Went in for oil change for high mileage car, over 200,000 miles, and they rightfully recommended high mileage oil and filter. Also checked air and cabin filter but allowed only to change air and they did not push either. Very friendly service and even checked tire pressure and lights.

I never write reviews, but this experience was so unexpected and dangerous that I had to share. I went to Oil Change and car wash for a simple oil change, which ended up taking three hours due to their incompetence. Instead of properly pouring the oil into the engine, they poured it all over the top of my engine. As a result, my car’s engine exterior was covered in oil, and it was smoking while I was driving, creating a serious fire hazard. When I went back to get it cleaned, they couldn’t clean it properly. Oil went everywhere, and now my car is leaking oil all over my driveway. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of basic competence and professionalism. I have attached pictures to show the mess they made. I will never be returning to this place, and I advise others to stay far away!

I’ve been taking all of my vehicles here for several years. The last two times I’ve experienced problems. There’s a leak in the sending unit. It doesn’t leak much unless the engine is running. They could not get it to show full on the dip stick even after they topped it off. I took the car to my repair shop and they told me the oil level was fine. Not sure what these guys were doing? I had the sending unit replaced and it’s fine now. I took another car in a couple of days ago. They were using the oil dispenser and pumping the oil into a container and then putting the oil in the engine. I watched them check the oil and one of the guys went down in the pit and drained the oil again. I asked if the overfilled it and the other guy said everything was fine. They filled it again the same as before. I asked why and was told the fill adjuster was broken. It was low so they topped it off. When I went to start the car the battery was dead. I had been listening to the radio. Another guy said the alternator was bad. When the jumped it the engine started and the battery charged just fine. The same person told me the alternator was bad again? How did the battery charge up if the alternator was bad. I’m not impressed!! I never had a problem at this shop before. Something has changed? I’m looking for another oil change shop.

Been using Oil Changers for about 2 years and always a good experience…..fast, friendly and you can keep track of their progress while they do the work. My only issue, the coupons I’ve been receiving have only been $7-$8 off, compared to previous coupons of up to $20 off. And of course, after getting my oil changed less than a week ago I received a $30 off coupon this morning that expires in only 3 weeks….long before my next change will be due.

Thank you Oil Changers-Dublin! After two horrendous experiences at two Pep Boys locations in the Bay Area, you all took care of my simple car maintenance needs in a timely manner. The guys were swift, professional, and took a consultative approach when talking with me about my car. Yes, it cost a little more, but the swift service I received made it worth it. It’s ridiculous that other places expect a person to leave your car there all day for a simple oil change. Oil Changers doesn’t do that. Thank you for honoring my coupons too.

I’ve always take my vehicles to Wheel Works and this was my first time trying this business out. I appreciate that the explanation of service was transparent and the service itself was done in a timely manner. What I liked even more is that you get to sit in your vehicle while you get to see the service performed firsthand making me feel reassured that it was done properly. I think the price could be a little more affordable as I’ve always paid less than $100 but I’d still come back.

I had Angel as my tech! He was so nice, great communication and he cleans the outside of a windshield like no one!!!! The tech in the bay below was also great!!! I really like how they have a camera so you can watch underneath your car as the service is being done!!! I’ve been going here for about 3 yrs now and have always left satisfied!!!! Alex is such an asset to oil changers. He has exemplary customer service and goes above and beyond. I went to get a smog done at another place and they offered me an oil change. I always come to oil changers but it felt convenient at the time so I let the smog place complete it. When I left there, my car immediately started shaking and acting weird. I was passing oil changers and pulled in to see what was wrong. Alex did an assessment and found my oil was overfilled and my coolant had been emptied. They helped me at no cost and were so genuine and knowledgeable. I will be a lifetime customer at this location.

Oil change and exhaust/catalytic converter clean up as well as the air intake. Roy... who evaluated recommendation were very thorough and explained what is urgent service. Kahil and Alex worked on the required services. Alex was likewise very clear in informing me what is being done... benefits, etc. Teddy who was working under the bay performed the oil filter replacement as well as the overall oil change draining and presuming the exhaust clean up. All efforts were coordinated with the technicians involved. Very impressive to say the least as well as the charges seems very reasonable. Unfortunately, issue with the rear differential access and was not able to service lubricant. By the way ... all of these work being done while you seat in your car waiting completion.

I had recently gotten an oil change at another location, but they forgot to properly secure the engine oil cap, which caused oil to spill all over my engine bay and even the exterior of my car. I went to Oil Changers in Dublin to explain the situation, and three gentlemen immediately stepped in to help. They fixed my oil change quickly and even did their best to clean the engine bay. I was really stressed when I arrived, but they made me feel taken care of and completely at ease. I’m so grateful for their professionalism and support

I was visiting from out of town and was about to start my six hour drive home when my oil light came on unexpectedly at 4 pm on a Sunday… I called oil changers and let them know the situation. I arrived at 415pm, they had my oil changed/cleansed and my coolant flushed and topped off and I was on my way by 437pm. My car kept saying it needed coolant, and I wasn’t sure if I also needed a car wash, so I headed to Oil Changers—the place I usually go. As always, they took great care of me. Everyone was so kind and respectful. I explained my concerns, and they were very honest and straightforward with me. It was early in the morning at 8 AM, freezing cold, and the customer service was STILL amazing. As a woman, I feel very safe coming here. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can really trust, but every time I come, I feel taken care of. They’re genuine, honest, and consistent. This is definitely a safe space for women.
