I was thrilled Patrick could install my lights so quickly. He was there the day and time promised and was a total professional. He found a couple nail holes on the roof, which could lead to a roof leak. He said he will fix them, at no charge, when he removes the lights. He has gone above and beyond what he was hired to do, which doesn't happen very often now days. I highly recommend him and will definitely continue to hire him.

I have to talk about my experience with Patrick Roden to hang Christmas lights. We set a time, we set a price and Patrick got it done with no issues and I will continue to use him. As I was ready to through away the leftover Christmas stuff in the counters, I found that Patrick also does Roof cleaning. I text him, asked about cleaning my roof, we agreed to a time and price and Patrick showed up, cleaned the roof, cleaned the driveway mess. Can’t ask for a better guy to have home maintenance done. Patrick does what he says he is going to do. Very pleased customer.

Patrick got back to me really quickly when I first reached out and let me know that he was in a busy period but would get back to me when he had the time. My home insurance was on me to clean my roof and I’ve had experiences in the past, where I didn’t think I’d hear back again. Fast forward a little over a month and he circled back! Luck have it, it was the day that my insurance told me that the roof cleaning I had rushed to get with another company wasn’t good enough. Patrick was extremely helpful, thorough, and very reasonably priced. He took pictures of the finished results and included the reasons why there may be some dead moss remaining. Insurance finally accepted it! I’ll be using On Top Home Services moving forward for all roof cleaning, exterior house cleaning, power washing, etc.
