The staff here is always friendly and helpful, never had a problem. I also love the curbside pickup as I have children and can’t always go inside. I am able to select the parts I want, pay for them and just pull up to the store. Love it!

I didn't grow up a car guy. I am becoming one out of necessity and because I have someone in my life now that knows things and can guide me on my journey. O'Reilly has become my go to place for the basics. I usually purchase my fluids there and most recently bought a battery. For more critical, big ticket items I go up the street to NAPA. But for the simple or quick I don't hesitate to go here. The people behind the counter are super friendly and helpful. They will often come out from behind the counter to show me where thinga are instead of just pointing. And they loan tools and do simple tests for free. I find their rewards program worth the marketing email.

O'Reilly Auto Parts is great! I always receive outstanding customer service no matter the store ive been in here in the Valley. The staff is fast, friendly and professional. The stores carry things I'm looking for and if a store doesn't have it, my parts person will find a store that does have the part or they will get it delivered to a store of my choosing or even at my home. O O O they're the best!

Genuinely the worst customer service every time. I don’t know how they managed to find the two most unhappy people in existence who absolutely hate helping people. The girl there is specifically a piece of work on her own. My mother asked for help picking out windshield blades and they legit told her to just pick one out. I would go to the location on sprague instead it’s definitely worth it.

Employee Jason at O'Reilly's At Argonne Store Gets 5 Stars. He Did Everything He could to try and get my climate control unit working. He did get my drive unit unstuck so i can continue to work. 5 stars all around. He is definitely a keeper. Give that man a raise . Thank you Jason for all your help. I've definitely learned a lot from you today about my truck.

JASON YOUR AWESOME FRIEND! the people here especially Jason we amazingly helpful and friendly. Just moved out here to Spokane valley and Jason's attitude and customer service sold the whole city I think he literally helped me fix my issue mind you it wasn't a huge ordeal just took him a couple of minutes but he didn't have to still did and I'm so grateful. I'd recommend this location a hundred times over. Thanks guys!!?

The "woman" tried to give us the most expensive part on the list. We looked up online for a lesser priced part that said they sold. She was not helpful at all. I suggest if you're broken down like we were to go to the Auto Zone. They were more than helpful.

Really nice people and I can see they work hard and try hard. But I think they need a bit of help when it comes to examining cars. Like I said they did try hard but something was wrong with my brake lights. Both of them were out. I went for help to see if I needed new bulbs. I dont know much about cars so I thought it normal that they were examining the tail light. They said everything was fine and it could be a fuse. They examined the fuse. Fuse was fine. They said it could be the brake light switch but they couldn't check that. I had my dad look at it. He said they didnt examine my brake lights they examined my tail lights. So we examined the brake lights. It was both of my bulbs. Customer service was 10/10. They were willing to go above and beyond to try to figure out the problem. But education needs to be a little worked on. I do appreciate that they tried.

Both headlights went out at once on my out-of-town guest’s car and neither of us had hands strong enough to twist the bulbs out. Stephen and Vince at this store were so helpful! Stephen helped us get the right bulbs and installed them for us. Then Vince came out and helped us retrieve a cap that I had dropped into the depths of the engine compartment! Above and beyond service from very friendly guys—much appreciated.

The assistant manager who rung me up seemed a bit grumpy & insisted I needed to spend $104 for a replacement headlight bulb (HDI). I told him, no, I've owned this car almost 20 years and just need a basic $20 bulb. I'd checked prices on the website before I went. He scolded me thatI might be buying the wrong bulb. I asked for help replacing the bulb, and he told another employee to do it. That employee was awesome and offered to let me stand inside where it was warm. I think it's just this location. Other O'Reilly stores haven't made me feel like a stupid inconvenience or tried to sell me something I didn't want or need. Thank you to the young man who replaced my bulb!

The staff is knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and genuinely helpful — whether I’m looking for a specific part or just trying to figure out what’ll work best for my vehicle. They’ve tracked down parts for me faster than I expected more than once. Prices are fair, the store’s clean and organized, and customer service is consistently solid. Definitely my first stop for auto parts around town.
