I didn't catch the name of the guy that helped me out with my 2010 GMC Acadia but he was amazing. He definitely needs a raise. Did a run on my computer, printed out a diagram of the top of my engine so I knew which coil pack I needed replaced and printed out a price check for 2 different options I had. Thank u guy! He also complimented me on my air freshener 😏

Price Cutter always has good service and it sure changed my life's routine when they closed the one near my house. They're missed. The other stores are just not as convenient but I make them once in a while.

I've been buying parts often at this store for several years now. I know each of the employees here, including the managers, and I can say they have always been polite and as helpful as can be. Whether it's dropping off used oil, ordering in some parts on the phone, or at the counter helping figure out my latest project. I even had them assist with getting a BCM sent off for a rebuild through another shop. I have always been an Oreilly customer because 1) they are HQ'd in MO and 2) the experiences I've had in the stores; I say it's like talking to mechanics. A group of employees like these represents their business well. To me, it's like having an extended family of mechanics just down the road from my house. Great job everyone, keep it up. I'm proud to be an Oreilly customer at store #135.

Above and beyond service. Went in because my oil cap was missing when I went to check my oil a couple of weeks after an oil change. The employee offered to put the new cap on for me when he started to put the new cap on he found my original cap it was in a spot that I would not have been able to see it. He offered and did do a refund for me. $9.00 is not a lot to most folks, however to some of us it is the price of a days worth of meals. Still get to pick on my son-in-law for forgetting to put it back on. Thanks again for being a blessing for me today.

Went to get some brake parts. Didn't like the price, but after checking out the competitors, I found out they had the best price on the best parts, and they had them at the warehouse. The competitors said they were dealers only parts and had to order them from St. Louis.

The workers at the counter were awesome. Helped me diagnose my battery and charge it. Checked my alternator. Super informative and nice. I didn't have many things to buy this visit but they earned my future business.

The 2 guys in the store was worried more about getting out of there or whatever than me or my car. I broke down and my brake fluid was leaking out everywhere. They didn't help or give me much advice. I know they ain't mechanics but it is a real bad neighborhood and I had to drive without hardly any brakes to another place because I thought I would be robbed there. A dude just sat and stared at me until I left. He had murder in his eyes. Of your a single woman. Don't stop there at night at all. If you break down stay in your car and call the police. I want to say that the convenient store being next door is an attraction for criminal and bad actors. Not ORielys fault. If I was the neighborhood I would circulate a petition to get them out. Crime would go down in the neighborhood. I worked at a bad store like this and it was scary so I know. The police are more to blame knowing that these places are known for criminal activity and not patrolling them more. But the owner would complain when business went down. Someone will always be upset.

Highly disappointed, went to pick up a part, one of your staff told me yesterday to pick it up and I show up today and no one can find my part said it wasnt ordered and when I asked to speak with a manager I got told to have a good day and leave so I will no longer be getting anything from your store your staff ruined it for me if i could vote for zero stars i would

It's a good shop :) I don't recall the guys name, but I was really impressed with his multitasking. He cares for the customers in the store, while taking care of a customer, over the phone. Good prices, good quality (from what I've seen so far) good service :)

I went in and ordered a Chilton's manual for my new mustang. He told me it would be in tomorrow at 1:30 in the afternoon. And it was. Perfect service. No problems. But it was a rather simple one. I'm sure in the future I will have many more experiences with them.

Always helpful and courteous as well as knowledgeable about cars and repairs. I have never had a problem when I have bought the wrong part and returned it for the right one or got a refund. Also if the part I need is out they can almost always have it for me that afternoon or in the AM at the latest. I can say that this store is one of the best in their chain in Springfield. 😀

Evan is by far the best O’Reilly’s employee I have ever encountered, and I have been to a bunch of O’Reillys in my lifetime!!! He was the most helpful and did not make me feel stupid or out of place, like 99% of the O’Reillys’ employees at all the OTHER locations have made me feel since I am a female. Thank you Evan!
