My car was spotless! Love their service but from what I experienced earlier today, they tend to recommend add-ons you probably won’t need. I initially wanted the $80 Deluxe Detail Wash but somehow got talked into availing service that costed $500 for removing tree sap, doing leather conditioner, clay bar, and polishing. The AC also started smelling like a wet rag, it wasn’t noticeable at first but we definitely smell it after having the AC on for a while.

This is hands down the best car wash in the Bay Area. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional, and they always strive for perfection, inside and out. I always leave with spotless interiors, gleaming rims, and a car that looks brand new. They truly clean every corner of the vehicle and never miss a spot. And shoutout to the owner Jason, super genuine guy. You can tell he really loves and cares about his business, and that energy spreads to the whole team. Highly recommended.

I recently brought my Rivian here, and the team did an absolutely fantastic job. The attention to detail was outstanding — every surface, inside and out, looked spotless and well cared for. It’s definitely on the pricier side compared to a regular car wash, but for an electric vehicle (or any car you really care about), it’s worth it. They clearly understand how to handle EVs with care, and the finish they achieved was better than I expected. The salesman can be a bit persistent in offering the full detailing packages — honestly worth it only if your car is brand new or you really want it to look brand new again. But I can’t fault him; he’s clearly good at his job. The crew was professional, and passionate about their work, and I appreciated the extra effort they put in, plus the follow-up photos. If you want your car to look its absolute best, this is the place to go.

3 weeks ago, I received a Super Detail Deluxe Wash and my 2021 Chevy Trailblazer was cleaned up from an accumulated 12+ months of crap commuting from the Bay Area to the Central Valley. Paint Chips were recalled after the detailing and owner Jason Tang offered to touch up the paint chips on my front hood and spots on the front and back for $50-I had to buy the OEM Bronze paint pen from GM. Additional chips were found on my right and left panels and Jason offered to touch up both sides for an additional $50. Usually he charged $50 per side/panel, but he gave me deal as a repeat customer. I will continue to use them for my detailing. First pic is the before and after of the paint chip detailing. Next pics are from my initial detailing. Their waiting area has free WiFi, a filtered water dispenser hot/cold and they sell drinks/snacks and they have solid tables and outlets. There is a cool fish tank stocked witb an assortment of fish collected by Jason!

I had a great experience at Pacific Hand Car Wash in San Jose! Their service is truly all hand wash — no shortcuts. I didn’t have to remove anything from my car; they took care of everything, inside and out. The attention to detail was impressive, and my car looked spotless afterward. The whole process took about 30–40 minutes (depending on how dirty your car is), and it was well worth the time. I was especially happy with how clean and fresh the interior felt — even the floor mats and corners were spotless. I’ll definitely be coming back and plan to purchase a package next time — it’s more valuable and totally worth it if you wash your car regularly. Highly recommend!

My car has been sitting under a tree for a few months and I thought it's a goner, but guess who made it look pristine? This is more than just a regular hand car wash, it's more like high end car wash. Their attention to detail is way better than any other car wash I ever used, and the prices are extremely reasonable for this level of service. Their seating area is also very welcoming and cozy, can easily get work done while they're doing their magic. No exaggeration, this freshened my car so much that my mood improved after leaving. Went back to Pacific Hand Car Wash and I had a fantastic experience once again! From the moment I arrived, the staff was not only friendly, but also incredibly efficient. They greeted me and immediately got to work, ensuring that all the areas of my car that needed extra attention were going to be taken care of. I had not been able to clean my car for a while, and there was a lot of tree sap and bird droppings on my windows. But when they were finished, my car had completely transformed from a mess into something I was proud to drive again :) The attention to detail was amazing and the inside was left spotless. I took my Nissan versa in on a Sunday late afternoon to get it detailed because I was giving it to my grandson as a gift the following day. I was so happy finding this place and was even happier with how nice the car looked when they were finished. The prices were reasonable and everyone was so nice. The waiting area was spotless with two TVs and even a cool fishtank. I definitely recommend this place to everyone and I'm confident you'll be as happy as I was. Jason and his team at Pacific Hand Car Wash are hands down the best in the business. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, back when it was just their Campbell location but I think I love the SJ location even more. I drive down from the peninsula just to get my car washed because they always take such great care of me. The detail and precision that is put into your wash is unmatched and you know that they put a lot of pride and effort into their work. I’m so grateful for the team at PHCW and couldn’t recommend them enough. When it comes to price, PHCW is definitely on the higher side but it makes sense considering they wash and clean everything by hand, making the time and labor on par with the price. They offer everything from a standard exterior wash to various levels of detailing, waxing and other treatment options as well.

Update: I’m updating my review. I actually went back a second to get it deeply cleaned but sent my partner. She just wanted to get the wheel well and under carriage cleaned but they upsold her on the detailing with ceramic and claying. They said to fix the water spots it must be clayed. This car is PPF’d and that can be fine but I don’t trust them with that. Also my J fell off. Last time the wool mitts got stuck on the emblem and i’m very sure it fell off there. It was nicely polished as if nothing was there. I now have an “Aguar”. They also didn’t close the hood correctly so my partner drove with the hood half open before noticing. Again, this is just not what I want for a nicer car. There is just too much carelessness and upselling. I got to have the experience for $550. Original Review: They did a fine job but nothing spectacular. It definitely shined but the towels they use left threads on the interior and was stuck on certain pieces of trim. I was also surprised to see some water stains on the bumper and door after the wash.

This was hands down the best car wash I’ve ever had! I’ve been to a lot of different car washes in different states, but this one is by far the best. From start to finish, the attention to detail was incredible. They didn’t just do the basics, every single part of the car was spotless, even the small areas most places ignore, like under the hood and around the trim. You can tell Jay and the crew actually care about their work and take pride in making sure the car looks perfect. When I picked up my Bimmer, it honestly looked better than brand new. The paint had a fresh shine, the interior felt spotless, and it just gave me that “wow” feeling driving away. 5 stars overall, and if I could give more, I would. I went with the Extra Clean Detail Wash and my SUV came out looking amazing—super clean inside and out, with the tires looking great too. What really stood out was the attention to detail. They clearly took great care of my car and even went the extra mile by attaching the license plate holder my dealer had left in the trunk. Totally unexpected and very appreciated.
