Decided to try out Overland Car Wash since it was near by. I paid for the deluxe wash which is the most expensive (since my suv needed a good wash and clean since I go off-roading). The deluxe wash is $44.99 plus a 3 dollar surge charge for SUV; total $47.99. When my vehicle was ready, the first thing ! noticed, is that the vinyl floor mats were not even clean at most vacuumed. I then looked at the seats (leather) and they still look dirty. I asked the worked why wasn't that cleaned. His response was it's $20 extra for the mats and the seats they just wipe them off. The worker then calls the manager and I asked why the basic cleaning of the floor mats and seats wasn't done if I paid for the deluxe wash. The manager said they don't do it., it's extra. I said, "you don't the do the bare minimum of spraying the leather seats so they actually get clean? " He replied no. I basically spent $47.99 for them to wipe the inside of my car and run it through the machine on the outside. I didn't argue with them I just walked away. If you decided to come here this is the service you pay for.

A regular car wash with them ended up costing another $300 for the battery that died because of them. They had lights on and the doors were open. They jump-started my car but I had to change the battery completely because it just didn’t work anymore. Besides that, they also didn’t do a great job with washing the car.

Stopped by here today because one of my friends recommended this place. He said they do quality work for a low price. Me being the easy sale I am bumped from the $24 was to the $109 was but they offered it to me at $70 so I couldn’t turn it down. These guys do great work and very fast. They got every piece of dirt off the outside and inside of my car. This will be my goto place from now on.

Paid for $160 mini “detail” that is barely a cheap quick wash, that might be worth $20 at most. My dashboard still had sunscreen stains that they specifically said they would be gone, the seats also had clearly visible stains and debris. Complete trash of a service. Wish I had taken it elsewhere. Do not waste your money.

I paid extra to have my car thoroughly vacuumed. It was a $25 add on to the ocw wash, so I paid $62.99... My car is still so filled with dirt. This is the biggest waste of money. Absolutely not worth it.

This is my second time going to this place for a regular wash and this is also the second time the windows fully dry with these stains these are less visible than the first time but after my first time using this car wash I couldn’t see out of my windshield but I decided to give them a second chance today and even checked the window before leaving but I guess it wasn’t as dry as I thought or residue from the first time. I don’t understand what is causing this but it’s only on the drivers side and windshield maybe they don’t dry it well enough

Great place to get the water stain removed with a good price which I was charged for four times more at another place! Friendly staff and professional service. Will be definitely the first place I go for my car now.

After coming here and giving them several tries. I thought maybe if I pay for a mini detail this time they will vacuum and clean better. Nope. I should have just paid for the regular hand-wash $80, because the mini detail at $180 was nothing better. I will not be back here again. I come every 2 weeks and pay $80, always hoping next one they will do better, then I took by paying $180 they would finally vacuum, and wipe down, and they fell short again. I would have expected better. Very very disappointed in the service. Paying more did not mean my car was any cleaner. We all value our money, and this service was not worth $180

i paid $130 and an additional $30 for a deep clean and carpet wash this morning. the guy at the front was really nice. i spent so much money and my car was there for almost 2 hours to come back with the tires still dirty, leaves still stuck in my window wipers, and spots all inside and outside my car. i asked one of the workers to come look it over and he apologized that it wasn’t as clean as it could be. not sure if that’s a staffing issue. i feel like they just rush to get to the next car at this place, no matter what price you paid. if i can notice all these spots of dirt, they absolutely can too. i wish they would’ve taken more time to just walk around the car once to make sure it’s spotless. i probably won’t recommend this spot or come back due to the negligence tbh

The staff here are friendly, the waiting area clean and well-stocked with all of the car wash amenities you'd expect (restroom, small gift shop, snacks and beverages.) The prices are a little high, but always ask about any promotions/coupons/specials. Mid-week, when it's slower, you can always negotiate a bit on the services and get a good deal. For longer services, the car wash is walking distance from a shopping center, Jack In The Box and a McDonald's. Free Wi-Fi is nice, too. Overall, they do a good job and I usually bring my car here for an annual detail. Would recommend!

They do the best job for the price. If you want your car cleaned, I wouldn't recommend anywhere else.

I just went on a two week road trip where I got my car nice and dirty. So when I got back I looked around and decided to get a nice 170 special summer detail from my local car wash. I have only been to them once before for a simple car wash and it was ok, nothing great. But I truly like to support local businesses, and it looked like a fairly good deal. When I pulled up and asked for this deal the guy said its not a full 100% detail and when I asked about it he said like they would pull out the mats and clean them but not shampoo (even though that the add says mats shampooed). Except the full detail was on sale for $400, over double what I came in for. Now knowing there are literally services that come to your house for a full detail for 220, there is no way I was going to agree to that. I decided to trust them for a $170, spoiler BIG MISTAKE! You can see just a few of the things I mean. The trunk, they barely touched. There is dirt covering the mechanisms, when I asked the "boss" about it he said that is not part of the cleaning. When I showed him a huge thing of crumbs on the passenger seat. He just walked away saying that if there are crumbs someone will wipe them off. So much for management or customer satisfaction. I literally walked around with my hand cleaning up little spots all over. When I got home I took my own rag and wiped parts down for another 20 minutes. I am seriously considering having my car cleaned again by people who actually know what they are doing.

I’ve taken our cars to overland on and off for many years. They’re very inconsistent and always miss something. I paid $120 for the OCW special car wash. And they didn’t apply tire / rim dressing! Having clean and shiny tires / rims is what distinguish a home car wash from a professional one. It’s time consuming to drive there and wait while my car gets cleaned and to come home finding out they forgot to do something. It’s not worth driving back for it! This happens almost everytime.

Purchasing a bulk car wash package in advance was a huge mistake. I’ve now come to this car wash twice when Google maps says it should be open, and they are closed. It’s a waste of time and then I just have to go to another car wash instead of using my prepaid car wash here. I’ve tried calling and the number they have posted is not in service. Do not buy a package of car washes from this place.

I got the complete detail for $400, which was supposed to be the best they could do and bring my car back to new again. NOT EVEN CLOSE! It was done in less than 2 hours and it shows. See pictures for my after pictures.

Hands down the best car wash in West LA! I’ve been bringing my car to Overland Car Wash for a few months now, and every time I leave impressed. The staff is super friendly and attentive, and they actually take the time to do the job right—no rushed wipe-downs here. The waiting area is clean, and shaded, which makes the short wait really comfortable. I can work while my car gets the cleaning it really needs. I also love that I can book appointments online—makes it so easy to avoid the rush. My car always comes out spotless, inside and out. If you’re looking for a reliable car wash in Los Angeles, this is the spot!

Had my car cleaned here, basic $40 wash/vacuum deal Once I tried to turn my car back on after getting my keys back: 1) Battery died, was a perfectly healthy battery that was manufactured about a year before visiting this place. My car took a handful of attempts to start while I was trying to leave the parking lot 2) Electric Power Steering also failed the moment I pulled out of the lot Wouldn't come back, I don't know what black magic happened when they pulled my car into the back, but I've had endless issues come up for a car that was working 100% fine when I started it up that morning to get it washed. Sounds crazy, but I'm not the only review that's along the lines of this type of damage. There's another review that mentions battery-related issues below my post, and pretty recently at the time of writing. And that's ~10 seconds of me scrolling through reviews. Ignoring all the issues that popped up the second I was given my keys back, the $40 package was pretty alright for what it was priced at.

I’ve been here once before and it was alright. But this time. For real?! A $60 hand wash? I’m utterly disappointed. Can I have my money back? It’s ridiculous.
