As usual, O'Reilly was great, but T-mobile & PayPal suck. I couldn't get my phone to stay connected & suddenly pay pal was opening page after page telling me it couldn't verify me. We're screwed for Thanksgiving over a $3 transaction. Sorry sis, I've been trying really hard to get it going so we could be there for you. Love you.

I needed to clean my leather seats for the first time in my car and the man giving me help not only told me which two products he sold to his detailing accounts, but he went out to my car and actually looked at it to see if I could do a three-in-one product or if I would need a separate cleaner in front of a conditioner. He felt the three-in-one product would be more than sufficient, which saved me a few box and allowed me to buy some tire shine that was on sale! Even though the employees might change periodically at this location, the service here is always friendly and sometimes, like today, you get someone that goes beyond what is expected.

Last time I’ll be visiting this location. Sign out front says they make hydraulic hoses but every time I come in, no one there knows how to make them. Guys working couldn’t even tell me if a different location had the fitting that I needed.

Was looking for a portable car heater that plugs into cig. lighter they only carry 1 type so purchased it. Not the best product. Wish they had a larger selection. But the cashier was friendly and helpful.

Always helpful and courteous as well as knowledgeable about cars and repairs. I have never had a problem when I have bought the wrong part and returned it for the right one or got a refund. Also if the part I need is out they can almost always have it for me that afternoon or in the AM at the latest. This is my number 2 store. 😉

Called two other O'Reilly stores and both said they couldn't help me. I spoke with Carson at the West Kearney store and he went above and beyond to find what I needed and get it shipped to the store for me. He also opened the box with me to verify its the correct product. Carson has made this O'Reilly the only store I will visit! Thank you so much!!

My wife went to this location to grab a panel air filter for her 2017 ford escape, she was repeatedly told by the person behind the counter that she was wrong and her car takes cylindrical air filters. They refused to walk out to her car and verify it. I had to drive up there and walk in with the exact model number of what she needed before the kid behind the counter said "oh, that's for the 2.5l engine". Meaning, he could have checked his drop-down menu on his computer at any point, but him and the guy next to him were too lazy to click a mouse or walk 20 feet to check for a customer. From what I'm told, this is a pretty common occurrence for this location

This location has a bunch of know it all so be prepared to return when they give you the wrong part. It's best to research the part number and just ask for it. Don't give any more info beyond the part number.

Had a job that should’ve been an easy hour fix but it turned into an over 4+ hour deal. Everybody here was so friendly even though I was stuck in their parking lot for too long. O'Reilly never has what I need in stock and always tell me well if we can even order it on simple things that auto zone always has on hand for example flex pipe for your exhaust. They tell me it's only available to order then proceed to tell me that it's a special order item. It's flex pipe I just went to auto zone and they had all sizes you could possibly need

They just ignored me and refused to help at all. They didn't understand what spline keys were and gave me the silent treatment. Tried to move onto the customers who entered after me after showing me their keys and refused to go into more depth about sizing or anything.
