Hey Y'all!!! Just come to On the Spot Wash & Detail to care for your car care needs. So I was hosting an event and the concentrated Mango Lemonade drink I made tipped over and saturated my back seats and floor of my car. I called them the next morning and they were able to squeeze me in the same day!!! I wasn't able to get my car the same day and they held it for me till the next morning. To make sure the job was done well they cleaned the exterior and made sure my car looked good as new. Shayna was super helpful especially since my phone died that morning. She took it and charged it for me so that I can get my phone to make the payment for service today. So far I appreciate them for stepping in and helping to clean my car in one day...so that my car wouldn't stink. Nothing is perfect in this life but I'm happy they were able to step in and help me out!!!

Purchased a car from a local dealership and On The Spot was the 3rd party company that detailed the vehicle. We dropped the car off at 10 am. I called back at 12 pm because I hadn't heard from anyone. The salesperson said he had to send it back twice because it was unacceptable. The salesperson called back at 2:50 pm and said the vehicle was ready. When we got to the dealership, the car had not been washed. The inside had not been wiped down, the sticky residue had not been removed, and the inside door and hatch jams were full of dirt and road grime. So, we sent the car back for a 4th time. We had to wait an additional hour for the vehicle to be detailed and even then, it wasn't fully detailed. After already waiting 6 hours, we just took the car as is.

Referred by a family member. Service was great. Shana was very polite and professional. Very patient with my 77 year old mother. I did notice some areas that weren’t done but once I brought it to their attention, they re-cleaned the area. Overall, Ivan did a pretty good job detailing the car which included a soft carpet shampoo and one seat treated with a biohazard cleaning. Mom will definitely be back for the free interior & exterior car wash . Thanks !

This is my first time using On The Spot. I must say, I am throughly impressed. The service was top notch.They provided complimentary wine, beer and organic soft drinks, additionally they had snacks and other brands for sell. Oh they also have plans to have a cigar bar. There was several places to relax throughout the the lobby, for example the lounge and bar. The price was was very reasonable for what I received. The biggest flex is is the owner was right there getting his hand dirty alone side his workers. I haven't even talked about the quality of the wash yet. They cleaned every inch of my car, and let me tell you, I test their skills for sure. I will definitely be back. Good job, "On The Spot!"

5 Stars!!! Hands down…This place is the absolute best place to get your vehicles pampered! I stopped by today to have one of my vehicles washed. I didn’t expect to have another one washed and delivered to me after it was finished. I have never received this type of treatment before. As a single lady, I do not have many resources aside from Uber to travel if I have to pick up a car or have a service performed on one of them. After talking to Nate, he offered a shuttle home in their Tesla and I returned with my second vehicle once the first one was close to being done. While waiting on the second vehicle to be delivered, I had to leave the house briefly but they delivered it and did a WONDERFUL job! They backed it up in the driveway and provided exceptional service! Both cars look absolutely stunning! The staff members were very friendly! I love this place! Happy cars and smiles! I’ve taken my car many times to this place and they never fail to get it SPOTLESS. What really impressed me was when I took my husband’s work truck in. They got stains out of the interior and armrest that we thought were permanent. They are fast, efficient, and super hospitable if you just want to hang out in the lobby. I only wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

WOW. I have just now picked up my vehicle, it is AMAZING. I had the major wash service and five hours of custom work done. Steven looked after me, he is AMAZING. The customer service is flawless and the results on your car will blow your mind. The ladies in the office are all incredibly helpful, Steven was amazing, he'd phone me back and fore during the day to discuss my needs. FIRST they did a headlight restore, I cannot recommend this enough. SECOND on my car I had some old PPF removed - FLAWLESS. THIRD I had all the minor nicks and scratches corrected AMAZING AND AMAZING VALUE. FOUR I had the major wash done, it is NUTS. The interior is insane. The detailing outside things you'd never think of like little seams, under here, under there is insane. The final polish finish is NUTS, the feel under your hand is crazy. All the guys here are super cool guys but they are all SCIENTISTS, they are INCREDIBLY in to the work and have vast years experience. Steven led my job and he is the bomb, I have never met more knowledgeable and perfectionist vehicle pros. Thank you Steven, thank you ladies, enjoy the chocolates, I LOVE THIS PLACE! So lucky we have this in Madison AMAZING ON THE SPOT

I brought my sedan in for an exterior wash and interior deep clean, and I couldn’t be more impressed. I have a black car, and anyone who’s owned one knows how tough it is to make older black paint shine—but they made my 7-year-old car look brand new. The interior hadn’t been deep cleaned in 7 years either, and they brought it back to life with incredible attention to detail. Every surface was spotless, and the level of care was outstanding. On top of that, the customer service was top-tier. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my future car detailing needs!

I took my car to get an exterior wash and spray the undercarriage off after driving though 2 states with of salty interstate roads. The day of my appointment the pressure washer was frozen from the cold and they couldn’t do that service. Both workers were very nice and they offered me to bring it back to get that service for free. I called Saturday to get a time and they couldn’t get me in but told me if I brought it Monday I could still get the free undercarriage spray. I arrived Monday and was told they couldn’t provide the service for free. Although they were finally able to clean the undercarriage they charged me the full $40. The two people I talked to at my original appointment were both very nice and my car looked amazing. I give 3 stars because the other person working when I took my car back in was not friendly and they backtracked on the offer they made me. I did not ask for a discount originally, they offered. But because they did offer I felt they should have honored it. I likely won’t be back just because I don’t like the way they handled the business side of things and there are a lot of car wash options in the area.

I brought them what I thought was the worst situation they’d ever seen. Turns out it was not - they’ve got some stories! Nonetheless, the car I brought was pretty bad. I had little hope they could do much to make it look and smell good. I’ve had cars detailed before, but they were never as bad as the car I brought in this time. The pics tell the story. These guys not only seemingly worked a miracle, they take pride in their work. They have great attitudes and are happy to tell you all they did. When I arrived to pick up this car, it was dark. I did not even ask and they backed the car into their long garage with high intensity lights shining on all sides and they invited me to inspect it. It was almost as if they were challenging me to find something they missed. I could not. The interior had been transformed. Yes, there are permanent stains that will never come out but they reduced them down to near nothing. The bad odor was gone and the car smelled fresh. Crevices, corners, fabric, carpet, everything - nice and clean. They even removed old stickers on a window. They did a fantastic job. Now, it’s expensive….don’t get me wrong. But you get what you pay for and to me it was worth it. Give these guys a chance and you won’t be disappointed.

I dropped my car off early this morning for a complete detailing and waxing. I was told they would call me in 4 hours once my vehicle was ready. Welllllll…3 hours and 38 minutes later, I received the call! When I got there, my vehicle was parked directly out front and was looking absolutely beautiful and the inside was spotless!!!
