Please stop putting people at the pay station trying to upsell. I can read the screen and don’t need help. While I was selecting/paying some guy slung soapy water and it came in my window. Real professional. He walked over and said “I’m sorry if I made you mad.” Really? The way he said it implied otherwise. And stop asking customers to tip employees. That’s your place to pay them living wages. They did nothing for me except direct me to get my tire on the track. Pay them!!! There was no one there to do the pre-clean as I rolled in. Then after I went through the wash, I pulled up to vacuum and saw the horrible job it did. I’ve been here before and never has it been this bad. The machine didn’t get the running boards nor the bumper. I had to come home and wash those. I won’t be back.

Very rude staff. I did a touchless car wash since my car cannot go through a regular wash. When I asked about it beforehand, the guy I spoke with proudly confirmed and boasted that they do offer touchless washes, just that not many people know about it. So I thought, great! However, as I was pulling in, one of the workers standing at the entrance shook his head, rolled his eyes, and was just generally rude. After going through, I dried my car off a bit to check, and it was absolutely terrible. I was going to let it go, but after realizing I had just spent $22, I couldn’t. After vacuuming my car, I went back up front and politely asked if I could go through again since it did such a poor job. Instead of helping, the guy chuckled and said, “Ha, I mean what did you expect? You wanted a touchless car wash.” I was shocked. I told him I expected it to perform better, especially since I’ve been to another touchless car wash a few miles away that does a much better job for a lower price.. He then offered to let me go back through, asking if I wanted another touchless or a regular wash. I said “regular,” just to see if it would improve. But when I went through again, it was clear he ignored what I asked, because it was the exact same touchless wash all over again, with the same poor results. It’s a shame that good customer service is so hard to find, especially at something as simple as a car wash.

I absolutely love this car wash! You can go through as many times as needed. This is especially good when you come back from a road trip. The bathrooms are clean and the staff is always very nice and helpful. Someone is always available to greet you with a friendly wave and smile. I have been coming here for years and have never experienced any problems or issues. Omarion thank you for your assistance on today. This young man was very professional and has a vast knowledge of the machines and equipment.

DON'T GO HERE! First of all, I pulled up to credit card machine & the only offers I could access was a monthly membership for $33 or a single wash for $29. There was no attendant @ the credit card machine as there are @ many car washes. It was difficult to back up, so I was forced to pay $29. The wash was inadequate. Furthermore, THEY CHARGE $1 FOR A TOWEL & THERE WERE NO CARTS WITH SPRAY BOTTLES TO CLEAN THE INTERIOR! I guess the owners thought they could gouge the people coming out of the nearby Walmart. This was an extremely disappointing experience!

I love this car wash. They are starting to get pricey. $15 use to get everything now $20 doesn't. The last buffer wheel is only for the premium monthly clients. But I love my truck after washing it here then vacuuming everything. Plus the air nozzles for fast drying with no spots.

I went through the wash in my jeep with wide tired right behind a small sedan and they did not reset for tire width. I got stuck in the machine and the overhead arm kept coming down and hitting my windshield and severely cracked it through the drives side. I filed a report but never heard back from them. I had to replace my windshield in the meantime. Then I kept checking with them as to the status of my claim. After several weeks with no word, I went to the car wash to cancel all my memberships and they informed me that they had already been cancelled. I guess the new windshield was an expensive lesson to never use Mister Car Wash and I will never recommend them for anything.

Poor Steve!!! This place is terrible! If you love your vehicle, Do Not Go Here! My boy is scratched!!! I don't blame the workers at all. They are not responsible. In fact, they are always very polite, and I enjoy talking to them. The problem is the car wash itself. It is terrible! Steve is scratched, and his bath wasn't great. His bumper was left dirty. They didn't do the pre-wash before we entered the car wash. We paid $22, and I don't feel like I got what I paid for. I'm very sad that this has happened. I just hope I can buff them out. I will not be back!

All I can say is WOW!!! Hands down the BEST carwash anywhere!!! My jeep has NEVER looked better and I was a member at another wash club for years and NEVER EVER once, did my jeep shine like an actual mirror! The team here is AMAZING. They not only are the friendliest but seem to be truly genuine in making this an experience you won't forget. They personally scrubbed my car before going their wash tunnel!!!! That was such an unexpected bonus!! Also, this blew my mind!! As a member I can go to ANY Mister in any state!!!! Which is so helpful as I travel alot. (Come to find out, they are the largest car wash in the country!) But better yet, Unlike other places that are just one wash a day. Well, not here. They mean it... Its unlimited!!! You cannot beat that value. I immediately canceled my other membership and signed up with Mister. And it was HALF OFF! I paid less for one month of unlimited washes than one wash. They have some promo thing. Before you wash anywhere else.. TRY MISTER CAR WASH!!! Goodness, I promise.. you won't be disappointed. And yes as your signs ask, If you made me smile today? Yes... you always do. I always leave in a better mood every time I leave your car wash. Keep up the amazing work there!
