Said brake drums were out of stock and the nearest was in Tacoma. I looked up the drum after getting one from a competitor and looked it up the next day online. They had several in stock. I called up the store and the manager confirmed they had several in stock and didn't know what happened except needed to go over retraining the employee

Just got done getting help at this location. We needed help getting my lights replaced after finding out every single light I have randomly burnt out. We were helped by this lovely man named Mark. He helped me figure out what lights I needed, and even helped me pick the perfect ones to last a bit longer. Mark came out to help get the lights swapped. He was friendly and happy to help. Even when we found one of the bulbs was burnt beyond a reasonable amount and he cut his thumb trying to help, he was very kind and seemed genuinely happy to be helping. On our last light we found something stuck inside and he stayed with us for a solid while trying to break it apart and pull it out with help. He stayed happy, calm and kind through the whole situation. Once the job was completed, my friend and I offered to find a way to tip him and he said he was happy helping, and if we wanted he'd be happy with just a hug. I can not stress enough how lovely this man was, and how absolutely helpful he was. Thank you Mark!

She was very patient explaining to me what the issue was and even escorted me to my vehicle to check the fluids. She guided me to the correct product and advise me of proper care.
