On Sept 26, 2018. I walked into Circle K at approximately 9:15 AM. I proceeded to get my morning coffee and creamer as normally. The creamer in the machine was all out. I walked across to the other counter where creams, lids, & etc are. As I began putting down my cup of coffee (no lid) a worker was engaging in a conversation with another customer not paying attention, as he turned around to proceed walking. Unfortunately he bumped into me and knocked the coffee out of my hand. The coffee BURNED my hand along with my arm. The worker was apologetic. I requested managers attention. She came with a blank paper claiming she was writing an incident report. Very Attitude-ish! She claimed another department was going to reach out to me. I called in for the report number and she said “our reports are submitted online so theirs no number.” As of now, no one as reached out to me. Me and my family have been going to this Circle K for years. I would of expected to be treated with more courtesy then what I got. (Brian, Worker) (Tanisha, Manager)

Very clean, great friendly staff, makes you aware of any coupons, discounts or deals on items you have or might compliment what you have. Gas prices very good (usually the lowest prices for 20-30 miles).

This is my stop on my way home from work to get good affordable gas. However I'm sick of people asking you for gas money while you pump. They should really do something about that. Its annoying. One time I had 4 people ask me for gas while I pumped a few gallons in my car...on the same day in less than 10 min Smh.

Don't try to cash out a scratcher here at 930pm. They wouldn't cash out a small winner because it's "graveyard shift" even though lottery is open until 10pm.

I purchase approximately $1,000 worth of gas every month. I use Circle K, exclusively, because of their low gas prices. I have a Circle K Easy Pay card, and I always pay at the pump. But sometimes there is no receipt paper in the pumps, so I have to go inside to get my receipt. A few days ago when this happened, when I went in to get my receipt, I told the clerk that it kinda defeats the purpose of paying at the pump if I have to come inside to get my receipt. She said that if people have to come in to get their receipt, they are more likely to buy something inside the store. Ha! Great business ethics. From now on, when this happens, I will go in and purchase something, but I will have a bag of pennies to pay for my purchase.

It's always something here. Pumps not working. No gas in pumps just about every Wednesday. Lines are to beer coolers during the busiest time and you'll see employees in the back while only 1 is on the register. If your running late this place will make you later. Oh and today they might be starting cash only on Saturdays. And the older bald guy doesn't card everyone only brown people. I've seen him too many times not carding for beer.

Great experience tall young man cashier made me feel so good. I aid he looked like my son and I hope my son turns out like he does he was just so helpful, and kind and the Hispanic worker went above n beyond to help and they just worked as a team . Very Clean store but thank you for making me smile and making US LAUGH AS WE LEFT. IT MATTERED ALOT . GOOD JOB

Love this place. So nice and clean. always stocked up with all you can imagine. Help is great and their gas equivalent to other prices lowest in town. The employees are always available to help and they always have window washing stations filled.

I go there everyday after work and they all know me but tonight I went there got 50$ worth of gas the guy put it in the wrong pump I went in to tell them he was rude laughed and said he don't care Steve came to help he said oh well Itbwas used and it was not someone else used it and he told me to talk to the manager at 9am the. Next day I can't cause I pass by there at 6am for work in Palm springs so they told me oh well take it up with her she's looks like she is tweeked out of her mind and they all let the homeless sit outside the doors and pan handle don't say anything to them the sidewalks are really dirty and the store is always out of stock with stuff they don't have any customer service in there at all all I wanted was my gas but I went to another circkle k on Florida and they were super nice gave me a number to call which I am and never going back to that store in San jacinto again ! If you go watch out they will get you at some point !!!!

All the employees are nice and helpful, Steven Prentice is always cleaning the pump area, parking stalls when I visit for gas, or snacks. Tonight the pump areas, parking lot and the front of the store was cleaner than usual.

Big, clean store with a very large selection of fountain/frozen drink options but by the afternoon they always seem to be out of one thing or another (cups, straws, popular drinks, etc). When you ask the clerks for help, they seem to always just shrug their shoulders and claim that they are all out. They could very well be completely out and waiting for an over-night delivery to replenish, but given their demeanor, it feels a lot more like they just don't want to do anything more than they absolutely have to. It's happened multiple times. Because of this I tend to go somewhere else during the afternoon hours. If you're here before noon, it's great.

I havent given a review for this establishment and yet I have been coming to this location for years. I have given a mediocre rating since they always shrug you off when stating they dont have cups straws lids it doesnt seem to be low on staff they are seen walking around joking and talking with one another. Its hit or miss some are nice others look irritated that you are buying things for this reason I tell my friends and family to avoid this location. Both my girlfriend and i have had our information stolen after using this location in the past. In a pinch if they have gas which is a big issue here along with long lines then its cheap enough to get gas just make sure you dont get scammed swiping your card here.
