This place is a great place to shop with a great staff for the most part. But a lady that worked there knew I had spent a lot of money here trying to get my trailblazer running. Well come to find out the head gasket was blown. I was told that this extremely expensive block and head gasket dealer was the best on the market and that all the shops use it. Well I asked if it was smart after spending loads of money to buy this being i was running low on cash at the moment. Well she insisted on buying this stuff guaranteed to work. Needless to say it didn't and it costed me $50 to get it. So yeah added up with the rest of my loss it ended up being a substantial loss. I was hella upset. But life goes on.

It depends on what you’re buying from here, some parts are higher then others, it’s your job to shop around. Meaning calling stores to get prices on parts then, making the decision based upon the prices. The people that work here are very knowledgeable and very helpful!

They are not a warehouse store like the one on hwy 49, they are a branch but they normally have common parts and they are very helpfull and friendly. I come here all the time and I would rather pay for it here and go to the another O'Reilly with the receipt who has it in stock. The one 49 is rude and mostly not helpfull, but these guys are awesome. They need raises for sure. They deserve it and some.

The guy behind the counter was so so helpful. I am desperately lacking in automotive skills but they helped me figure out exactly what I needed and even showed me how the code scanner worked so I understood where the information was coming from. I will definitely be returning to this location simply because the customer service was just that good! Thank you so much guys I really appreciate you!

I went to O'Reilly today to pick up a part for my F150. Online the prices I saw for the part ranged from $30-$40. I only had $50 cash on me. The employee (Mike) told me the part was $75. I explained the situation and he was nice enough to price match so that I was able to get the part I desperately needed!! Thank you so much for amazing customer service!

I come here as it's close to home and primarily they don't force other crap down your neck like autozone does you go buy what you think you need and no being asked hey if you use this it's does this and that does this and end up paying way more than just a pair of rotors. The typical large corp biz tactics with the fake customer service.

This has been my go-to store since it opened. With rare exception the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Important to me is that they do not try to buffalo customers. If they know something, they tell you; if they don't, they say so and then try to find the answer. If they don't have your part, they get on the computer and find it at another location in the area, and then call to make sure it will be there when you arrive. My only complaint is that it seems that I build a good rapport with someone only to see them promoted out to another store, but that's what happens to talent.

I got followed around like I was a common thief. The workers were rude and treated me like an idiot because I'm not very knowledgeable about auto mechanics. When I was sold the wrong head gasket they didn't tell me I had to have a special tool to put it on or it would be no good until I tried to return it. I had to buy another one at full price. They still didn't mention the torque wrench was necessary. I found that out by talking to a homeless guy in the parking lot.

I just left out the store from buyin my son breaks been in the line waiting for the longest b4 anyone acknowledge me then after buying the product treated me as if I did something wrong the rudest woman I ever meet I wouldn't deal with place till they change the bad energy that's in that place😡

This is the only Auto Parts store I will come to, the employees are friendly and know their stuff. I have had bad experiences with other stores and getting the wrong parts, but O'Reilly's has yet to give me the wrong part. I would rate 6 stars if I could.

You went above and beyond and I truly truly do thank you again for making sure that we were able to get the supplies we needed to get our Turbo fixed and get us back on the road . Every store needs an employee such As you. And to every one of them who tried to help me find that Turbo. Updated: Originally the return was not accepted for a faulty product but was fully rectified at a later date and refunded. I was very happy with my return experience. I merely needed the product to inflate the tire enough to get a mile down the road to a gas station, so that I could have aired up the tire. The vehicle is rarely driven and takes atleast a month for its tire to begin to lose air. They claimed the hole in the tire must be too big. Even though the tire holds air when aired up. I provided photos to the store employees to show the product had been used along side the tire which hadn't inflated even half an inch. I shook the can as instructed for the length of time as described and it stopped working only half way through the bottle. I work on my vehicles and spend a pretty penny on my antique cars. I will not ever use this orielly store again and more than likely will choose any other brand of auto store from now on. It may "only" cost $17 but I have no interest in buying from a store that does not stand by their products. However an hour of my time was wasted a long with me having to push a vehicle with a flat tire. I now recommend this location due to the diligence of the store manager and honoring their products quality. Thank you

Our family is visiting Biloxi/Gulfport from out of state for the holidays. Our headlamp stopped working unexpectedly. We called O’Reilly Auto Parts near my mother’s home and Daniel answered our call. He explained that depending on the vehicle, they can replace the bulb for us. I drove to O’Reilly Auto Parts and Daniel was able to find the bulb we needed AND replace the bulb in 10 minutes! Great customer service and affordable prices (less than $22!). 🙏 Thanks Daniel and thanks O’Reilly Auto Parts Courthouse Road, Gulfport!! 🚙
