I had one of the best customer service experiences ever thanks to Damian, the manager at Oil Changers & Car Wash. We had completely forgotten to bring our credit cards and were relying solely on Apple Pay. Unfortunately, Apple Pay wasnβt working for the service, and we thought weβd have to leave without getting it done. But Damian went above and beyond β instead of turning us away, he trusted us as customers he had never met before. He actually used his own card to ensure we could get our service completed and accepted a money transfer from us later. His kindness, trust, and willingness to step in made what could have been a stressful situation into an incredibly positive one. Itβs rare to see this level of genuine care and belief in people. Damian is a true example of what exceptional customer service should look like, and Oil Changers & Car Wash is lucky to have him leading the way. I'm from salinas my brother in law recommend this place for me they showed me my oil after the oil change was done they adjusted my oil changed reminder on my car. It was great. Now a days u can't really trust places to even do a simple oil change it's insane. I did paid 108 but u know wat i dont mind the price along as it done right.! Bkus I'd rather pay 108 than pay 50 bucks which is what I paid one time at a place in salinas right there on chevron on by santarita and with in 2 days my car messed up. So I'd rather pay 108 anytime.
