I would give 10 stars if I could! I had my interior detailed and it was full of dirt/dust/pollen, grandkids leftover fries haha - it needed more than a quick vacuum. Opulent was here on time, (yes it's mobile and I love that) and got straight to work, I wish I had taken before and after photos! My car looks like I just picked it up off the dealership lot. I called and made an appointment to have my truck done at my house. We set up an appointment for 9:00 am in two weeks from the call. By 12:00, no one had showed up at my house so I called and left a voicemail and asked for someone to call me back. I received no consideration of a return call or explanation. In all, I wasted a day in my schedule. I would give them a zero if it was possible. Find another detailer. Don't waste your time.

I needed an interior detail in a pinch and Logan was able to fit me in on short notice. He arrived on time and spent several hours on the interior detail of my Nissan Rogue. There was a lot of pet hair, dirt, salt, etc and he made it look totally refreshed! We are a one-car family so it is much more convenient to have someone come to our home rather than trying to drop our car off somewhere.
