EDITED TO ADD- The owner messaged and called me no less than 10x the day I posted this review to find out what he could do to make it right so I would edit this and make it solely positive. When I told him that wasn’t a possibility at this time, he offered to refund me my money for the parts that were missed with the expectation I changed my review. Shady practices so customer beware. My experience was not as positive as the other reviewers about this company. Kenneth was incredibly responsive in communication and answering my questions which was great. Day of appointment, he sends me a message that the team was going to arrive 90 minutes before our scheduled time. We were not going to be available until our appointment time. They arrived 30 mins after our original appointment time with no notification they would be late. His team of two got right to work. They were friendly which was appreciated but were not very thorough. We had the interior and exterior detailed of both of our cars however there were a number of areas they didn't even touch (trunk, inside of door, inside of windshield). What was estimated as a 4h appointment was completed in 2.5 hours. It may have been an off day for that team but just be mindful when anticipating services from Outlaw Detail. Kenneth did reach out and offer to send the crew back out to complete the work (which was great) but I had already left and wouldn't be returning back that night.

Phenomenal job by the team! Ken, the owner, was nothing short of professional and accommodating. He was very open with pricing, invoicing and adjusting to my needs to make sure I was left satisfied all around. The team of technicians was amazing. They were efficient, fast and friendly. They let me know I was in good hands, and promised to leave the car feeling like new. I had been busy with work and trying to book to find time to have this service done wasnt easy on my end. I was able to book last second Saturday morning and with the hour the team was here. The dirt, grime, stains, pet hair, and smells from the previous owner are all gone. They kept their promise and the car looks transformed to what it was before. At the end of the service they still took a moment to ensure I had no lingering questions, concerns or services I may still need. This team definitely went above and beyond and cant thank them enough.

Honestly for the price I can’t complain. I was busy and needed it to get done. I asked Kenneth to take care of my wrapped car. He promised it would. The lady that came out was nice and worked in the sun so I gave her grace especially last minute. But I was disappointed when the water cleared off and I seen where she scratched it all up. Do not trust these guys. Call a better detailer. Half of the stuff promised wasn’t even done. It was dead a basic vacuum and wash. No shampoo no nothing
