When on a Friday morning at about 945. One older gentleman helping a customer with a Transmission Gasket that the customer didn't even know what Transmission was in his car. I was waiting in line for about 15 mins. Other employees were there putting parts in counters as well as talking to each other. No one cared to say will be right with you or even start to help with parts I needed. I left and have my 349.99 dollars to Autozone. O well looks like I won't be going back any time soon.

If I could give this store less than 1 star I would the manager Cesar is a poor excuse for an employee he is always rude and unprofessional when I go in to warranty my items. He told me he ordered my part, so I took my catalytic converter off a 4 hour job just to find out he never even ordered my part like he said. He should be fired immediately for all the inconvenience he causes the customers.

Pros- Usually has better inventory than Autozone -good membership and rewards system -replace broken tools quickly Cons - Service can be really slow at times so lines often form -Employees don't volunteer to help shoppers find things -Was never asked if I found what I was looking for On my last visit I was the only one in line and there was only one cashier at the desk busy on the phone, I had to wait till the cashier finished his lengthy phone call to check out despite 3 other employees freely walking about the establishment not doing anything. I must've waited 5 minutes till I was able to pay for my things. I know I may be petty with my nit picking but I value my time and I don't want to waist time standing in line.

I came to get my battery checked as my light came on. Turns out it was more serious, my alternator was bad. Diego however was nice enough to help me with extra information and a personal mechanic. His Customer service was above and beyond. Thank you.

EMPLOYEE THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE OVER ME NOT KNOWING THE POLICY ON RETURNING OIL. At 11am on 2/10 this male employee unfortunately I didn’t get his name but he was seemingly running the floor at the time. It was my first time returning oil and I came in, asked if I can just drop them off and was told yes go ahead. I made 3 trips with 9 bottles, and waited for the okay before taking off. It was then this male employee started on 10 and instead of just telling me the policy about returning containers, he’s barking at me about there being “too many containers” and I have to wait for them because they “didn’t want them.” Thinking that he was seriously on one, I perused the before opting to go to the car. He then chased me out of the store, asked if I was waiting for the container and when I said I didn’t want the containers he threatened to call the police, took a picture of my license plate and ran back inside. Overall a pretty terrible way to handle the situation. I think it would’ve been the more correct response on my part to speak with a manager. He escalated the issue to a BEYOND unreasonable place and I hope this establishment can do better overall in the future. I’m a human being before even being a customer and I feel he didn’t even grant me that decency.

I've been there 3 times order my brake paths that are on the warranty and every time I go. They say they send them back to the warehouse why they can't just keep in there until I get there. We all have a life.

I had a bad experience with them. I am a member and was treated bad. Had my receipt and warranty was on it and was turned away. Never will I go back. Not even deserve a 1 star. They didnt want to help me at all. Oh and yes my battery was returnable. Went to a different O'Reilly and they took it. Even told me that San Jacinto O'Reilly lied about the battery return.

I was recently kicked out of this store by the assistant manager, Dellila, she has a BAD attitude. I ended up going to AutoZone instead, where the staff was extremely helpful. When I mentioned what happened, they immediately knew who I was talking about, apparently, I’m not the only one. The employees said they’ve had several customers come in with the same complaint about her and had to help them after they left this store frustrated. It’s really disappointing to see how many people have had a bad experience because of one person’s behavior.

I went in to Oreilly around 6:30 pm on 7/10/25, the lady named Dalila helped me out and I was able to tell that she is knowledgeable about car parts, at first I was skeptical getting helped by her but she knows her parts and she has a really awesome attitude and good customer service, I had a good experience from her. Theydo a price match, but it seems like every store has different rules to that, meaning one store says they can't dont it because they price is cheaper then the O'Reilly price, and another tells me that the part has to be in stock not online and doesn't go off of the warranty which I thought they were just supposed to have the same warranty

Showed up 10 minutes before closing it’s 950. I see two employees inside the store they already lock the door. One of the employees is paying for merchandise. The other employee lets him out and then the other one goes back inside and lock the door. Wow they closed down the store early. I’m calling corporate.

I’ve been a regular customer at this location store #5531 San Jacinto CA, for a long time, but my recent experience with the assistant manager, Dellila, was extremely disappointing. I came in looking for a specific part, and when I asked if it might be in the back after she said it wasn’t in the front, she responded with unnecessary attitude. When I pointed out that she didn’t need to be rude, she told me to “get out of my store.” very aggressively. I also went in for a refund on a part and she was about to give it to me but then suddenly changed her mind. I’ve never been treated like that here before, and it’s really upsetting to see the customer service take such a turn. Very unprofessional.
