Cheeky Monkey is the best car wash on the coast. They clean the bugs off the front of the vehicle first and their brushless wash makes your car look brand new. The vacuums are very powerful and they have air for your tires and some air blowers for air detailing. Just an outstanding wash and a great value to boot.

Would not recommend this car was ever! Their machine ripped the wiper blade and the wiper blade control arm from my vehicle. They told me because it was over five years old they weren’t responsible for replacing it. Also the owners were there when it happened! They walked around as if they didn’t give a care in the world for my property being damaged.

I called the contact number to ask about touchless car washing. The person that answered the call was Charles, who identified himself as the general manager. It is rare to connect with someone that has such passion for what they do. Charles is extraordinarily passionate about his job. He seemed extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful in satisfying me that my car could be safely run through their carwash. Whoever made the decision to hire him is an absolute genius. He is an incredible representative of Cheeky Monkey. I took my car over the same day, and I was very pleased with the results.

My son came home the other day from work with a couple vouchers for a free wash that a potential car wash manager from one of the local wash centers had given him. He was so tickled about this since he had just bought him a new car and was going to give it a try. He gets there and when he scans the ticket it said that it had already been used, so he scanned the one and it said the same. He didn't have the extra money really for a wash but he couldn't back out of the drive as other customers was behind him so he was forced to pay the wash fee. Myself and my wife and friends have been going to this wash as we had memberships but after what happened with them vouchers yall have lost all of our business. Yall took my son for his money after he was going to give yall a try. I am a big member of this community and I will let people know that this has happened.

I am seeing three 1 star reviews back to back, I must say they have to be made up or from someone jealous on how amazing this carwash is. I must say it is very odd how there could be 3 one star reviews with no explanation in the same day. Obviously they are fake or someone is just trying to demean the wonderful people that work there and the amazing job the carwash does. I am a member and have been for awhile now. It is really sad that 3 liars would try and deface a great place with amazing staff and delivers such a beautiful experience. Shame on those three, I also see they must go around town and give 1 star to places just to do it. Anyways I saw this and had to speak up in case anyone would actually think those could be factual what so ever. Thanks!

It's a great car wash, the only reason it didn't get a 5 star rating is because their car freshners are not good. They last a smooth 3 days. After that the scent is completely gone.

This place is far superior to any other tunnel wash on the south Mississippi coast, matching the quality of their other location in Biloxi. Water actually beads right off the windows and paint, similar to a RainX treatment. Staff is friendly and attentive, free vacuum has very strong suction. This place is clean. Monthly membership was well worth it... Can't go wrong with $5 a week for this level of quality 💎

I use to have a car wash memebership with another company and although it was cheaper, I just did not get the amenities that I get here. I love that this business has a tag reader so I dont have to worry about the goo from the sticker they put on yhe inside of your windshield, any time my tag has been read wrong(its technology, it happens) the staff is always quick to assist. The biggest thing here is that their vacuums ACTUALLY have really high suction. You dont have to keep changing spots because its not strong enough. They also offer free glass cleaner, air to blow away the crumbs, and towels as a courtesy. This place is worth the money, get the membership!

I've used this place 3 times now first 2 times were good this time today my vehicle was damaged. The Damage wasn't great and not worth the hassle of getting it fixed because that would take time.. staff seemed very friendly i did not let them know what had happened because I didn't get out to see the damage before I left. I did note to my wife while going through the car wash it was hitting the vehicle harder than our other vehicles and force the side mirrors closed they are only to be operated electronically. My excursion when I brought it through had no issues tho..

Great car wash! Never had an issue at any visit. I used to work at Rich’s Car Wash for 9 years, many moons ago so I know exactly how a car wash should operate & the way this place is set up just blows them out of the water! Great suction on the vacuums, properly working equipment, a conveyor belt system instead of the classic track with rollers. Great blowers with top notch drying capabilities. The nice led lighting in the tunnel is an absolute plus……even the kids enjoy it lol. Staff has always been friendly. Vending machines always stocked with cleaning products, even the Coke machine. All of my vehicles have come out clean every time. Vacuum works flawless every time. The towels , glass cleaner spray & air blower are a definate plus for interior cleaning. The covered parking is also great. The bug prep/bed cleanout stations are great. Scrub the bugs off the front & clean out the truck bed prior. Quick word of advice for truck owners. Clean that bed out good or have a bed cover for best results. Remove your hitch as well so the back comes out cleaner. Any tire bigger than a 35 will be a little spotty on tire shine but still comes out looking good. (Im on 37’s) High recommend Cheeky Monkey over any & all car washes in the Gulfport/Biloxi area.
