It's ok, but if they gave a minute or maybe two more per quarter it would make it way better but you know what could you do. It's not like there are any other carwashes in town.

Washed my car a total 6 minutes I hit The stop button .Your business charged my debit card 12$ then next day it charged my card $24.50 this happen to me before @ this car wash .now this 2nd time I have to leave a 1 star review If you can't handle credit card processing correctly let it go and do cash only the bogus charges are so upsetting who spends 24.50 at a self car wash the point is to detail and save money ..Terrible business refund my money !!!

This car wash is a bit out of the way for me but I came here because the other car wash I went to was too packed and wasn't going to wait probably about 45 minutes when I could just come here and get in and out in about 10 minutes. Place is pretty clean and the price was pretty decent.

This place has been here since I was a kid growing up in this town, I'm glad to see the new improvements. The only thing I'd like to see is an engine cleaner/degreaser similar in liquid formula to the tire cleaner/degreaser I suppose. Other than that the renovations are great, this self cash wash is well kept and clean.

It's nice, but I didn't like being stared at while trying to clean my car. I hadn't used a self clean car wash before and was trying to get used to it. The manager or someone was behind us and just standing there. And staring without saying anything. It was extremely uncomfortable.

Best coin-op self car wash in town. I used to use another, but that one has gone downhill. The Family Car Wash at 7th & San Jacinto does a great job of maintaining their facilities and the wash bays. I feel it’s a good value and the products (soaps, wax, etc) they use seem top notch.

I was very impressed with this car wash they have the brush for car, one for tires, and even a hand held blower to dry your car. This place ain't cheap on the soap as well they give you plenty of everyone soap,wax, tire cleaner. I couldn't believe the amounts. Highly recommended

Driving through San Jacinto for found this great lil carwash. Was very clean accepted credit cards and soap, wax and spot free worked fantastic final touch was the airdryer. Great spot highly recommended. Truck looks great 👍

The car wash is charging extra on the debit cards. It happened twice to me on different sides. both totals were under $8 dollars when I stopped the time and saw the total and on my debit it charged me $12 dollars ..... Stay away from this wash if debit is your only for of pay

Used the car wash. Ran out of time used my card for 3 more minutes. Turned it off moved my car to use the vacuum. They charged $28. I used two different machines but both charges show combined. They are thieves. It should be two separate charges which means they have control over how much they charge. I spoke to a female who said she was the supervisor. She refused to refund me stating that she watched a video of me and that I did not push the finished button and the instructions were clear. Her tone was disrespectful and condescending. I’ll make sure to report to the bbb. California law (Civil Code section 1723) mandates that retail sellers post a clear refund policy if they don't offer full cash or credit refunds, or equal exchanges within at least seven days of purchase. Default 30-Day Refund: If a store fails to clearly display its refund policy, California law provides that customers have the right to a full refund within 30 days of purchase, as long as they return the item with proof of purchase.

I stopped by this car wash just to use the vacuum and swiped my card. I only used it for less than two minutes, and I got charged $12. That’s ridiculous, what a scam.

This carwash 🧼 is a 10 out of 10 everybody leaves their reviews and be saying the machines be ripping them off but that’s a total lie. Everybody’s always trying to get over on local business, but I say this carwash 🧼 is amazing and very great people running it and very honest about refunds if there’s any inconvenience, their number is on the door they’re always willing to go out of their way for their customers so if you feel like you need to contact him, the number is on the door instead of giving a bad review about something that is false Communication is the key.
