Jeffrey went the extra mile to change my headlight. It may seem small to some but many places wanted to charge anywhere from $40-150 to change the bulb. Their competitor didn't even attempt to change it after glancing at the year of the car. However, Jeffrey went as far as to YouTube how to change the bulb and made it happen. He saved me at least $40!! With parts specialists like him, this O'Reillys will always keep my business.

The pit crew when it comes to Auto parts. They are swift with the free services and willing to help in any way they can. To help save time is to make sure you give them the correct make , model, submodel and engine size.

This location is very unprofessional. The gentleman told me that I could go and check with the dealership and that he was not stopping me. The comment I made to him was not directed towards him. I will never visit this location again

I would like to say thank you to the two young men working nights weekdays. I came in right at closing and the two young men helped an old lady from out of town with car and health problem out. Random act of kindness, the one man said and neither one would take any form of payment. I thank God for those two that night and will never forget them. The next time I think of the world gone bad, all I have to do is think about, Youself and the other man with tat's. Y'all are awesome angels!!!!

The guy that helped me was really helpful and courteous. Until I had to take back a can of paint that wasn't the right paint code but in his defense I got a different guy that had to take the paint back but after he took it back he went through the motions of ordering the right paint for me. The reason I said that is because I called the next day and the guy that answered said that that paint was unavailable and no other stores carried it. Thank God for the paint store that I called after I got a hold of O'Reilly. Seems like they are consistent with the people they hire though. The Mansfield Ohio stores have the same kind of people working there and I don't think I am going back anytime soon for anything other than free all!!! That's just because free all is the best thing I ever had to get a bolt that was rusted and rounded off and it only took a hour with the spray to remove the nut after using it

Wow, the staff at the O'Reilly on Springhill Ave are awesome. I needed a battery and my battery is difficult to take out and put in. The Assistant Manager a young lady took the battery in less than ten minutes and her co worker placed it back in with a little her from her. These guys were great. I highly recommend this store 👌

I could live three hours away and still would make the drive to go to this store. Ein was phenomenal, i just bought a used car and had my check engine light and engine wobble coming home from work. Ein checked the codes, gave me options on how to remedy the problem and walked me through the entire process in the parking lot in 30 minutes. In less than an hour i was checked out and on the road with no check engine light and no wobble because of him. And he made sure i felt reassured when going through the fix the entire time, offering help when needed but trusting my ability when i had it. Great sense of humor, perfect customer service, and a wonderful store overall. His coworkers were so kind and the store was immaculate. Above and beyond service, ill never shop anywhere else

I purchased an ac compressor on June 30. On July 12 it went out. My mechanic said it was a bad compressor and it was remanufactured. When i purchased the compressor i was not informed that it was remanufactured. I called to check the warranty and was told there was no warranty because I didn't buy the kit. When i purchased the compressor i wasnt asked about a kit or told that i had to have the kit to have a warranty. I am livid. That was a waste of $740 for parts and labor. I have always used O'Reilly's but that have lost my business for life.

I placed an online order with O’Reilly’s and even got an email confirmation saying it was ready for pickup. I do this to make things easier on the store and to keep transactions quick and smooth. Instead, I drove across town only to deal with a lazy and incompetent manager who admitted he had already looked for the order earlier, couldn’t find it, and then did absolutely nothing about it. He didn’t cancel the order. He didn’t call. He didn’t email. No notification whatsoever. Instead, he waited until I showed up at the counter to casually say he couldn’t find it. That’s not just unprofessional — it’s a complete disregard for customers’ time. Wasting someone’s time, gas, and patience because of poor effort and zero communication is unacceptable. If management can’t handle something as simple as following up on an online order, it makes me question the entire store’s reliability.
