Good team at work. They always get me clean whenever i drive by and pressure wash my mud flaps and take the time to see if they missed any spots the machine missed. HANDS DOWN the absolute BEST car wash experience around!!! You can get a really good wash for a great price, or upgrade to an AMAZING wash for a reasonable price!!! Their best wash, with ceramic coating, kept water beading on my Expedition for months!!! Great vacuums, and towels and spray for detailing! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Got a free $25 ceramic wash, and my tires and sides of the truck were clean, but the front and tailgate were still dirty. I'm glad I didn't pay for it..Most car washes have guys and gals taking brushes to front and back, but not this place. With the kind of cost they charge, they should..

Got a free wash at Okie Ex to try it out as it’s much closer to our new home. I was happy with the quality of the wash and even felt like it did a better job of drying the vehicle (than the place I’m currently using). I also really like that they provide microfiber towels to dry the vehicle off with, not all washes do this!! The biggest issue is that the parking spaces where you dry, vacuum, etc your vehicle after washing are way too close together. Most people want to be able to open up the doors and “butterfly” the car open to clean it out and there is just not enough space for that, unless the spot next to you is vacant. Because of that alone, I would not pay MORE monthly than the place I currently wash at. I’ll bite the bullet and drive a little further.

I wish I could give ZERO STARS!! This location used to be cool. Been a longtime client of the franchise but, last time I went there, I had a terrible experience. The attendant didn’t give a damn, was on his phone the whole time texting, instead of guiding vehicles on rail like they always do. He started the conveyor belt with no warnings or anything. The conveyor belt then stopped amidst wash with me stuck inside (probably as a retaliation because I had asked him to focus on his work and he can be on his phone afterwards), extremely unethical and unprofessional. My car wasn’t washed at all and I had to go around and come back again. He was still on his phone, still didn’t even care. I asked the second attendant to see me through the conveyor belts (basically asked him to do his job), which he halfway did. As a summary, left the place and as I just turned one street out, I had a new front tire blow out, taking off my entire vehicle’s side panel with it. I am canceling my membership here ASAP, never again! I only choose Okie because it is readily available in my State and furthermore, they had a Military Discount promotion going on. None of that is worth the level of unprofessionalism herein. Am also considering taking further legal action.

Do not even waste your time or money. I have never had a satisfactory experience here. The staff is always rude and inattentive. The first time I ever came here, I pulled up to find that the attendant was asleep in her chair. We had to wake her up to get service. Today, I went for the sole purpose of redeeming a free, basic wash coupon that my husband acquired after purchasing the premium wash last week. I think the entire was lasted less than 60 seconds. It sprayed my entire car with water and soap, and then spit me out. No rinse, no dry, no nothing. Can’t be too upset since it was free, but I certainly won’t be wasting my time here again.

Paid $9 for my car wash. For that amount I feel like my car should be considerably cleaner than it was after washing it. Pretty clean, could’ve been cleaner. But I will add the vacuums are free to use, and they work great. And you never have to wait to use them because they have so many. Every now and then there might be a small wait in line to get the actual car wash but usually I pull up, pay, and pull in to wash my car. Place is well lit in the evenings and there are ALWAYS attendants waiting to assist you. Kudos!

The Staff are cool, always offering upgrades, but just about every time I run my car through the HARD WATER leaves my car messed. I gotta literally re do all my windows due to the film it leaves, also on the body as well, I can't speak for others, but I shouldn't have to spend 20 minutes cleaning off water stains after I cleaned car.... please check your water..thanks

I had both my truck and my car interiors detailed. The guys that came out were very nice and professional. The quality of the detail was terrible. The outside of the vehicles looked so much better than the inside of either of them. So much so that I had to ask if we were getting interior details or exterior. I will say that I asked for no shine on the interior because I don’t like it. I just wanted a clean interior. Not to mention, “shine” is a finish product not a cleaner. When I brought up the issues I found the owner made time to make it “right” he informed me that they use shine as a cleaner so without it they don’t have a way to clean. He can run his business however he’s sees fit but know that this isn’t a detail shop. This is a glorified car wash. He also told me that if I would’ve told him I wanted an interior detail he would’ve recommended somebody else because it’s not what they do. When I called initially, I ordered two interior details. I’ve attached pictures that I took after they left.

Best automatic car wash I’ve been to. A lil bit more pricey than the other ones but worth it. They had employees who pre-sprayed the windshield & front for bugs & also the rims. Then in the vacuum bays they have microfiber towels to use which was of great help & loved the vacuums because the ends (unlike other car wash vacuums) were the narrow tips that allowed better ease in the tighter spots inside the car. Highly recommend & will definitely be returning.
