned but were not cleaned. I'm very disappointed

This was the worst carcass I've ever had. For 52 they should spend more than 5 min the seats and carpet were still having dirt on them door jambs were never even touched windows dirt chrome not even cleaned. Don't waste your time or money.

Not recommended. Very pricy, but not very good. Apparently, $42 doesn't get a very good vacuum job. Visible dirt and dust all over carpet and door panels. Wheels were also not very clean. And I could still feel dirt on the car when I ran my hand over it.

For $42 I was expecting a better car wash. They first send the car through one of those drive through car washes, and then they clean the inside and some more on the outside after. The outside got very clean, except there were still a lot of bugs on the front. The inside of the car was definitely vacuumed but there were still lots of surfaces that were not cleaned very well (still dusty, etc). Overall it was a good car wash but definitely not for the money. I don’t know if I expected too much out of it but for $42 I expect at least all the bugs to be cleaned off and for all surfaces inside to be cleaned.

Don’t bring your car! Unless you want a superficial clean with sucky drying and only your driver seat vacuumed. What made it worse is the manager not taking responsibility for how the work was done and not even apologizing or trying to make it better. Very disappointing. They didn’t dry the car properly, leaving smudges everywhere, the doors were wet, top of the car was wet and nothing was vacuumed except the driver seat. The ultimate plan package is NOT worth it! It sucks to pay $50 and only receive an outer wash with sucky drying. This place needs to train their managers because this dude didn’t even try to make things better, he wanted us to pay more for better services…BIZARRE!

Nice people and my car overall looks fantastic. My only reason for a star off is that I told the guy I needed my buttons on my dash thoroughly cleaned, so I paid for an upgrade that he suggested. My buttons are still sticking terribly. I dont have time to take it back, so ill just have to try and clean it myself.

The worst car wash ever, this price is after I spent 235$ for detailing. They didn’t even clean the car from outside right they forgot to clean the top 🤣 If you need to waste your time and money go there.

They cleaned my windows with a rag that must have had rain x on it or some other chemical that dried to haze and makes night driving dangerous! Very annoyed they spent 15 mins drying/vac etc but windows are terrible, and auto wash misses many spoys like license plate area on bumper. No attempt to spit check. Not worth $35 + tip.

My car was dirtier than it was before cleaning as the cleaning crew went in without any carpet protectors. The dark black shoe print from the carpet floor took a while to clean by another cleaner. I would not recommend this place, if you need to go, cover your car floor properly before handing it over. Not satisfied at all.

This review is after visiting many times and actually using their service multiple times. Never had the car been cleaned at all. Always returned not satisfied. I am not speaking about detailing but even the basics. Just came back home and see the dirty car in images all around. Wipers not even lifted. The bumper has everything on it has before I went. They always hurry up. I try to get some spots done after completion, but how much can you say. I have a coupon, so forced to go here. Very poor cleaning repeatedly.

I paid for the Works package (car wash and interior cleaning with vacuuming) and added the $10 service to have my mats washed. The exterior wash was okay, but the interior service was unacceptable. They barely vacuumed—most of the debris and dog hair were still there—and the mats were put back in wet. When I got home, I realized how poorly the job was done. I spent another 25 minutes finishing what I had already paid $51.95 for. If this is what they consider a “Works” package, it’s definitely not worth it.

I recently had my car washed at this service, and I must say I am extremely disappointed. They did not clean my car properly, and it still looked dirty after the wash. Considering the high price I paid, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. I do not recommend this car wash if you want a thorough cleaning.

I gave my car for wash at Autopia. It was as 6 month 2025 model Tesla Y. The worker who handled my car dinged it badly. The rear end lift-gate was dinged badly Initially the operations manager, Burges, said he will pay for my repairs and would let me rent a car at $50 per month. I requested for an equivalent Tesla model Y. This is my primary commute car for a long commute from Pleasanton to Sunnyvale. A 3+ hr daily commute !! The made a big deal about paying for the repairs. I let them negotiate with the auto body shop directly. I shared with him the rental rates for Tesla Model Y on Turo. Main reason I want Tesla was for the auto drive features for the long commute. He balked at the rates and said he will not pay for my rental. Nor offered to help me with a rental. Please don't trust your car with their workers. Save yourself from this agony

Took my car to Autopia for a service and was told that the $50 package includes both interior and exterior cleaning. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what was promised. They didn’t wipe down the car seats, door panels, or vacuum the trunk. When I asked to speak with the manager, he came and just wiped the seats and left the rest. It’s frustrating to have to request basic services that are clearly listed in the package. Overall, this was a disappointing and subpar experience. The service quality is low, yet the prices are premium. I would not recommend this place. Look elsewhere if you want a proper car wash. Attached are just a few exterior photos - see for yourself.
