Delta Sonic on Eerie Blvd. has been my go-to location for car washes & interior cleaning for multiple years. Time and time again I’m beyond pleased with how my car comes out and most recently I had my car interior done and Maddy Beers did a phenomenal job. She was so detail oriented when working on my car and was very kind as well. If you’re looking for a place to get your car exterior or interior cleaned, I cannot recommend Delta Sonic enough. Reasonable prices, friendly & attentive staff, and great results!

Delta sonic automatic carwash will scratch your vehicle and accept zero responsibility. They will claim you used an ice scraper on the paint of your vehicle.

Terrible experience. I wasted an extra 45 minutes waiting yesterday because the staff failed to tell me that my car was finished being detailed. You have to stand there and watch them finish cleaning your car because they won't tell you. They also left white tracks on the floor when they finished. Save yourself time and go to the Mattydale location.

Worst business ever. Paid $150 for interior detailing and what they did was just a basic cleaning. Plus, they returned the truck with a major crack on the windshield which costs $250. Filed a claim (#495261) on March 6th. They said I’ll get a call in 5 business days. Two weeks later still nothing. I called them and the lady on the phone said she can’t find my file. It’s been almost two months. Stay away from this phony company.

the machines made a lot of scratches on my car I reported them and the office didn’t accept my request and I had to wait 15 days to accept it and they didn’t and they didn’t fix it and that’s why I give 1 star and they said call the office I called them they never understand me please don’t go to this car wash!!!and they send us email to call the number and we call them and then they said your claim is declined so we couldn’t do nothing they said we are not gonna do nothing and they close the phone on my face if you’re not gonna do something then why do you message me again to call the same number

I have to travel every week from Syracuse to Rochester and at this time of year the front of my car is littered with dead bugs. I love Delta Sonic because even with a basic wash, they pre-spray everything down and the drive thru does the rest! The result is a sparkly, bug free car! You have a few different options here for washes and if you like you can even get a towel dry. In my opinion, I wouldn't go anywhere else to wash my car. The line does move quickly, so even if you don't have a lot of time, you will have a sparkly clean car!

If you're not Unlimited, don't bother. You're treated like a 3rd class citizen. 25+ unlimited per one pay per. Waited 5 minutes already and ONE pay per has gone in while about 25 unlimited. Nice treatment of your paying customers. (PS don't live here so can't be unlimited)

If it allowed me to put ZERO stars I absolutely would!! I went to delta sonic on Erie blvd on Saturday December 1, 2018. I purchased the interior cleaning package for $120. I dropped my car off at 1230pm and they told me it would be done in about 4 hours. I picked it up around 730pm after I got out of work and when I got there the manager told me “oh I didn’t even know there was a vehicle here for a cleaning” when I went to look at my car I noticed scratches all over the hood of my car and the paint is completely off !!!!! I have before pictures of my vehicle and I showed them to the manager and all they told me was we will look into it and get back to me within 5 business days. So today I call to get a follow up and I was told my claim was denied and that those scuffs and scratches were there prior to me bringing my car in and that they did not do it!! These people are liars and absolutely disgusting. I will be writing a letter to corporate and follow up everyday until this matter is resolved. I feel as if bc of my race that I was treated different and even the managers did not want to give me the time of day! I do not know how they run this place but I will not allow anyone to speak down to me like I am a piece of garbage!! The manager was trying to take all blame off delta and was not even trying to hear my situation out! Absolutely disgusting.

My Husband And I LOVE Delta Sonic! We Drive 35mins Away.(From Fulton) Just To Get Our Truck Detailed and Fill Up On Our Gas! And We Do This 1-2x a Week... Great Carwash...My Truck ALWAYS Looks Wicked Nice After There Done With It. It Looks Like a Brand New Truck Again!☺👍

No way I paid almost 30$ for this lol I should have went back through for a free run since it didn't come clean in their best wash. They got me in pretty quick for non member but I'm mad my car didn't come all the way clean!

Sammy is an awesome guy. He cleaned up my car which was toddler dirty and he took good responsibility in cleaning it spotless that it looked brand new. Thanks Sammy I will come back again once it is made dirty by my toddler

I got an express detail done today $172 after tax (2 hours long) and they somehow lost two of my interior door handle inserts. They also didn’t vacuum under my driver chair and other areas were obviously not cleaned. I am very upset with my first ever detailing service here. I enjoy the the car wash and I’m an active member and am so disappointed with todays detailing service. I did speak to a manager that told me she couldn’t do anything about it getting them back. She did say that I had to fill out a claim form and that she had take pictures.

My first time trying Delta Sonic Car Wash. The employees, at least at this location, didn't appear happy to be working there. Although they were never rude to me, I didnt feel welcomed. The interior work they did, they missed cleaning my trunk and console which I admit, I didnt check until after I got home... Lastly, I realized after I drove home, the car wash employee still had my FOB key- as the car was running when they drove up and handed my car back to me. When I drove back another 20 minutes to retrieve my FOB key, they even didn't issue an apology or acknowledge the error. This was unfortunate and not a good experience. Therefore, I will not return to Delta Sonic Car Wash to have my car detailed, again.

CAR WASH SUCKS !!! It used to be GREAT, now 2 times thru and still dirty, not even sure how that's possible !!! Also they must be using cheap soap and stuff, because the windows are totally completely covered and drops if you put the window down and put the window back up when you're on the highway... They're still bugs on the front hood and still two on the windshield !!! I don't know why they changed it It used to be a fabulous car wash, now it's not even worth 10 bucks a month . I was told that this was a corporate decision, so corporate if you're paying attention put it back the way it was !!!! Cicero and Erie boulevard locations absolutely suck. The people that work there are great, the gas price is great, But unfortunately the car wash sucks... If you look close at the picture attached you can see how filthy the windows are with spots, like I said I can only assume they're just using cheap crap soap and it doesn't rinse off properly because they're all like that..

I’ve been a Delta sonic unlimited member for over 15 years today. I. went through both car wash and interior cleaning they sold me the vinyl protectant The staff person DEVAN Who did my interior clean? Did a phenomenal job the best job I’ve ever had done in 15 years five stars to him and his honesty as there was money in my car he found between the seat seats. Thank you, Dell sonic for hiring people like this. I’ll make sure he’s the guy I get next time also

I brought in my vehicle for detailing, all interior and tires, paid $240 and left my car the from 9am till I picked it up at 6pm as no one called me to tell me it's ready as they promised . To my greatest surprise, no one touched it . They only sprayed some chemicals on my dashboard . They destroyed some of my seat cables, stole my umbrella, and ruined my protective rubber . Spoke to a so-called manager with a non challant attitude chewing gum like his life depended on it . His response was, " I dont know what to tell you , maybe they didn't touch it because they dont want to ruin anything in the vehicle "??? He later said I could bring it back the following day, which I did and, as usual, left it for the whole with no one calling or texting that my car was ready . By the time I went back to pick up my car, they had closed and locked it in their garage 😂🤣 Yet basically nothing was done to my car . I made a report about the damages to the night manager in charge of car wash who was very professional, he took all details and promised me that their coperate office would get back to me in 5 business days and as you could expect no emails , no text, no calls . I decided to call their coperate office only to be met online by an angry idiot who already knew my name , yelling at me saying " they are still investigating and I would have to wait blah blah blah " I remember they did this to my previous vehicle 4 years ago when my shield got cracked going through their car wash and they denied it never happened there and that cost me $200 to fix . They would deny anything to cover up their name, and I feel it's sad if they act this way to good customer bringing them businesses.

While waiting in line to pay for my car wash, I saw an employee walking by with his lunch bag. As he walked through the line queue area, he stopped and straightened out the pylons which had migrated off the lines by a couple of feet. It was causing people to have to drive around awkwardly. Devon H took the time, even though he was off the clock to correct the placement of the pylons show that the customers had a better experience. Upon exiting the car wash after tipping the dryer attendant, I stopped into the store to let the manager know how impressed I was with Devon H. On a secondary note, I was very disappointed to see that the hood of my car still had a film of grime on the front where the car wash did not clean. I appreciate the new pre-wash booth and the human sprayers that were diligent about spraying the car off as it entered in, but the equipment is clearly not up to doing the job. It is very noticeable that there are much fewer automated cleaning curtains as you go through the car wash. And the detailers or wipe down crew at the end of the car wash should not have to wipe down the whole car, but it was evident that the car wash itself did not clean the hood. This is very disappointing, considering I’ve seen other reviews to the same effect. This isn’t a window that was rolled down as one customer review was challenged on. It is the hood of the car and that should be spotless.
