I went and told them today that I needed my car detailed, I brought another car here and they told me that it was $140 before hand when I got it detailed, and they charged me 35.99 for the wash and detail today. I spoke to the person who initially was checking me in, I said is that it? For the detail and wash, he said yes, but someone threw up in my brand new car and it was still chunks of throw up in my car after the wash. I spoke to the manager Mike and he told me that I should have asked for it to be detailed WHICH I HAVE, and I had to keep asking the guy who presented the car to wash out spots because it was still throw up, not only that but my brand new 2023 Lexus now has scratches, after they took it back. Mike said he was going to take care of the car for me, and that I would not have to worry about the detail, and this fool told me when I came back, that I have to pay additional money after they messed up multiple times, and he told me that they would have to take care of it. They also handled my car very aggressively because now the shift of my car was slightly turned and now it’s raised out of the console, when it is usually flushed. Super rude, very unprofessional, I would not recommend coming here. Also the Korean lady in the front was extremely dismissive, I told her I want to get the owners information, she refused and kept telling me I had to go through Mike, and proceeded not to give me no insurance information. Which I believe is illegal. I’m telling you, it ain’t worth coming here.

This is the ONLY car wash I go to in LA. For a great price, the vacuum and clean the inside, and the outside washed and dried by hand. Worth every penny!

I’ve been here a total of 10times already. Every single visit is consistently good! I have not been disappointed yet. I’ve been to so many car wash places around the city and I always feel like they rush through it and miss so many areas.

I just got a new car a few weeks ago. The first time I got it washed, I went to a machine wash which left swirls all over my car. This time, hoping to protect the paint on my new car, I decided to go to a hand car wash instead. That was a mistake. I paid $37 for the combo 2 and waited almost an hour for them to finish with my car, only to find a HUGE scratch across the front of my car. Extremely disappointed with the lack of care displayed. Edit: Raising my review score to two stars. I went back and told them about the scratch, and they told me they’d take care of it. While I appreciated this effort to make it right, they still denied that they were responsible for it, which lessened my appreciation somewhat (come on dude, I’ve had the car for less than a month. I know where the scratch came from, this isn’t Starsky and Hutch and I’m not sliding across the hood of my car). Still, I would have raised my rating higher if they showed a little hustle getting it fixed so I could get out of there. Instead, I stood around for another 45 minutes waiting for them to get around to it, and then another 15 minutes waiting for them to buff out the scratch. So I spent nearly two hours at the car wash today. But at least the scratch is gone.

I’m obsessed with my car and spent a lot from my current lease so I never take my car anywhere that I am dubious size. Today was my first time at this car wash and can honestly say they did a great job. I have a 2021 BMW X4 M and chose the combo #2. They did a great job cleaning the interior and exterior and I definitely feel it was a good deal. It was $32 for combo #2, but combo #1 is $27. It’s not the fastest car wash that I have been to, particularly because it’s so busy, but I think it’s the best one that is close to DTLA. It seems most of the carwashes are in West LA but being that I near the DTLA area today, this was the best option. I would definitely recommend.

It took about 25 minutes for a regular car wash. They wiped clean all the smears from inside and outside of all the windshields, windows and mirrors. Shined the rims too! Pretty happy about the car wash. Will be back again.

Great local car wash near Ktown. If your getting your car done the Boba Grande coffee next store will give you a discount on anything purchased. Very good hot and cold coffee based bev. Car wash is generally busy and plenty of detailers to take care of the crowds so expect around 1/2 hour after the hand wash. Give them a try.

I've uploaded the pics of the car-wash damage. My new car got these scratches right after the first car wash here. Their manager said that I had better not getting my car washed if I can't tolerate it. People would judge it after seeing these pics. On top of the visible scratches, my car has lost its gloss due to numerous minor scratches. This review would be a proof of what happened and how they treated this issue in a very horrible manner. Don't go here! It's the most horrible experience I’ve ever had at a car washing place. I got a new BMW recently, and went on 10/20/2021 for its first car wash. I went to get the car hand-washed, which is what I preferred over a mechanical one. After a one-hour car wash, I found there were minor scratches all over my car, even around the sun roof part. Right after I noticed these damages, I made a complaint about it on site, and they kept saying that they could not do anything about it until I talk to the manager. When I expressed that I wanted to talk to the owner about it, the Korean lady who sits at the cashier place said she was the owner at first, but then later denied she was the owner. This showed they definitely just wanted to minimize the situation by pretending there was no person could be held responsible for this issue. There was no other way other than for me to visit there this morning, so I took a day off to talk to the Korean manager named Mike. He was EXTREMELY rude, kept saying that they did not do anything wrong. “I can't see any scratches," even though there were visible white lines on my black car that was not there prior to the car wash. He raised his voice at me, arguing that black cars could get scratches even by the wind? Is he kidding? This is gaslighting! In the end, I gave up and left because it was not worth continuing this conversation for my mental health. I just had to let people know what kind of service they provide. They do not care about your car, and have a HORRIBLE customer service. Be careful!!!!

Last Sunday, I was at this car wash. Afterwards, of course, it's a shame I didn't check right away. When I got home, I noticed that my sunglasses, bear spray, a Toyota book, and a secret wheel key had been stolen from my car. I understand, these aren't particularly valuable items, but the fact is, you went to a car wash and had things stolen from your car.

I had an amazing experience at Olipic Car Wash! The guy who took care of my car, Luis, did an incredible job — I was honestly surprised by how clean and shiny my car looked when he was done. It looked like new again! Excellent service, great attention to detail, and very professional. Two stars for this: Used a credit card to pay and asked for $20 back to pay tips. They won't accept. I had to use the ATM in the facility, which of course charges fees. Ridiculous! Three stars for this: As for the service, it was extremely slow and disorganized. Still paid $20 tips to the cleaning guy though.

First, the prices have gone up a lot. Basic is about $27, Combo 1 is about $31. Tips are separate here. So, although it is a bit physically demanding, I often look for self-car wash. When you first go in, there are 3 lines, so you have to follow the guides carefully, otherwise it can take longer. The staff are not that friendly.
