Went to advanced auto parts to have them check my battery. Not a lot of help. I then went to O'Reilly, to see if they would be any help. They checked my battery and said it was dead. Arik installed the battery and I was ready to go in 15 minutes! All of the employees were helpful and courteous! I highly recommend O'Reilly

After not knowing what was going on with my car Lyle offered to put their machine on it to find out it was battery. After a very long day and a head cold I bought the battery and Lyle installed it. Praise Jesus!!! Always have good service!

I came in for an alternator yesterday evening and this gentleman named Lyle, he seemed very upset and gave me an ugly look as if i didn't know what I was talking about. asking what kind of truck I have 4 times. I dont see how asking about my truck 4 times and still forgetting the year make and model, too. I ended up leaving and heading to another location in waterloo that helped me with what I needed.

It's so good to know Lyle and all the employees there, very nice people, they are blessed and so are we, compared to most auto parts stores, This one had very good and polite people, by far best auto parts store, I recommend this place, to any parts need and free testing for alternaters, batteries and starters, they treat you with help as they were to help themselves. Advice and love as soon as we arrive through the door. God Bless them ALL.

They were a god send tonight. My SUV had to be jumped started because my battery had died for the second time today. I called O'Reilly's and they had a battery for my SUV. After I got jumped started I headed over there and got a new battery put in the SUV and now my SUV runs wonderful.

I visited O’Reilly this evening due to the fact my daughter’s vehicle engine light came on and I heard they will read the code and help with self diagnosis. I had the pleasure with working with Lyle who was awesome and super helpful. I noticed both workers were very friendly and wanting to help us with our problem. I can’t say enough good things about the employees at this location and how much I appreciate great customer service! Unfortunately it seems that is hard to come by nowadays….Thanks Again!!

I went in today; started asking about a new wiper; and I felt disrespected by him interrupting our interaction asking to move my vehicle first. There was nobody else there. He could have gotten the part and then asked while we were out there. I parked close because of a hip injury; I left because I feel like he could handled that better. I went to the Waterloo location and everyone there was nice to me!

I had a great experience with Lyle today! So friendly and helpful with replacing my battery, which the dealership I purchased from had apparently put in the wrong battery when purchased 4 years ago 😑 the battery was dead from the car being on their lot for almost 3 months (I love my car, it just dies really easily when the temps drop below 10 degrees… not surprised at that issue now) and they must have just thrown in what they had so the car could be test driven and sold. Lyle double checked to make sure what their system had shown the correct battery for my car and then swiftly replaced it with the correct battery and also put on new windshield wipers for me. Will always go back for such friendly, helpful, and efficient service!

I just want to thank Bob for his outstanding help this morning. I went to the O’Reilly in Cedar Falls looking for something to remove sticky tree sap, and he went above and beyond to assist me. Even in the hot weather, he kindly came outside to help, and after trying a couple of products that didn’t work, he found the one that solved my problem. His patience and dedication really stood out, and I truly appreciate his excellent service.
