Didnt have the items needed for a Mazda. Clerk seemed to be going in cicles.took 15 minutes to get the change off items that were purchased.Disappointed in this O'Reillys store.I wont be returning to that store again.

I went to them to charge my battery well when I got there the man explained that someone else's battery was charging an had been charging for 3 hours he thought it might be bad so he wanted to wait a while so he told me I had to wait 2 hours so I go back to get the battery an they r trying to give me the other persons battery telling me mines bad ...even put a bad sticker on it ... now mind u it was only dead cause the kids left the lights on the previous night so I no its not mine I bring it home an IT'S STILL DEAD!!! THEY DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE IT .. so I call an they tell me they don't no what exactly happened so I ask to purchase a battery charger...the man tells me they have some for 15 dollars so I go all the way back now I've done walked to this place 4 times now ... so I get there an he tells me the cheapest ones they sell is 30 so he lied to get my buisness...both him an the woman had poor attitudes I wouldn't recommend them for anything... if I'm paying overprice for something I expect to be treated with the up most respect an tooken care of properly

Today I was not greeted when I walked in at approximately 5:30pm.i don't know if it's cause I'm a woman or a black woman. 30 seconds later a man walked in and he was greeted. I don't know if it's cause he's a man or being a white man got him greeted. I surely called them out on it. There is 2 white guys and one white chic at the time I was there, now if anyone else was there, that I don't know. This store is located on moss Street and ponde mouton in Lafayette La.
