Today 7/14/2024 I walked inside to buy some tail light bulbs, for my car. The guy at the counter had a attitude problem he should be fired he doesn't know how to talk to customers. Very impatient I just walked out on him in the middle of him trying to talk crazy to me. I went to AutoZone instead

Their staff is always friendly and knowledgeable at the North 301/441 location. I am handicapped and the last time I was there my car was overheating while I was waiting for it to cool down they told me to come in the store to cool off. They got me a chair & a bottle water. They really went out of their way for me and it was greatly appreciated.

On 3/24/20 I went to this location after being told at a different auto parts I needed to buy a part that I didn’t feel was necessary. I got to this location and Jayson took care of making sure I did not purchase something I did not need, he was very helpful and accommodating. I would like his corporate office to know what an outstanding employee they have. They may want to get several more like him to work in there establishments. Thank you Jayson for a great service.

Friendly prompt service. They helped my teenage granddaughter check her battery along with checking the starter and alternator. Two other auto parts stores would not check to see if the battery needed to be replaced because it was too close to their closing time 😕. They were not allowed to install at that time. So glad we went to 0'Reilly's!!!! We were very pleased 😀.

Called to inquire about some parts, Spanish girl picked up, I was put on hold for 8.00 then hung up, called back, same girl answered, I asked why I was put on hold for so long, did she forget about me? Phone went silent, I could hear her breathing. Called back, guy picked up and explained to me that she doesn’t understand English clearly!!! What has this world come too?

Today marks Veterans Day, and I visited O’Reilly's as soon as they opened to purchase supplies for an oil change and windshield wiper blades. Inquiring about the military discount, I learned that O’Reilly offers a 10% discount to veterans daily. While this is commendable, my experience was disappointing. After completing my transaction, the total came to approximately $103.00, but the discount was not reflected on the digital payment reader. When I inquired about the discount amount, I was informed it was only five dollars and some change. Given the total, I expected at least a $10 discount, but that was not the case. I requested the additional 5% discount, but my request was denied. As a veteran, I feel compelled to share that O’Reilly's discount policy may have hidden stipulations. Therefore, do not anticipate receiving a full 10% discount every time you shop there; I will not be returning.

The staff is always attentive BUT this time they gave me the wrong Oil Change Kit for my Mini Cooper. The oil filter was too large for my vehicle. The hassle was because I bought the original kit in Ocala at Oreilly’s and the box was their brand BUT I had no receipt. So, when I went to a store 10 miles closer they wouldn’t swap it out. I paid for the second and correct filter in Beverly Hills but now I need to drive to Ocala to get a refund for the wrong filter Ocala sold me. Too much hassle to go back.

I was driving on the interstate when my windshield wiper broke, and O’Reilly Auto Parts was just about to close. Kris went above and beyond by kindly waiting for me to arrive. He quickly found the correct wiper size for my car and even replaced it for me on the spot. His kindness and excellent customer service were a true lifesaver, allowing me to get home safely. Best customer service ever!

I believe this staff members name was angel, but best customer service ever, helped me and my boyfriend with my splash guard dragging on the freeway on my car even though close to closing time.
