The Manager, Larry was very kind and assisted me promptly. I had an issue with my battery, and he took a quick look and also tightened the screws, and also gave me future advice for if I were to get a new battery. This same place helped me when I needed a turn signal light, and led me in the right direction in contrast to other auto parts stores in Ocala... Exemplary service from all employees...

Absolutely the most helpful auto part experience I’ve ever had, David and Jordan were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable with my issues without it feeling like I was dumb for not knowing much about cars because of how friendly the staff is. Jordan went above and beyond to make sure my issue was solved and my car would be good to drive before leaving the store. Definitely should be looked at for advancement with this company.

10/10 Customer service experience with Jordan. He came to the rescue when I was turned away from AutoZone for a battery change due to a plastic battery cover. He did not hesitate to help me get a new battery and got it installed with little to no issue. Not only was he extremely helpful but him and the other associate were very caring in making sure I had everything I needed and was taken care of before I left. I will be coming back to this location in the future, thank you!

I went in on Saturday night and was really surprised with the great service I got. I just needed new bulbs for my plate lights but Chuck and Reilly went above and beyond to help me. This store is going to be my new go to spot for parts thanks to these guys that were so nice and helpful to me. I appreciate them and I hope that the owners do to too because they are the best asset to this company!

ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!! Came to get an alternator check and the customer service experience was wonderful!!!! I’m not great with cars and naturally on edge walking in…. Replace a cannuder valve? SURE… not these folks… explained and were patient. ABE was wonderful .. I didn’t catch the other gentleman’s name. I am walking away not feeling taken advantage of❤️❤️❤️❤️

Larry and James went above and beyond for me. My vehicle had a bad battery, apparently it takes 2 batteries which I did not know, they assisted with testing everything, all questions I had and were extremely kind and courteous.They took the time to listen to me, address my issues, and I was back on the road. I would recommend any friends / family to go to them. My only frustration is that my car still needed to be reprogrammed, however I find this to be an O'Reillys issue not the employees - they can only do what they are limited to. I took it to the dealer who programmed the battery relearn - My star I removed (5 instead of 4)was due to the frustration that many places carry the battery relearn equipment and O'Reilly's does not - I went to another O'reillys who informed me that in the past they carried these. With all of that said - you can tell Larry and James are committed to helping customers have a positive experience and they are knowledgeable they cannot be blamed for O'Reilly's issue. If I ever have another car issue (hopefully not) I would return. Thank you Larry and James!

I'm not too happy with the store manager Brian at 10th Street because every time I go there I've been I'll bring a lot of money to the store and when I called him normally they pull them for me and get everything set up but he was being a real nasty.

Always love going to O’Reilly but this review is for the females at 9 am this morning saying they hate people and then asked if I wanted the item that come with everything,I said I think that’s why it’s marked down and gave me a rude reply saying that’s fine I’m just asking.yes,yes it is fine that’s why I’m buying the marked down item.if you hate your job quit and take your attitude somewhere else.I can easily go to AutoZone.

The employees here were so helpful. My car started jumping on the highway during a horrible rain storm. I was able to get to o’reilly and they read the code on the card computer and told me it needed a new thermostat. They sold my bf and I the part and recommended we have a mechanic fix it because doing it ourselves could blow the engine. James the assistant manager and Mike made us feel so much better about our trip. Seriously these guys are amazing and I’m so grateful that we stopped here.

Today I stopped in because my engine coolant low, light came one. I asked Ashley if it was possible for her to show me how to open the hood of my car and point out where the coolant went. Ashley was wonderful! She was patient and explained to me my coolant was low, not out, and that it was still under pressure so it couldn't be opened. Better to wait until it was completely cool - like in the morning, then add the coolant. This happened at the O'Reilly's Auto Parts at 2401 SW College Rd in Ocala. I hope that O'Reilly's reads this and knows what a wonderful employee Ashley is! Great customer service is a rarity these days, but great customer service is very much alive and well at O'Reilly's!!
