I got a unlimited wash about $30 tier. But later i've learned that they did $40 tier one without my consent. I told the guy that i am only in town for one month so I DO NOT WANT it to RENEW. PLEASE CANCEL RIGHT AWAY. Today, I just saw that it was renewed. Now they are telling me i have to call my bank and have my bank send letter to the car wash head quarter for a REFUND. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I wish I could give this place a complete zero! They scratched the hood of my car very badly. I’m nine months pregnant and due to give birth in three days, and the staff was completely rude. They lied, claiming it was 100% not their fault. You can clearly see the damage was caused either by the car wash machine or the person who supposedly deep-cleaned my car. They refused to provide me with any management contact information or assistance. I even had to call the police. Please do not take your car here; they will damage it and lie to your face. You will receive no help.

Very disappointed with this car wash service. I have a monthly subscription with auto payments, but they charged me an extra $10, claiming my car was ‘extra dirty’ and needed a power wash. This was never mentioned when I signed up. On top of that, their brushes are already covered in mud, which defeats the purpose of a car wash. If there are extra charges for certain services, it should be communicated clearly upfront. Feels like a hidden fee and left a bad impression.

The same manger that “rocks” as one review says is the same manager who ignores and lies to customers. I’m noticing a lot more reviews coming from other people whose cars being damaged here too! I was a member at Ocean Blue Car Wash and had gone there very regularly. At my last visit, a worker hit my windshield so hard with the scrub brush that it cracked my glass. Instead of taking accountability, Ocean Blue has refused to accept responsibility and claimed that I went in with an existing crack - even though their own entry camera shows no damage, while the exit camera clearly shows a crack on my windshield. The manager said “the sun makes it hard to tell at the entry” even though you can see clearly that I had no damage coming in. The manager was unhelpful and dishonest. He gave me a fake corporate email, and when I went back up to the location I asked another staff member about the corporate email and he gave me a false email as well. This was a very shady and unprofessional business practice. Now I have to file a claim with my insurance and spend a week’s paycheck toward my deductible, all while this company continues to profit. If your car gets damaged here do NOT expect them to make it right even if your car is under 5 years old, under 100k miles, and all parts are factory original.

I hate writing one-star reviews, but here it goes… I’ve had my Cybertruck for two years now. I’ve gone through over 60 car wash companies and probably 600+ automatic washes, never once had a problem — until this place. I waited in line for about four minutes, the attendant made eye contact multiple times, but said nothing. When it was finally my turn, I told him which package I wanted, and he goes, “It’s hand-wash only for this car.” Excuse me? There’s no reason this car should be hand-wash only. And if that’s your policy, why not let me know before I wait in line? Instead, I’m told last minute that I can’t go through unless I pay for a hand wash — which, surprise, costs $60–$80 more. It honestly felt like a tactic to upsell instead of good customer service. If they’d just waved me down or explained it upfront, I’d have understood. Instead, it was handled poorly. I ended up driving down the street to another wash, and guess what — no problem with my Cybertruck there. Ridiculous way to do business. The guy at the front seriously needs some training in communication and customer service

Phenomenal Customer Service – Jose ROCKS! I can't say enough about the exceptional customer service I received at Ocean Blue Car Wash! Currently, my vehicle is out of commission, so I had to temporarily cancel my monthly membership. Recently, I thought I was still being charged and decided to stop by Ocean Blue to get things sorted out. That’s when I met Jose, and let me just say—he is outstanding. From the moment I drove in, he was kind, compassionate, and wasted no time getting to the bottom of the issue. His positive attitude and genuine desire to help completely blew me away. Jose not only made sure everything was crystal clear, but he also went the extra mile to make sure I felt valued as a customer—even with my current situation.
