On the way to Florida, my Odyssey had a flashing check engine light. I pulled in all I needed was a new battery. Was treated nicely by the service rep and the technician who worked on my car. I obviously didn’t have an appointment. So thankful for their attention and excellent service.

Great experience. I had a transmission seal and my 105,000 miles service performed. Although expensive it was done well and correctly. Maybe it cost me a few hundred dollars more than another location, it was worth it for peace of mind. They also washed the car and cleaned the engine bay when there work was completed. It was like “putting the mint on the pillow”. They also provided me a ride to work when I dropped my Honda pilot off. Thanks community Honda!

Amber in service was very helpful when I needed to get my MDX in for an alignment. She was also quick to take notes when I provided extra information about the vehicle that may have been helpful to the tech. I was in and out within the hour and the prices were lower than independent shops nearby.

My wife gets her car serviced here. They do a good job at keeping us informed of any maintenance that is due. Normal dealership rates. Wash the car when they are done. Decided to look at a new car for my wife. Felt they did not offer me a reasonable price for my trade in and the amount they wanted for the car was higher than the car was worth. Did not want to work with me so decided not to buy car. Of course they badger you constantly afterwards.

I just purchased the most beautiful SUV I have ever owned from Community Honda of Cedar Falls. I did my research and knew I wanted to purchase my new car from this dealership. Their inventory and prices were unbeatable. The staff was superb to work with in every way. Sam the Manager, Diji Product Specialist and Josh Product Specialist were the BEST. I bought an absolutely beautiful new ‘25 Accord here. I had a great initial experience. The customer service here is good, they are friendly and want to sell you a vehicle and a protection plan. However, and I am saddened to have to say this, but I would really like it if they were a bit more meticulous with services, especially on a brand new car. My vehicle still had a small piece of plastic film on it right next to the shifter where the gears are shown, I did not notice this until after my interior and exterior ceramic/wax coating was done, so there will be scratches on that area now... Minor, but for what they charge for it, that probably should’ve been noticed. I’ve also had a squeaking with my vehicle on gravel roads. They initially retorqued the suspension and said it was fine. It was not. The service manager then went along on a ride with me and acknowledged this noise, but apparently the service tech said all the Accords do it, so they aren’t doing anything about it, and would not tell me the cause of the noise. There is also a ticking coming from what I am guessing is the blower motor when the vehicle is cold and the heat is on, and I am guessing they will tell me all the Accords do it.

I got a used vehicle with high mileage. Which is always really concerning because some dealerships usually use those vehicles to kind of hook you in to a higher price sale. But when I had a mechanic go over the vehicle other than some basic cosmetics the vehicle was in excellent shape . Had good maintenance records and drove like it was brand new . So they weren't trying to sell me a lemon or try to use it as a sales tactic. They were straightforward, honest actually tried to negotiate a better price. They were helpful and friendly and quick exceptionally quick. They understood when I had prior obligations and tried really hard to make sure I got the opportunity to look at the vehicle.

I have to go back to have some of the parts I ordered installed and they were sure to get that all scheduled before I left, which was great.
