I come from parents who are meticulous about the ownership of their cars inside and out! I am not that way. I work out of my car and I am messy and my child is messy so my car was filthy on the inside! My parents generously got me a car detail for my birthday! I emptied everything out of my car except for some change in the change holder when I took it to be cleaned-so he didn't have to work around anything. When I made the appointment, I was asked if I wanted inside only or inside and outside and I said inside. I guess maybe I should have asked for more clarification. When I arrived to pick up my car, there were still stains on the front driver seat which he told me there wasn't anything else he could do for them. He didn't touch the headliner at all and it had some scuff marks from me getting my bike in and out and the handlebars rubbing up against it. and just to clarify a car wash is not included unless you say you want the exterior package. When I was thinking exterior detail I was thinking of scuff marks and scratches, maybe dent repair, waxing etc. So, I looked forward to a very clean inside and I pull up to a very dirty exterior. When I get a $40 oil change, a free car Wash is included. I know this business has been there for some time, so certainly he should have some experience in paying attention to detail. I used to detail cars for a living and can certainly vacuum and dust myself-I really just needed help with shampooing the seats and getting them new again so that I can put on some new car seat covers. When my dad approached him about the disappointment and spending that much money and still having some things that needed touching up, he pretty much said you can bring the car back and we can see what we can get out of it. He already told me when I was there and asked him about the stains on the seat that there was nothing else he could do. Also keep in mind, I had to leave my car there from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. so dropping my car off again that I need for my work and for my life in general and to tote my son around doesn't sound very appealing when he had already had it all day and knew what stains were there. He pretty much told my dad that I guess he lost a customer and he didn't seem too concerned about it.

We have two dogs, a yellow lab and yellow lab/husky mix. Even though I put a cargo cover in the back of my wife's Jeep Wrangler unlimited, hair still managed to get everywhere. These guys did an awesome job getting the hair out of black interior and putting a shine on the exterior! Definitely be coming back in the future

I would rate it a 0 if i could. I got my engine cleaned here not even a month ago and they got water in the engine. Now i’m spending hundreds on repairs, there’s water in my spark plugs, the car cant accelerate past 25mph, my mpg has dropped by over 5 miles, the car usually can’t run for longer than a minute without dying and the pistons are misfiring! To top it all off the company refuses to take any accountability. Do not, please, do not go here!

As a late father's day gift to my husband I paid to have his truck detailed here. I was so impressed with how great his truck looked inside and out. I wish I had before pictures of the inside. His truck was filthy and they made it look brand new. They also used Clay Bar on the paint. All I have to say is "Wow". It took away most of the imperfections in the paint. Removed some of the small scratches and made the paint so shiny. We will be back for sure.

DO NOT BUY A GIFT CARD FROM HERE! I Purchased a $180 “gift card” (+ tax and his 3% up-charge for CCs) from here as a Valentine’s Day present for my spouse on 2-10-20. This place doesn’t have actual gift cards, so he gives you the receipt back and a business card and tells you to keep it because it’s just like cash. We made an appointment over a month ago for today at 8 AM. We arrived at 7:55 AM, after removing all the items from our car the night before; Just to find out that this guy doesn’t even honor his own gift cards. We gave him the receipt, the card he gave us, and an extra $120 To upgrade + tip, and he refused it. I have a receipt showing that I bought a gift card on 2-10-20 and I have all the items that he sent with me after I bought the gift card, But he still said I was missing another card. In a defensive, condescending tone, He actually Suggested that maybe I had someone else use it on another day (to insinuate that I was trying to scam Him today). Really?!?!? I don’t know how you can accuse a loyal customer of thievery. What horrible customer service! I don’t know how someone could feel good about themselves after ripping a 76-year-old off. My entire family comes here, I have friends that come here, and I have come here every year for the past 5+ years. In fact, I just had my car detailed two weeks ago and gave this guy $300 in cash. If I was going to be dishonest, wouldn’t I have tried to use this “other card” when I had my own car detailed two weeks ago? This absolutely makes no sense to me. I am appalled! Never again will any of us return to this establishment.

Outstanding! I needed a place at the last minute to detail my 2001 Red Mercury Cougar for me. I am getting ready to drive it to Texas for the winter and wanted to get it detailed before I left the Omaha area. I contacted multiple places about getting it detailed. I emailed Omaha Auto Detail on a Thursday evening. Larry was the very first person to contact me back about getting my car detailed on Friday morning. He was able to fit me in that same day. He was very friendly and did an outstanding job of detailing my car. The price was very reasonable too. I highly recommend Omaha Auto Detail! We were new to the Omaha area and I didn't know where to get my wife's car detailed. It's always tough finding a place you can trust to not ruin the electronics in the car with all of the cleaning stuff they use but not at Omaha Auto Detail. The owner was super nice on the phone and I got an appointment within a few days. I've been to a lot of places to get my car detailed and you can always tell differences in quality when you notice the small areas you've never seen cleaned but are now clean, this was the case with Larry. I dropped off my car this morning and was quite nervous. My car was way passed messy. It was a disaster. Stains, crumbs, stuff I couldn't identify......it was a mess. They called just a few hours later telling me it was ready. I couldn't believe how clean it was! That car was immaculate! It was gorgeous. So clean, so shiny, so pretty! Just OK. I don't know what is to be expected for a $160 detail, but I wasn't blown away with the exterior work. In the photos attached, you can see the rims are still dirty, and the trim is still dirty in a few places (which I have a photo of, but I suck at attaching photos). Further, dirt/soap residue will stream down the side of the car when you drive from the nooks and crannies. I spent 10 minutes or so after I got the car finishing up the car myself. A few recommendations to the owner(s): 1) I didn't include a photo of this, but see if you can take a second look for spray splatter on body trim or windows (or whatever caused the bottle spray splatter visible on the trim by the rear view mirrors) before turning over the vehicle to the customer. 2) Consider buying an air compressor and quickly spritzing out nooks and crannies, such as around the side mirrors, to flush out water and soap before drying and waxing. You can't see it in the side photo, but soap droplets ran down the front door panels after driving away. Doing so in the interior before vacuuming would be a plus as well. 3) To really go above and beyond, opening doors and trunks and wiping down that bodywork with a damp rag or something would really and truly impress me. If this is the status quo for a $160 detail job than disregard, but note I'd pay more for a "VIP treatment" where the car is truly clean without bottle spray and dirty spots.

When I say I brought him a dirty car, you have no idea what I mean. This car sat for almost 2 years after being used by a company to do estimates with. Always driven by guys, NEVER cleaned. Mold growing on cup holders and the coin tray, stained seats and deteriorating floor mats... Larry did it. He got that car so presentable. I'm actually and honestly amazed. The attention to detail is exceptional. He stayed in contact to keep me up to date throughout. The effort and customer service is beyond expectation. Especially now-a-days.
