I had a very positive experience with the person that greeted me as soon as I pulled up into the bay. He was very professional and kind. However, when I was in the waiting room, you offered free popcorn while I waited. Unfortunately it was empty. I approached the lady behind the desk And she said that The man that made the popcorn wasn’t here And that wasn’t her job. After waiting about an hour, I approached another lady behind the same counter and inquired about the popcorn, and she informed me that it was too late in the day to make any. I was very disappointed.

Zach was absolutely hands-down amazing! He coordinated my maintenance for my RAV4 and also Hooked me up with some amazing floor mats that make my car feel & look absolutely brand new🙌. I’m super impressed with his customer service skills, and when I told him that I was on a very strict timeline, he made sure to stick to it as closely as possible. He gave me his card & told me to text anytime night or day and he would accommodate my weird work schedule! It’s definitely worth the drive and time to keep my maintenance and car care at the dealership! No more 5 min oil change! -Alisa G

First, let me say that Zach Corbin the service desk member was excellent. He's always a pleasure to talk to. Now for the issue. My engine light was on when I got my car back. I thought it would go off but it didn't. Then when I parked at my next decision and cut the car off the fan was still running while the car was off. The dealership was closed by then. Luckily, I was able to go to Auto Zone to know why the engine light was on and why the fan was still blowing. The service techs failed to reconnect the barometric sensor! It was an easy fix and auto zone didnt charge me. The service techs should be aware that if the engine light was on when the car came in, that there is a problem when the car leaves with the engine light on. That was the only issue...

My family and I drove from Louisiana for a weekend trip and noticed a rattling noise on my husband’s truck Friday evening (Toyota Tundra). Saturday morning, J. Allen Toyota made time to thoroughly check his truck (drove it around to hear the noise, put it on the rack to check it, and checked all the fluids). The issue was found to be something simple which they quickly resolved and provided a thorough explanation! They were very patient and knowledgeable and did not charge anything for the inspection. We greatly appreciated this being that we’re from out of town and they were so kind!! Thank you!!!

Best experience I’ve had since I’ve been going there! Upon check in, I was told it would be a 2 hour wait. BUT after 30 minutes I saw my car pulled up in the drive. I almost questioned if they even changed the oil and filters at all. But of course I know they did I considering it was charged to my maintenance plan. The HR manager herself even came out to make sure the advisor had my paperwork done properly. So glad I didn’t have to wait the expected 2 hours. Thank you J Allen
